Stopped here for lunch on our trip up to IL. Was not busy, food was good, staff was kind. Drink was HUGE.

Rafferty’s is great and always consistent. I highly recommend their Honey Butter Croissants, Any Mason Jar Cocktails, Ribs, The Ultimate Club.. Everything is amazing! I’ve been here many times and at several different location and it is always good. I simply recommend giving Rafferty’s a go in general if you have never been!

Greeter was okay not really friendly but I could tell she was tired so it's no biggie. The appetizer was amazing (pic attached) The Caesar salad has changed over the last four years and is disappointing because I loved it :( I got the original chicken tenders and loaded baked potato. The tenders were dry with absolutely positively no flavor what so ever. I DO NOT recommend. They didn't put my baked potato together which was annoying but not a huge deal. However the cheese in the baked potato was nasty. No idea why. The croissants I feel shouldn't be a "dessert" but not a huge deal. However they are not worth $7 I make better ones at home so save your money there. They did however made sure to keep our drinks filled, the place was clean. We were a party of two and they sat us at a five/six table instead of a booth. When asked for a booth they said they weren't clean and offered to clean one for us but I wholeheartedly believe in trying not to be high maintenance and declined. I used to love Rafferty's and would rave about my dining experience and the salad. But I'm guessing covid has changed this place too.

We’ve been eating at this Raffertys since the late 80’s and still enjoy it to this day. Their food and service just can’t be beat.

Honestly, knowing this was a chain, my expectations were not high. I was definitely NOT disappointed. We got the cheesy fries appetizer, and it was fantastic. I ordered the club sandwich with fruit on the side. Sandwich is PACKED and super good, cantelop and honeydew were a little hard, but the strawberries were awesome. Wife got the chicken Alfredo, she didn't like it as much as I did, but I thought it was pretty darn tasty. Her grandpa got the salmon with a baked potato on the side. Really enjoyed everything. He only regretted ordering a potato after having fries as appetizer 😆. Service was awesome, prompt, and friendly. 10/10 will recommend, and likely come back.

The food was great and the customer service was great! We really enjoyed the honey butter croissants! They are better than any we have ever had! We loved our entrées as well. The bbq chicken was moist & flavorful and the tenders delightfully crispy with that special sauce! 😋 yummo! We will return!!!

4.5/5. Our first visit ever. First of all our server Chelsea was one of the best ever ! Me and my girl went on a Friday 6pm and we waited about 20 minutes to be seated. We enjoyed everything we ordered. We got the honey butter croissants and nachos appetizers. Both were great! She ordered the Slow Roasted Prime Rib with a Salad and Mashed Potatoes. I ordered the Ribeye with Fries and Fruit Bowl. Everything was delicious . Her Prime Rib Steak was seasoned perfectly (could’ve came out hotter) and my Ribeye had a perfect grill char to it. The fries may be the best I’ve had in a sit down restaurant. She also ordered a LIT in a jar and enjoyed it. We spent $94 and it was worth every dollar for our date night dinner and we took some home. If this service and food is consistently good I’ll upgrade to 5/5. If I had to give a con it would be that our steaks were not super hot when delivered to table

I loved this place!! Our server was excellent and on point. The food was awesome! I had the club sandwich which was huge & worth every penny!! Other staff were friendly as well. Awesome customer service! Awesome food! Definitely returning to eat here in the future!

I ordered the baby back ribs and loaded potato. The ribs were fresh and delicious! The potato was overcooked and definitely not worth the $30 price. Well-ordered the cheeseburger and fries. The burger was delicious, but the fries were soggy.

Had a 25 min wait beefier being seated, but that was fine do to the large number of ppl in Louisville due to the NCAA tournament. But the server we had was terrible. He wasn't engaging at all, just said his name grabbed the drinks and dipped. Came back 6 mins later to get the order and that's pretty much the last time we seen him the entire time my family and I was there. Of course until it was time to give the check, then it was like he was hovering. Where was that service the whole time! I get it, we're not the only table u have but I witnessed other servers smile engage wit their tables and full of energy. And if they weren't, they did a great job of putting on a work face. The food was okay, but overall experience was lack luster and a waste of money

Husband and I went there to pick up gift cards for christmas. We had never ate there before so we decided to eat lunch. The food was absolutely delicious. We met the manager who is absolutely a delight. She introduced us to their warm buttery crescent. The manager was very easy to speak with and reminded me of a family. My husband had a boneless chicken and pineapple dish and I had a thick juicy delicious hamburger. The two gentlemen that were hosting when we walked in were absolutely friendly and very detailed on the food suggestions. I understand why people in my family want gift cards for this restaurant now. We will be returning. I ended up leaving with more gift cards than I should have. Thank you for your service!!!

The food was great. All staff worked as a unit the wait time we were told 15 minutes and was seated in about 10. The server came right out, and the mangers wandered the establishment, but they also helped and shared the workload. Also, when someone got up to leave, they immediately cleaned the table and sat someone else down. By far the best teamwork and service I have ever seen in a restaurant and on a Friday night.

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday. We were seated quickly and had great service. Our food arrived extremely fast; even our 9 year old daughter commented on how fast it was. I tried the Ultimate Club sandwich with a side of fries and was very impressed. The sandwich is huge and the bacon is very thick and cooked perfectly. The tomato on the club sandwich tasted fresh and flavorful like homegrown or something you would get from a farmer's market. Rafferty's has the best honey mustard which was served on the side. The fries are cut with the potato skin on and have a great flavor. My only complaint is that the lunch menu is fairly limited and ordering from the non-lunch main menu can be quite expensive unless you're getting a sandwich or burger. The lunch menu is a "pick 2" style with a choice from a small list of items or a rotating daily lunch special. One advantage of this though is that this probably accounts for how fast the lunch service was which we really appreciated. Will definitely come back again if we're in the area.

Took my 100 Year Old mother to Rafferty’s tonight….Whitney waited on us and was the most wonderful person that has ever waited on us. Very pleasant, courteous and efficient. Forgot the lady managers name, but came over to the table and had the best conversation. I would recommend eating at this establishment just because of the staff..

Nice sports atmosphere. It was clean. The food came promptly, it was hot, cooked as ordered and great flavor. Our server was good. They told us we had a 1 hour wait when we arrived but, they seated us in about 30 minutes. We will go back.

Excellent meal with stellar service. Curtis was one of the best servers I've had in years. I had the Fried Chicken Salad. The new Hot Bacon Honey Mustard dressing is fabulous. Highly recommend.

Ordered carry out and had a few issues with the app that I brought up when picking up my order. Gotta say even if this was the worst food ever I honestly believe Mark the gentleman working curbside would make me come back super nice, super polite, and very pleasant to talk to. We worked through the issue with the online ordering and he noticed the same that I had with trying to order loaded fries with the normal meal rather than as an extra side. He mentioned he would talk to the hireups like managers and work to get a solution and even if it doesn't work out I was super glad that he offered that level of help when so many would have said not their job not their problem. So this review is for Mark hope he sees it hope his managers see it and know that he would be my reason for coming back with or without the food.

Let me start by saying our waitress wasn't the friendliest person in the world so that could make for not such a great experience at any restaurant. The food was ok, not bad but not that great. I would eat here again but it just wouldn't be my first choice. I give Rafferty's my rating of 3 crown's👑👑👑

Visited on a Saturday evening and the wait time was only about 25 minutes. I love the design of the dining room. Service was excellent; very attentive but not overbearing, and anticipated our needs. The food was very good also; generous portions, fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned.

Very disappointing! The cheese fries appetizer was good but you can tell it wasn't made fresh. I had the chicken tender platter and it was tasteless and dry. I literally didn't eat but a half piece and the rest went to the trash. It was difficult to chew. My husband had the burger and it was okay. Customer Service was good. We won't return

Hello. Writing a review because corporate couldn’t take a complaint due to someone being out of the office. My issue is with the customer service i received today from a lady named Flo. I placed a Togo order over the phone asked for two specific items on my lunch break which were a club sandwich and soup. I asked her for the price of the two items and she told me the price, also told me the soup would be at a up charge. I changed my order due to it being out of my price range for a lunch meal. (I stick to my budget on my lunch breaks) I get to the location and I immediately grab a to go menu for the future. In LARGE writing I notice a lunch duo at a discounted rate. The two items I wanted were on the duo. I asked the lady Flo how come she didn’t suggest this duo when I asked about it and she responded “I don’t have time to go over the menu with you, I am very busy” First of all that is very rude and very dismissive to the customer. It is your job to suggest things if it makes more sense to the customer. I could even understand if she said “my apologies I forgot all about that duo” instead she was just rude. I settled for a meal that i really didn’t even want and the chicken fingers ended up being cold. Very disappointed. Please do better raffertys!

The food is super bland and overall just overpriced. The menu was too simple and not a lot of options. After spending almost a 100 dollars on three meals and appetizer we were still hungry and had to pick up more food from fast food on the way home. We would have seriously ate better and for much cheaper at a fast food restaurant. The quality of the food would have not changed but I would have gotten my money's worth.

So I sat at the bar and had a to go order. My food wasn’t ready after 30 minutes and I was a little irritated, but the manager noticed without me having to say something and he personally came up to me and said my meal is free and went back and got my food! Service and attention to detail makes a place great! Nice going I’ll be back cause of this!

I usually don't eat at rafferty's but this visit was much better than the past. We celebrated a good friend of mine birthday. I ordered the Caesar salad and mushrooms for appetizer. I liked the portion sizes and our server was nice.

Not the old school Rafferty's I was used to having several years ago, and no wonder they closed the one down by Tinseltown Theater. This one isn't going to last long either, if someone doesn't start caring about quality and service over what was received when I was here. First person forgot about our drinks, which was at least addressed by our actual server. I ordered the chef salad and I asked to hold the croissant 🥐, due to the fact that I was abstaining from bread and lower carbs for the diet restrictions I was on, but they didn't remove it. My other party joining me for dinner ordered the hot fingers platter, which I thought sounded good to go for my other party at home. Neither hot fingers platter was worth the ticket 🎫. Almost $17 ( comes w/ one side, we both choose fries). Smaller than half of regular sized chicken tenders at most restaurants. Some weren't even breaded completely. My meat on the salad was not cut properly from the obvious circular pieces of processed lunch meat from a local grocery store type quality, and very large chunks too much to consume without the use of the steak knife that came with the silverware when seated. Server noticed that my other party was out of draft beer and asked if another would be required, to which it wasn't. I had to ask the server for a refill on my ice water before departure, due to the fact I wouldn't have been noticed without doing so. When our to go orders were ready, my order of French fries were absent and the server had to fetch them from the back. I will probably never visit this restaurant again. Lots of things changed and unfortunately not for the better.

Quick stop due to extreme hunger! We were sat at a cozy booth in the bar area. Recieved fast service and had a delicious late lunch indulging on their signature Chicken Salad. Fruit melody was incredibly fresh and the whipped Orange Yogurt like fruit sauce was amazing! Ice Tea must be brewed on sight too! All around great dining experience!!!

Nice clean smoke free machines. They have a lot that my wife loves. And of course they are set-up to take your money but you can win a few dollars occasionally. The people who work here are very nice and helpful if you have an issue or question. Overall a fun place.

Wasnt real impressed with the food or prices. Ribs were 21.99 with one side. My fault, I thought it came with two sides like Texas Roadhouse and the waiter didnt say otherwise when we put in our order, but it was on the menu. Our waitress was not very attentive. Glasses ran out of drink while she walked around texting. Had to wait to pay our ticket along time. Wont be returning to this location.
