HANDS DOWN CULVER'S IS BY FAR THE BEST SPOT IN THE CITY IF YOUR LOOKING TO GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH!! WHEN I TELL YOU THAT I'VE EATEN A LOT OF GREAT BURGERS, I MEAN IT. BUT THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT I'VE FOUND TO RIVAL CULVER'S! ITS A MUST STOP IF YOUR EVER IN OUR CITY AND WANT SOMETHING TO TELL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT!!!

It's a good thing I don't live closer to Culver's, because I would be the size of a battleship! The staff was friendly, the restroom & dining areas were clean, and the food was delicious! My favorite meal is the pork loin sandwich & onion rings, but the burgers, fries, & the cod sandwich are good too. My birthday reward frozen custard was the caramel cashew and I loved it.

It had been awhile since I had been there so I decided to stop in for a good fast food lunch,but it has definitely went down hill,got wrong food. My shake was small ordered medium payed for medium. My burger was a double I ordered single, my sweet tea was only 3/4 full so I asked them if they would fill it up the rest of way and then forgot to give it back to me so I had to park and go in to get my tea .the drive thru was a mess 2lanes with only one lane you could pay other cars merging into my lane .no wonder my order was wrong! By the way the food cost has gotten crazy there will not go back witch sucks because I enjoyed Culver's until this happened, the help there has become bad

I always go through the drive thru, but this time went in, and it was good. Courteous server food and fries were fresh and hot, and they got my request of mayo on both sides of the bread correct, and the music playing was good to top it off.

The music was extremely loud and religious in nature and it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant. The food was good and the custard was great as always. There was one cashier the whole time we were there but she seemed to be holding it down pretty well. Outside seating was clean.

Burgers are always awesome and actually look like the menu pics! Fish dinner is really tasty! Lots of choices and their Root Beer is the best! DO YOU GUYS SELL THIS STUFF IN CONTAINERS FOR HOME? Place is always clean and service is always great!

I don’t stop here often, but my go-to is the spicy chicken sandwich and tonight it was horrible. Looked more like a piece of bacon than chicken. I’m usually impressed; tonight was garbage. It wouldn’t be so bad if a sandwich and fries was $5 instead of $10, but geez. I’m just sick of getting premium pricing with carnival quality (or worse) food. I expect it at other fast food joints but not at Culver’s. Oh well. Good luck. Check your sandwiches before you leave.

The burgers are very nice but they need a good sauce not just mayonnaise.

Really good burgers & milk shakes that are better than most if not all fast food. The pricing is more comparable to going out & dinning at restaurant. Be compared to spending $30 for a family of 3. If they cut down the menu they could be much more affordable but their menu is a book! You name they got it. Burgers are their bread & butter & ice cream/custard.

Great food! The best part of Culver's is that it is made to order. It might take a little longer to get your food, but it is worth it for it to be fresh and hot. Also, their frozen custard is the best! Don't be surprised if the drive through line.

This fast food restaurant is by far the best restaurant to eat at! The employees are extremely friendly and the service is fantastic! The food is the best part! The employees definitely work their hardest to make the food amazing! I will always crave this restaurant! Definitely recommend coming to this restaurant! Especially if you are craving a delicious meal! :)

Got a burger, fries and a caramel pumpkin concrete mixer. All was very good. Burger was very tasty. Fries were hot when brought to the table. Caramel pumpkin concrete mixer was very good. I would go back for the same items.

We love Culver’s mixers, especially while driving home from Louisville trips. Unfortunately, when ordering curbside they definitely do not adhere to the estimated time of your order being completed + brought to your car. I ordered ahead, check in once parked, and waited…. And waited…. And waited. What’s the purpose of ordering ahead if we ended up having to unload the kids and take them inside?? #DissatisfiedCustomer

I have yet to go to a Culver's that didn't have amazing kids working there and the food not completely on point! Their ice cream is everything and they generally have teenagers working, which I absolutely love. They're always sweet as can be and I just love going to that place and it doesn't matter which location I go to.

This Culver’s has some of the best staff I’ve ever witnessed as a fast food restaurant. They are always so nice, fast, and really good at their jobs. I rarely have any issues with my order and if I do, they correct it and seem sincere in their apologies. The food is good and the prices are awesome for what you get. The ice cream is also superb if you are looking for a sweet treat. I like mixing in espresso and caramel in the chocolate mixer! Overall, this place has it down. We never have to wait long to place our order or get our food. It’s great.

Stopped for ice cream Sunday afternoon. The store was clean, team was friendly and the Frozen custard was amazing! One shake and two sundaes everything was delicious, well portioned and it was delivered to the table fast! We will be back!

Went in expecting nothing, because I've never heard of this franchise before, but it was unexpectedly delicious. Their patties were crispy, and their shakes were heavy. Not bad, might stop by again. The two guys working the cash register were pretty funny.

I'm usually pretty critical on fast food places. But than Culver's is a step above fast foot burger was amazing fries were awesome and there frozen thing was a delight.

All employees very friendly, greeted as soon as we walked thru the door. Especially one employee who's name is Zakarie. He is always so nice to my kids and always gives them a piece of candy. My kids love him!! The restaurant is always clean, food is always hot. Love this place, keep up the good work!!! Customer for life.

My husband picked up a cod sandwich for me. When I opened it, there was only a bottom bun. See picture. The fish was tasty, but a top bun would have been nice.

I just wanted to give recognition to an employee named Dakari! He greeted us at the door and was so sweet to my 2 year old daughter. She loved him and his Mickey Mouse ears! He came up to the table a couple times to say hi to her. He’s very sweet and made the experience memorable. Thank you Dakari!

I just went to the drive thru this particular day. My son & his family used to live close to Culver's a few months ago and I would bring my grandson over here often because he really liked Culver's. I particularly love their ice cream. Their food is good but it's just another fast food place. Their ice cream alone makes it worth coming here.

I only bought a chocolate malt milk shake, unfortunately it was unnecessarily loaded with sugar, 64 grams of sugar in a medium size shake, that is dangerous for our health. I only drank half of it. Please choose wisely from their menu, they do have a couple entries that seem to be acceptable, although still not that much better.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to experience service and must say that it was a complete disappointment. From start to finish, the entire experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. I reached out for assistance with a simple inquiry, but it took hours to get a response, and even then, it was vague and unhelpful. It's as if they couldn't be bothered to address my concerns properly. Secondly, the product itself was far from what was advertised. The promotional materials promised top-notch quality, but what I received was a poorly constructed, cheap imitation. It felt like a complete waste of my hard-earned money. Moreover, the shipping and delivery process was a nightmare. Not only did it take much longer than expected, but the package arrived in terrible condition, with items missing and others damaged. It was evident that they didn't take any care in ensuring a safe and timely delivery. Additionally, the company's return policy is borderline fraudulent. Despite their website stating "hassle-free returns," I faced nothing but obstacles trying to return the faulty product. They kept redirecting me to different departments, and the refund process felt like it would never end. Finally, the overall lack of accountability and transparency from the company was appalling. They didn't seem to care about their customers' satisfaction and only cared about making a quick buck. In conclusion, I highly advise against dealing with this company and its products/services. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more reputable and customer-oriented option.

Heads up if you get the fish dinner - the fish pieces are HUGE. They asked if we wanted 1, 2 or 3 pieces. I'd had Culver's fish years ago elsewhere and the pieces were small, like chicken strips, so I said 3. OMG. It's changed. Each piece now is big enough for a meal. Not kidding. I didn't know, so I'm telling you. Lots of food, too much to eat at once, and it was very good.

Their burgers are great! But don't expect their chicken to rock your socks off. You can get pretty much the exact same strips from the cheap isle at any grocery store. I wish they weren't so expensive 😩

Really don't know how the atmosphere is at Culver's restaurant because we went through the drive thru. This was mine and my husband's first time eating their food. My bacon cheeseburger was really good but the crinkle cut fries weren't hot and their Coke was was watered down and flat and the Dr. Pepper that they brought us to replace the flat Coke's was borderline flat. The staff itself was very polite and really patient with us since it was our first time looking at their menu. For the first time eating there it was a little disappointing but maybe the next time it'll be better but not positive we will again.

Culver's is a home favorite at this point, I don't think I ever had a better fastfood burger, followed closely by Wendy's of course. The fries are great and the icecream comes in many flavors and worners. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Always a good choice. You get your money's worth. Only complaint, it's always cool there. I guess they don't want you to stay.

I love going to this Culver's. The employees who work there do a great job, in my opinion. The Butterburgers are great, but I usually get the pot roast dinner. So good! The pork tenderloin sandwich is really good too. Sometimes it is a little cold in the restaurant but overall I would give this place 5 stars. This is the only fast food place I know that has customer service that rivals Chic Fil A.

It was a taste of fresh air going in a burger joint and the workers were actually friendly. I don't frequent fast food but did today and everything was great.

Cheese curds were cooked to perfection as the outsides were good and crispy it the cheese inside was nice and stringy. Burgers were juicy and tasted excellent. Good job this round Culver's, you have certainly earned more rounds from me

This isn't McDonalds or Burger King. Outside of having the best cheeseburgers, I generally like most of their menu items. All the food is prepared well and tasty. They stay busy around the clock so it might take a minute, but the staff is great and are generally quick and respectful about your order.

The "concrete"was great. I ordered 2 large cheese curds, which are normally good. The first 3 or 4 were fine, though more oily than previously. Then I saw a hair and tossed that piece. The next was 3 pieces stuck together by a hair wad. I immediately got sick to my stomach and threw them away. I did not even open the second bag or the cod fish sandwich. This is not Culver's normal standards. I was in a rehabilitation center, and I was so excited for this meal and then so disappointed. I just came home yesterday.

Thia was my first time eating at Culver's and it didn't disappoint me. I had the onion rings and a deluxe with bacon. I came home and took the buns off and wrapped the hamburger in lettuce. The onion rings was good. I will visit again.

Awesome hamburgers featuring super fresh fixins. I mean the tomatoes are so incredibly ripe each visit it's amazing. This location was super busy but the staff was completely on top of it keeping all of it clean and ready for the next guest. Cheese curds are amazing. I just hope they open a location back home sometime.

$2 Tuesdays for take home pints of their delicious frozen custard! Reuben is amazing. Fried Cod is great. Pot roast sandwich; also another winner! Kids meals come with a free scoop so if you're appetite is a bit smaller get the kids Neal to save money while still getting a scoop of the good stuff!
