Good food. Placed a special order. All burgers are double and even got a lettuce wrap! To top it off. LOVE the coke machine that not only has Mellow Yellow Zero but let's you put a shot of cherry in it. Tastes just like the discontinued Code Red Zero!

So we like Five Guys for a consistent and decent burger when traveling, but either their online ordering is this location just kind of sucked today. We placed an order via their website for a 1:15PM pick-up. My wife entered the location at that time and checked-in... AFTER WAITING 10 MINUTES she had to ask where our order was. The employee at the pass was asleep at the wheel! 😡 My burger was cooked well, but the bun was soggy AF by the time we got to eat. The fries were good, but they should have been after waiting so long. Just a really disappointing interaction. Either have the food ready at the agreed time... OR don't allow time dependant orders.

I truly don't understand what the hype is behind this franchise. It's a greasy overpriced mediocre burger joint from what I can tell. I paid $17 for a cheeseburger and fries and that's a little outrageous considering there wasn't a drink included. But at least the employees were nice. If the food was out of this world I wouldn't complain but it was very mid. For instance my burger although thick tasted very bland.. whoever grilled my burger did not add enough seasoning and my Cajun fries were overloaded with seasoning to the point it was incredibly salty. Nonetheless it's okay but I had much better burgers at far less than what I paid for here. Maybe the veggie burgers are a different story? Who knows. All I know is that I'm in no hurry to come back.

The food is always delicious and you will never leave hungry. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but the portions that they give you, along with the unlimited free toppings on burgers and hot dogs and unlimited mix-ins for milkshakes do help compensate for that. A regular cheeseburger has two large patties. If you want a single burger, you have to order the little burger. And no matter what size fry you order, they fill the bag to the top with fries. Still, we ordered two regular cheeseburgers one little cheeseburger, three of the smallest fries, and two drinks and it was $57. For my family, it is worth it for an occasional treat, but the cost may be prohibitive for some.

Music is loud hard to have a conversation while eating. Food an service was good as usual very friendly staff will return. Will live in Shepherdsville so to get good fast food we have to travel to Louisville . Shepherdsville restaurants are horrible staff an food

40 bucks worth of food..smallest order of large fries I've ever seen from this place..burgers not at all dressed like was ordered..pitiful

Oh the 7 dollar ‘little’ burger was good but i wouldn’t have paid more than 2.50 for it LMAO. Also, 3 of us ordered… and none of us got our frys or napkins that we ordered. Also they hung up on us when we called them LOL. Trash service, no surprises though now a days. 13 bucks and im still hungry and they just neglected half our order. the clown who answered the phone when we said “we didn’t get the frys that we ordered” said “Oh interesting” and then he hung up. LMAO trash business/restaurant, O well.

Mediocre food, service is not great. Trying to call to get compensated for a missing side order and get hung up on when told the issue. Please do better. Things cost too much right now to waste money on food I am not eating.

The food was amazing. The employees were so very helpful and answered all of my questions. I totally recommend this restaurant.

The worst fried fish ever. Raw inside hushpuppies. Cold burger. It came fast, so not a delivery issue. Just crummy food. Sorry.

The employees were more worried about talking to each other than cooking anyone’s food the employee told us our ticket number isn’t time to be cooked yet so we had to wait until its time the employees kept gossiping to each other and told the dashers that standing at the counter staring at them wouldn’t make our food come out any faster. When our dash order was ready the employee tossed the chili in the bag upside down.

Girl didn't understand order for 3 different burgers , I asked for single party burgers all were doubles , charged for doubles , fries were ok , for the price , not a winner in my book . Place was clean , nice inside .

im a regular and the crew always takes care of me well! from the managers to the regular crew theyre very friendly and accomodating. Steven and Josh are two exemplary employees- getting me any extra sauces or answering customizing questions.

First time but definitely won't be the last with this restaurant. I was greeted very friendly and got a delicious meal! Definitely recommend this location.

I was disappointed on my last visit. The burgers didn’t seem to be what they used to be, and the place was extremely dirty. There was not a clean table in the place.

Good food. My only complaint is the size of the beef patties have gotten smaller and the price has gone up. Other than that the food is great. I love the fresh fries and the staff has always been friendly when I’ve eaten here.

Food was great, once we got it how we ordered it. Gotta say maybe the best burger I've had! Some of the employees could practice better hospitality also.

I have never had a bad meal first off. I only eat here every once in a while when I'm craving a burger. Their Cajun fries are DeLiCious! Nice spice to them. They aren't stingy with fries either! I really enjoy the toppings I can put on my burger too. Lots of options

I use to deliver to this location when I worked for Reinhardt food service. This chain has no problem rejecting anything we try to deliver if there's anything wrong with it. Their standards are high. They keep ALL of their places as clean as can be. You pay a lot for their burgers and though i wish it was a cheaper place to eat i still can say they are justified in their asking price and i wouldn't want them to change it.

This place is great and everyone who works here is usually awesome. Place is really clean and service is usually fast for being made to order. But half the time I come here, no matter what time or day, they don’t have milkshakes. That’s the only flaky thing about them ya heard

Had very friendly customer service and the restaurant was clean. Just needed a few more condiments like Mult vinegar for the fries. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Fast and everything was great. Just wish you can have multiple sizes for the shakes. Would like to have had more shake.

Five Guys offers excellent food, fresh and made to order. The service was friendly and professional, and the dining room was clean and well stocked. My only disappointment was the prices, which were considerably higher than I expected.

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and had no problems until this year I’ve been to their restaurant twice on two separate occasions and they’ve gotten my order wrong. I say wrong because the first time I had ordered with lettuce and onions and mustard only to get home and just have mustard. Now the most recent time I ordered a burger the same way but this one was a bacon cheeseburger and what happens when I get home there’s no bacon on it. So I call and I am asked if I can bring it back up there or if I can come back before the following week how does that make sense? Save your money.

Of course, the food is almost always delicious. The experience would have been much better if I didnt have to listen to the employees complain about their personal lives while I ate. I mean it was constant from time I walked in til I left

Went there on a late Thursday night, and the burgers were delicious!! I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. You can choose what you want on your burger because they have several delicious toppings even jalapenos. I saw someone walk out with a shake, and it looked tempting!! Next time I will go for it!! 😋 We ate our burgers and fries outside at one of their tables. It was nice.

We just ordered carry out from this Five Guys. We arrived home and realized they didn’t included the Patties or cheese for our Bacon Cheeseburgers. I called to get a refund we live 25 mins away. We were told we had to come into the store for a refund. (So another hr just to get a refund for services not provided) They said there was no way to issue a refund otherwise. (???) The night manager was rude and snarky.

Don't get me wrong, sautéed onion and mushrooms are good on burgers, and you can get whatever you want on them. This was a small stop with my Fiancé since we havent had them in years, but prepare to spend $17-$20ish per person for the greasiest burger you could ask for. Made me feel sick to my stomach after. The fries are good, have not tried the milkshake but will not be coming back here..

First time being there quiet atmosphere quick service very clean inside and out very polite employees and the burgers are great love the big chunk fries that they have to need a quick meal five guys is your place

Don't bother ordering online. The employees sit in the back and don't start cooking your food until you arrive. Spent 10 minutes waiting on my food on my lunch break when it should have been ready. The place is also an absolute mess. None of their tables are clean.

Food was ok. Employee at the register was nice. There are gnats around the sink area and ketchup area. When I went to get ketchup squeezed out, gnats flew out too. So I got the packaged ketchup. Which was sticky and stuck together (maybe a ketchup pack had exploded sometime, and it got all over stuff). Gnats stuck on the walls around the condiment area, after I further looked, a couple of them followed us too the table, I guess it was wanting the food/ketchup. Won’t be going back to that Five Guys. Which is one of our favorite food places.

Terrible customer service, a bunch of people behind the counter and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Placed an online order and was supposed be ready at a certain time… Two simple burgers was over 20 minutes late, with no explanation but I stood there and watched every employee walk around like they was confused the whole time.. Unless you have a half an hour or better to wait on fast food, I wouldn’t recommend going here

So I order my burger all the way without tomato because I'm allergic, and a bunless hot dog for my youngest son because he has a list of allergies including anything dairy. So we get home and my burger has tomato on it and my sons hot dog was on a bun with cheese. So I spent $40 for food me and my son couldn't even eat. Disappointed because usually Five Guys is on top of things.
