When we arrived, we were put on a wait list and quoted 40 minutes, and were sat at our table in a little over 30 minutes. It took a few minutes to be greeted by our server and get our drink order. S/O ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger cooked medium with fries and added a side salad. His fries that he ordered with his burger came out 5 minutes before his meal, which was a little odd to us. He also ordered a root beer float, and stated that it was not very tasty, so he unfortunately did not finish his drink. I ordered the same burger cooked medium rare with fries. Unfortunately my burger was brought to me well done and the fries were not fresh at all. I think for an almost $13 meal for a burger and fries and it was not that great at all! It was my first and probably last time I will go to this location. The bathroom trash cans were overflowing and the bathroom was not very clean.

A nice variety of burgers even a keto friendly version named the Wedgie guacamole burger. Decent selection of sides. Trivia and games at the table.We will be back!

Update: We visited again today and tried a few new things. Got some banzi boneless wings as an appetizer and they were great. I tried the Red's Double and it is now one of my favorites. The garlic fries and the mad love burger were not very appetizing. Alrighty, we visited here for lunch today. We have been several times but I haven't reviewed it yet. Red Robin is always a great place to eat I've never had a bad experience here. Obviously they mostly sell Burgers but they do have other items on their menu. Besides the burgers being awesome, they give you bottomless fries or bottomless broccoli with them. Price is a little above average, but you do get great food portions. Or should I say bottomless portions. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. For us, once we have stuffed our tummies, we go for a walk around the mall to burn off the food. We always have a good time and I highly recommend going here.

This location always disappoints. Good food but always a hassle. On this occasion it was 60% empty and we were told it would be an hour for a table for 4. Ordered takeout instead. During the time we sat waiting they did not fill the tables. It is my son's favorite place to celebrate, but we have to find another place.

Ordered the burger with jalapeño on it. It was good but NOT the best. I ordered it medium and it was kinda dry. I normally DONT leave food especially a burger on my plate but I left the last few bites. I also ordered the unlimited root beer float with more root beer than ice cream and it was amazing. Someone at my table ordered the garlic fries and I taste them and they were really Good. Put some butter on the bun and grill it on grill 😋 and maybe it will be better. For Red Robin to be a burger place I was expecting the juiciest burger EVER. Wait staff was really nice and attentive. She was new but very nice. Please stay that way 😊

Pretty great restaurant. My son and I went there for dinner, and it was decently busy. Great food, including the pretzel bites. The only issues we had were our pretzel bites going to the wrong table the first time, but that was resolved along with being charged for both of them. Roxann was a great server!

LOVE RED ROBIN! The Banzai Burger is my favorite! The Tsunami shrimp is fantastic! Dying to try the ribs. Recently became disabled and can rarely get out so I order delivery about once a week. Burgers always perfect and hot, maybe could wrap fries in foil as they tend to get cold fast with delivery. Management is excellent, had one delivery issue and Manager took care of it immediately with no hassles and even called a couple of weeks later to see how my orders were going. Very nice. Only complaint is that some coupons are not useable with delivery and I cannot make the trip to store all the time, would order even more if all coupons worked on deliveries, otherwise - LOVE RED ROBIN!

I’ve been to this location many times but today was definitely the worst experience I’ve had there. I don’t complain because I know almost everywhere is understaffed and I understand that. But to have to wait forever for a host to even show up to greet us was kinda ridiculous. On my way out, another party was complaining they haven’t even been seen yet and I told them good luck, we waited a while to be noticed as well. Service was very slow and that wouldn’t have been a big deal had our server paid attention to our actual order AND paid attention to us because whenever she would come back around after waiting for her to make an appearance, felt like we asked so much when it should have been noted when the order was taken. I ordered the banzai boneless wings that were supposed to come with pineapples. The pictures are what they should’ve looked similar to vs what I got. The pineapples weren’t even originally on my wings and had to ask for them. Had a feeling they’d come out just like that lol.

If I could rate this location a 0, that's what it would be. Went there on a Wednesday night around 5 pm . 6 tables had 2 to 4 people at them. Hostess asked us if we would prefer a high top because the booths were a 20 min wait. We looked around, and we were the only ones waiting. We said ok, we would take a high top. She asked for our name and phone number , and we asked why she said because there's people waiting. I asked why you would offer us a high top and tell us it's 20 minutes as well and where's the people waiting. Again, there are only 6 tables that have people sitting at. She looked at us like we just caught in her in a lie and showed she didn't want to work. We left and walked to the Cheesecake Factory next door to it. Where we were greeted and seated promptly . I recommend Cheesecake Factory!

Is your woman hangry? Get her a cheeseburger. Yummmm! I had never been to red Robin before so when I told my friend I was craving a cheeseburger, she knew just where to take me. I had the cheesy bacon fondue burger 🤤🤤🤤 which comes with a cup the bacon fondue for dipping so my bottomless fries got some extra flavor, too. Everything was delicious, the restaurant is clean, you forget it's even connected to the mall, and the staff was top notch. We told them upon our arrival it was my first time, so they wanted to make it special. Not only did I get a balloon, but they also gave us the cinnamon sugar doughnut tower on the house! They were so warm and soft and come with both chocolate and caramel for dipping. I was so full, but it tasted so amazing, I couldn't stop. Next time, I'm going for that scorpion burger 🌶🍔

Came in at 4:15 PM and waited five minutes at the hostess counter before someone eventually came. We were told wait was about 15 minutes; so we said that’s fine. We ended up waiting for 40 minutes before being seated. Then we were seated and waited another 10 minutes before our server came to take our drinks order. Food took another 30 minutes before arriving to our table. Server said they were short staffed this day. It took a while for our server to come back to refill drinks and fry orders. But food was still good.

We were seated immediately upon arrival. The hostess was very courteous. Our waitress arrived to take our order within a minute or two. She was courteous and friendly. She asked what we wanted to drink and then took our food order. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of space for social distancing and yet the restaurant staff made you feel comfortable. The Banzai Burger and Whiskey BBQ Burger were delicious. The decor is interesting and made for a good atmosphere.

Found this one, ours closed in Clarksville indiana, no wait when came in, all the people we encountered was friendly, our waitress Joanne she rocks, knowledgeable answered our questions, we ordered an appetizer asked for it crispy it came out perfect! Food was delicious will definitely be back

I first time eating here, The food was amazing and unlimited fries are awesome too. Don't know our server's name but she so helpful and friendly, She keep our drinks filled and checked on us frequently. We will be back here sometime soon

Overall enjoyable meal and service. Disappointed that our meals and appetizer came out at the same time. Special requests for burger preparation were done well.

This place used to be great, but now it's more like overpriced fast food. Very disappointed in food quality and price. We ordered 2 burgers and no drinks and it was over $40 before tip. Our server, Joanna was great!

Was very rarely checked on by our server , try 1 time. The fries were cold. But apps were great. Root Beer float was great too. Got the burger with an egg on it and it lacked flavor. Ratio was all off and no other dressings really.

At first for the past couple another they had a mask policy that was stupid! I almost quit going! Then they did online orders only when everybody else was open! If it was for my wife and good food I wouldn't be going again. So thank my wife for choosing it again for your fish or we wouldn't be back! Because you really passed us off! It's always good food but your management decisions such! No excuses, please! Many businesses stayed open with no stupid mask mandate!

Very nice staff!! They really helped me get my order lined out. The food was amazing!!!

Most of our food was delicious however fries were not fresh. All of our food was brought out in a timely manner but no plates or cups were ever taken out of our way. The ranch dip however was chunky in a weird way. The little kiosk at the table was completely sticky all over the touchscreen. It seemed they were a tiny bit short staffed but most everyone was pulling their weight except one woman who was finally told to do her job by who I assume with the manager. Until told to do so she was too busy flirting to help anybody with anything.

Even with being a little short staffed at the moment (late Jan/2022) there was a short wait time both for seating and quick turnaround on receiving our food. It has the relaxed atmosphere you would expect from a Red Robin even with its proximity to the St. Matthew's Mall making it an idea choice if you're in the area. If you're gluten sensitive like me, you'll be happy to know they have gluten free buns as well as a whole separate allergy friendly menu. To be honest, their gluten free buns are the best I've had from a chain, beating out both Chick-fil-A's and Culver's gluten free buns. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area, besides who can pass up bottomless fries?

I ordered pretzel bites, They did not come until our food did and they were burned. The burger was raw, I mean bleeding raw. The other guests at my table also had their burgers wrong and extremely undercooked. We weren't offered or given refills for drinks or fries. Safe to say our entire table won't be going back.

One of our goto spots when we lived in California. The one in Louisville was very clean and kept restaurant with good food and service. I had the whiskey river chicken wrap and onion straws. A little extra seasoning on the straws and I was good to go. Food is fresh and again the service was spot on.

This is a store built into the local mall so my expectations were naturally a bit lower due to the high traffic. I was hoping to be surprised however it was as I expected. We visited on a Monday night around 7:30 or 8pm. We were one of the only ones there at this time. I had the Royal Red Robin burger, one of their signature dishes, and my son got chicken tenders and french fries. The place was not very well lit and likely because it wasn't very clean. The server did a decent job of taking care of us however our food came out after the people who came in after us. You know what that means...yup you guessed it, cold food. Even though it was cold the taste was ok. I wonder if it would have wowed me if it would have been hot-to-table. It's tough to be in a mall, get good help and provide a good experience. My first thoughts are that the manager is not looking at this from a guest experience perspective. Here's what I look for. 1. Am I excited to try this place out? 2. Is this place clean enough that I trust them with my food? 3. Is my food hot and fresh? 4. Does my food taste good? 5. Was the staff friendly? 6. Would I doubt a return visit? My answers are: 1. Yes, I wanted my son to live it. 2. Not really, the dim lighting really had me second guessing the problems I was already seeing. 3. No, cold food = trash 4. Yes, surprisingly it had a good flavor. 5. Yes, my cup was never dry and her attitude was right 6. Yes, I doubt I'll be back. While it wasn't Too expensive for burgers, the price was too much to eat cold and likely contaminated food.

Y’all!! BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!! Oh my goodness!! So we came through here on our way to Branson MO to see sight n sound, and we had to stop because we don’t have a Red Robin ANYWHERE near where we live. Let me just tell ya, the food came out PICTURE PERFECT!! I’ve NEVER seen a burger bun come out fluffy and perfect and the burger not dripping in grease… it was absolute perfection here! All our table’s food was delicious! We asked the server for recommendations of hidden gems to do before leaving the area, and not only did she give us some ideas, but another server on her way out the door after a shift did too, as well as the manager gave us some awesome diamonds in the rough things to do!! So excited!! And on top of the already excellent experience, the manager gifted us an Ice Cream Mountain dessert and some coupons for future use!!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Glad we came… the burgers were UMAMI!!! We ordered the Scorpion Gourmet Burger. It has fried jalapeño chips, pepper jack cheese and the burger was so juicy. Hubby got sweet potato fries, but kept stealing my garlic parmesan fries. Our waitress was attentive and prompt. Nothing to complain about. We will be back.

My husband and I ate here today. Although the food was okay, the service was not :(. There was one hostess working; she was a younger girl, very sweet and welcoming. I’ve worked in restaurant business for eight years and it seemed the servers had her running around, cleaning off tables, and treating her disrespectfully. Our server was nice; an older woman who was very respectful. We also noticed a lot of the servers messing around in the back with a man (who looked to be a manager, he was Asian). My husband pointed out how the man had grabbed our servers hair and pulled her head back aggressively. Very unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a work setting where any customer would consider that sexual harassment with or without consent. Bottom line, please treat your employees with respect, keep your hands to yourself, and do not have your host/hostess running around and doing other people’s jobs. Maybe your reviews wouldn’t be so nasty if you had good and respectful employees and cooks who know how to season food correctly :).
