This was by far the worst Panera I have ever been to. When you first walk in to the store there was an employee in full uniform talking how she was going to beat someone up using VERY Explicit language. I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. Was not offered a side and a chi tea latte. I received a bowl of soup with a side a bread and some ice drink. They did fix it but no apology. I over heard the guest asking something and the cashier rolled her eyes and told the guest “you know you could have told me that before you ordered” that place was filthy. No one even attempting to clean tables and floors. Plenty of other places to eat right there invest your money in them!

When you call me sweety, it makes me feel loved! And comfort food, yes that is just perfect! The Best Panera ever!

I did that order where you place it then just grab it when you walk in. Best. Thing. Ever. Food was good, but seriously that's super convenient. I accidentally left my purse there after this visit and they were so friendly and helpful. They kept it safe, had it ready for me, and gave me a complimentary cookie and drink. I have never been to such a friendly Panera, especially during the lunch rush .

I've been going to Panera for Years in Atlanta and Louisville and this is by far my worst experience so far. I ordered delivery to my job which you can literally walk to (can see the building that Panera is in from my desk) as it's only 1.5 blocks away. Order time was around 9 a.m. with an expected delivery between 9:33 to 9:43 which was fine. I got a notification at 9:34 that my food was arriving. Great!! I went and stood in the lobby even though my instructions said to call when they got to the lobby. I didn't want to make him wait. I messaged the other people that ordered to let them know to come over since the food was arriving. After 18 minutes of standing and waiting, I went back to my desk to call the store. As it was ringing, someone came to my desk and said that Panera was here for me. This was weird to me considering I left instructions for them to call when they got here. That used to happen but not this time. It was 9:54, exactly 20 minutes since it said my food was arriving. I went out and asked the guy why did it say my food was arriving and he was later. He said they had issues with the other order and he was the only delivery person. I still gave a tip but not as good as I would normally do. Food: The two bowls of oatmeal with Strawberries were cold and gross. Even trying to reheat would not work. the bagels were definitely cold. I don't expect them to be hot because they were in a bag, but ice cold is crazy. I believe they should not say that they are arriving until they are at the building. This person clearly changed the status while he was at the restaurant so that it would look like he was delivering on time., I was going to do a large delivery order with them tomorrow for a meeting. However, after today I am going to find someone else or bring something other than Panera into the office.

Super friendly service. Pam was especially wonderful to my kids. She has my vote for employee of the week. Everyone behind the counter was so polite! What a great way to start the day! Tasty sandwiches, muffins and coffee, too. Fruit salad definitely tasted fresh.

Clean place. Quick service. Cashiers seem to just want your order and get rid of you like cattle. Not much interaction. The conversation behind The counter was more important. The place was not busy.

Staff behind the counter has always been polite & helpful, yet they cannot ever seem to get my breakfast sandwich order correct. Over the past year, I've had it remade several time & I used to only got once or twice a week. It used to be convenient because I worked in the building, but now since I don't....today was the last straw, I will not return again. If you have any substitution requests, you BETTER check it before you leave the restaurant & I wish you the best, you have about a 30% chance of it being right. The friendly & helpful counter staff is the ONLY reason this isn't a 1 star review.

I go to Panera alot 3 different times I have asked for for sandwich to be dressed on a sourdough bagel, instead each time I received sourdough slices. Not the same. Call the store and was told they don't have a sourdough bagel. But I was so specific about what I wanted. I should have been told they don't sale sourdough bagels and all the manager had to say was I'm sorry.. didn't even offer to replace sandwich or anything.

Great selection of healthy foods, rapid pick up has changed my life. Salads are really good but portions are often inconsistent. Definitely need a My Panera card for benefits and ease of ordering.

I've been to this location many times for lunch and it has never disappointed. My team at work ordered delivery today (my first time for delivery) and it was just as good as eating in the restaurant. Our order arrived before the expected time, everything was correct and tasted great.
