I've
been
going
to
Panera
for
Years
in
Atlanta
and
Louisville
and
this
is
by
far
my
worst
experience
so
far.
I
ordered
delivery
to
my
job
which
you
can
literally
walk
to
(can
see
the
building
that
Panera
is
in
from
my
desk)
as
it's
only
1.5
blocks
away.
Order
time
was
around
9
a.m.
with
an
expected
delivery
between
9:33
to
9:43
which
was
fine.
I
got
a
notification
at
9:34
that
my
food
was
arriving.
Great!!
I
went
and
stood
in
the
lobby
even
though
my
instructions
said
to
call
when
they
got
to
the
lobby.
I
didn't
want
to
make
him
wait.
I
messaged
the
other
people
that
ordered
to
let
them
know
to
come
over
since
the
food
was
arriving.
After
18
minutes
of
standing
and
waiting,
I
went
back
to
my
desk
to
call
the
store.
As
it
was
ringing,
someone
came
to
my
desk
and
said
that
Panera
was
here
for
me.
This
was
weird
to
me
considering
I
left
instructions
for
them
to
call
when
they
got
here.
That
used
to
happen
but
not
this
time.
It
was
9:54,
exactly
20
minutes
since
it
said
my
food
was
arriving.
I
went
out
and
asked
the
guy
why
did
it
say
my
food
was
arriving
and
he
was
later.
He
said
they
had
issues
with
the
other
order
and
he
was
the
only
delivery
person.
I
still
gave
a
tip
but
not
as
good
as
I
would
normally
do.
Food:
The
two
bowls
of
oatmeal
with
Strawberries
were
cold
and
gross.
Even
trying
to
reheat
would
not
work.
the
bagels
were
definitely
cold.
I
don't
expect
them
to
be
hot
because
they
were
in
a
bag,
but
ice
cold
is
crazy.
I
believe
they
should
not
say
that
they
are
arriving
until
they
are
at
the
building.
This
person
clearly
changed
the
status
while
he
was
at
the
restaurant
so
that
it
would
look
like
he
was
delivering
on
time.,
I
was
going
to
do
a
large
delivery
order
with
them
tomorrow
for
a
meeting.
However,
after
today
I
am
going
to
find
someone
else
or
bring
something
other
than
Panera
into
the
office.
