We were seated right away on a Saturday night around 5pm. We ordered sweet and sour chicken along with sesame chicken and upgraded the white rice to fried rice. We also ordered veggie lo mein. All the vegetables that were in each dish were very fresh and crisp. Everything was very flavorful. Service was quick and attentive. Would highly recommend. *Should be noted, they have a drink menu you can have in hand but you scan a QR code for the food menu.*

From entrance to exit probably the best service all the way around. The food is amazing I would also recommend this for the vegans out there as well. Excellent Excellent Excellent! This is a well oiled machine! 1000% recommend eating here. Great for a date night

This was our first time at this location and WOW the food was excellent and the service was even better. Kendall was our server and she was friendly, patient and helpful...everything you could want in a server. We had an excellent time and can't wait to go back again.

Brian is superior! Best server I have ever had. Makes your dining an experience. Please ask for him & have a blessed meal with Brian as we just had. Take time to enjoy the finer things in life. Food is important and so is good service. Thank you Brian & we will see you soon.

Excellent food an service was attentive but not overbearing. The drinks were very good as well. Good prices for a wonderful dinner. Definitely a great place to stop.

Check out the pics. My dog wouldn't eat it! Chicken had some sort of mush over it and the beef was cold and overcooked. $70 on some bad food (cake was a 10). Had to order somewhere else. No joke, I put it down for my dog and he took one sniff and said no!

Called In to place an order, but employee said you can only place To-go orders online...so...Placed order online. It was ready when I drove up. You have to pick up to-go orders on the back, on the far right. There wasn't anyone standing at the greeters table when I came in so I went to the bar, the employee said I was in the wrong area and to go back out in the main lobby, but since no one was there, I went to the restroom, upon leaving the restroom I saw an employee in the corner working on the register, so I asked him, he said it's in the very far right of the building..so you have to walk past several tables in the dining area, and there was a small area in the back with the orders on the shelf. The food looked good and fresh, the cartons for the fried rice were barely half full. Would probably like to stop by and dine -in next time.

Kristin is the BEST server in this place period! It was a much better experience! I know there is new kitchen staff and it's going to be an adjustment period... do take note of this. She handled the food situation like the boss she is! Super friendly and connected- I think a lot of people take that approach for granted and they shouldn’t! But she really made it an enjoyable experience!!! Thanks doll!

P.F. Chang's was right on point today; hot delicious food, great service and reasonable prices were dished out to us! I usually get hot and sour soup at Asian restaurants, but I tried their egg drop soup and it was velvety smooth, hot, and delicious! 😋

The pork dumplings, crab wontons, and lemonade were good. The orange chicken and sweet tea were pretty awful. The servers were nice. But I think the next time my family wants PF Changs, we'll go to Kroger.

Loved it.. Food is awesome as always.. Ordered Lettuce wrap, chilli beans, pad thai, Brussels sprouts and the Changs drinks... All are great !! ... Anything that you eat tastes great..

My husband and I came here tonight for dinner. Maya was an incredible server. While it took a while on our food, however, we were compensated with some awesome desserts and an extra entree. We definitely will be back again for another date night!

Had not been to a P.F. Chang's since moving here and I was missing out on some very fine Asian cuisine. My drink, Sake' Warrior: vodka, pear sake', lemon, lime & white peach was EVERYTHING! Refreshing, smooth, 😋 The signature chicken lettuce wraps, were divine. Crunchy, sweet, savory, fresh. Lunch, short rib fried rice: plentiful bites of short rib, kimchi, edamame, egg, Wasabi mayo & green onion. Oh, so, umami, flavor bomb in each bite & a wee bit spicy (wasabi). Each part of my meal was.🎯💯🔥. Service was fantastic, atmosphere cool Asian vibe. Loved.it, will be back.

Ate dinner here last Thursday with my daughter, we had crispy green beans, I had the Mongolian Beef and my daughter had the lo mein with chicken, our server, Shane was amazing! He brought my daughter a little bowl of fruit while we were waiting for our appetizer after he let us know the kitchen was a little busy, he was very knowledgeable about the menu, we also had the banana spring rolls for dessert! Everything was delicious! And I will definitely be coming back again!

I had such a pleasant experience at the Louisville PF Chang! The food was hot, tasty, and served in a timely manner. I asked for a special food consideration which my server arranged. Mei, my server, was a delight. She seemed genuinely happy I was there, and took care of everything with a big smile. Great job to the Louisville PF Change manager, cook, and staff! I'll be back anytime I'm in town.

The lettuce wraps are my favorite at P.F. CHANG'S, but everything I have tried was delicious. The seating is comfortable and atmosphere is pleasant. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the outside dining area was closed and it was a beautiful day

The food was fine. Everything tasted good. However, my portion of Chang's Spicy Chicken was much smaller than my wife's Sesame Chicken, yet cost more. Luckily, the service has improved, as that was the reason it had been seven years since our last visit. We weren't sure we'd ever return. Also, turn down the music; it's a restaurant, not a nightclub.

Server was great. Manager walked around by made our server tell all his tables that after an hour it would be longer. Take out need to wait. People sitting in your restaurant shouldn't be there for an HOUR AND A HALF AND WAITING ON FOOD! C'mon!
