This place is beautiful. We didn't get to see the private collection, and I wish they had some sign at the check-in desk that have the hours of when they are open. Also the cafe was closed (closes at 3p) when we went and I was looking forward to doing that too but they weren't open. The Museum has a wonderful collection of corvettes over the years. They deliver their timeline beautifully. TCM also shows their entire sinkhole collection and history of everything. They have a special room. It's magnificent to see. You really feel the energy from that day in there. It's displeasing to say the least. But, wonderfully put together. There are lots of photos of the different era cars on the Google page, however, I clicked the snap button on my favorites. I did check out the brick engraving and that's $125 to do that, but gets shared after a while due to weather. However, they do have nice octagon shaped bricks inside and those are $250 for non members and $200 for members. This would make for a better option if you would like your legacy to live on for years to come.

You don't have to be a Corvette nut to absolutely love this place, but it helps to love cars!! A superb museum with everything you need to see and know about Corvettes. The main lobby is also the delivery area for people to collect their new cars, so you get to see the absolute latest cars too. There's also a great exhibit about a sink hole that swallowed a load of cars from their collection... very interesting.

This place is awesome. What a treat to visit this museum. They have a lot to offer. A lot of beautiful, rare cars are on display for your viewing pleasure. The sinkhole was an incredible event that took place here a few years ago. It's all fixed now and you can visit worry free.

Was driving through to Nashville and had heard about the museum. Didn't have long enough to go through the museum but stopped to explore the lobby, gift shop and new cards on display that had been ordered by customers from the factory. Just the cars in the lobby alone and the gift shop kept me busy for nearly 45 minutes and it was a great stop to be able to walk around an stretch my legs. Highly recommend stopping in just to check it out and come back if you need to. Restaurant in the lobby, great offerings in the gift shop and super clean restrooms. The vibe and atmosphere is so cool as soon as you walk in.

Very cool and informative tour of the factory. No phones, cameras or recording devices allowed. We also toured the museum and saw the sink hole area. That hole is crazy deep. My favorite Corvette paint job was the shark. Went i the gift store and surprised by how reasonable the merchandise was. Gene was great, hell, they all were great and informative.

Wow!!! This place is amazing! What a great job of preserving and presenting the history of the Corvette. The displays are immaculate. The entire museum is very well lit and all the signage is easy to read. I did not know that they had a cave collapse that wrecked eight cars. I couldn't stay as long as I wanted, but I'll be back SOON!!

The minute we saw the museum from the thruway, we were in awe 🤩 It is incredible, the architecture of the building is impossible to miss. The minute you walk in Corvettes everywhere. 🏎💨 Staff greets you with a smile and will answer any question you have about what to do. Corvette Heaven from beginning to end. The gift shop has something for everyone, from infant to adult. If you pass through Bowling Green I highly recommend a visit to this amazing destination. We Loved 🥰 our day there.

What an awesome experience! Picked up our new corvette via museum delivery and I'm so glad we did! Really enjoyed the whole day, and getting to see all the beautiful cars.

As a corvette owner and someone who loves cars I was delighted to have the opportunity to visit this museum. Special thanks to Ray Theriault for personally coming outside to speak to my son and I about the new Corvette E-Ray as we admired some amazing corvettes at the plant parking lot. The museum had a ton of great cars and displays along with plenty of hands on activities.

We went to enjoy tye cars, not expecting a science lesson! What a great visit! We plan to return after completion of the next exhibit.

Had a great visit to the Museum. Glad to see that they were open on Sunday and went with my 2 sons. The place is very well kept and modern. They had a restaurant, library and archive (not open), gift store, stimulator and of course the main museum. We loved the Education center and all the interactive activities within. It kept my 8 and 4 year old entertained and excited. The 'shrine' to the cave-in was awesome and informative. I do wish they left a bit more of the cave-in exposed but probably couldn't for safety reasons. All this along with the awesome, historic Corvettes made it a trip to remember. We plan on returning.

You need to go visit this place if you like cars. We decided to add the guided tour to our ticket. We thought it would add more to the experience. Wow, were we correct. Our tour guide, Jackson, was amazing. Although he was young (19 to 21, we guessed), he knew so much about the history and construction of the Corvette. Jackson worked on the assembly line, as did his father and grandfather. You could tell his love of the Corvette. With 3 generations of knowledge, Jackson was able to bring in personal stories to the tour, not just dry facts. We loved every minute of our tour. The museum is extremely interesting. They have Corvettes from 1953 to today. The displays are well thought out and the descriptions well written. It isn't just a bunch of cars lined up like a car show.

If you are a fan of corvettes, cars or anything fast, you have to come to the National Corvette museum! What an awesome experience to see the history of Americas greatest creation. From the history, designs, the people behind them and the legacy. Seeing historical, rare and prototype cars and to production varieties. It’s a awesome experience for everyone, I recommend absolutely. You will be in awe !!

It's a nice place, but frankly, underwhelming. There are some cars for sure, but the museum is smaller than expected. I think they need more hands on exhibits, a wider schedule of test drives, etc. After all, it's a lost opportunity for potential buyers if you don't get to feel the merchandise. Keep in mind it's also about 2 hours from Louisville. One expects more for a special trip like that.

Definitely worth the trip for museum delivery! Tabb was awesome, went above and beyond. Can't wait to go back. The museum was great too, wish we had more time there.

One of my favorite places on earth! We enjoyed the factory tour beforehand which was somehow even more impressive than the museum. Give yourself a few hours to really enjoy every bit of this extensive collection.

As a specialty museum, it was very impressive, and much larger than I expected. The displays were top quality, and the facility itself was very nice. I'm not personally a Corvette fanatic, but I do appreciate a nice sports car, and the way they showcased the cars was fun to see.

My boyfriend and I went to visit for the first time on his birthday weekend. We had a really great time. We loved the seeing the authenticity and beauty in the cars and learning about them and the people that made them. We were a little disappointed that when we went some of it was closed off because of renovations. But we still had an awesome experience and cannot wait to bring our kids!

At one point they had a better display of the cave in that included cars recovered. Disappointed those were removed. As of 1/18/24 they had multiple construction areas. So maybe they will bring them back.

My husband and I have been to many car museums and this one felt really short and small. We expected to see more cars and weren’t satisfied with the lack of showrooms. The sinkhole section of the museum was really cool. But we were done with the museum in less than 45 minutes. Not worth the price

Great place to visit for car lovers and just a hour north of Nashville. Interesting collection and history, plus a look down at the sink hole that swallowed millions of $ in vehicles a few years ago. Even got to see some buyers take delivery of their new cars. Affordable

I highly recommend getting the guided tour. Our tour guide knew so much and we still were able to explore on our own. I'm a Ford man and absolutely loved the museum

Great experience. Exciting to see. Very interesting to learn about. So much information and fun. Great place to bring family. Plenty of parking. Great pictures in the Corvette store. Definitely recommend it.

Fun place to spend an afternoon. Plenty of parking, conventionally located right off the highway. Lots of history and information about the Corvette. If you are not a fan of the brand it is still a great place to visit. Lots of cars on display, a few interactive attractions for the kids. Gift shop is reasonable...

Love this place. I'd live here if I could. Going to be purchasing a new C8 in the coming year and you better believe I'm getting the NCM pickup option. Really fascinating history in the building, was a fan growing up as my grandpa still had his original 1974 Corvette in Antique White, and this really did cement the legacy of Chevrolet and the Corvette brand in my eyes.

Good museum and not just for fans or owners. A bit pricey for what you see but it’s inline with similar museums. Make sure to really say you want a plant tour and check your receipt. We got booked a museum tour instead. They made it right but we had to come back another day.

This is my second time visiting. I was last here in 2019. Since I own a 1968, I had to stop in. I don't know if I missed a turn, but it seemed a little smaller this time. I didn't find the window on the floor to see the cars still in the sinkhole like I did before. I had a very enjoyable time. The staff in the store was very helpful in find third generation stuff.

  • 3/5 Michael M. 5 months ago on Google
It was somewhat disappointing. The damaged cars aren’t on display anymore and the dome/spire doesn’t make any sense. Shape/design doesn’t have anything to do with corvette and there’s only 12 cars in there. I think they’re worried about the floor again. For 17 bucks it’s a nice quick place to stop but I don’t think it’s worth going out if your way. There’s a lot less cars then I thought would be there. Less then 80 probably

Great place to visit with the family. Lots of great info on the true muscle car from Michigan! Loved the atmosphere and layout of the museum. Best part was watching someone else pay the bill to purchase a brand new Corvette on pick up day. Museum was easy to get in and out of from the highway.

It was a neat experience but I was kind of thinking there’d be a few more cars. A lot of history and I get it… it’s called a museum. But I just wanted to drool over the cars. Nearly all of the exhibits had quality displays or interactive materials, so that was nice. Bit too much kid stuff with the Hot Wheels portion at the end, but whatever. Gift shop had some nice things. I’ve never owned a Corvette but I nearly bought a shirt or jacket. They looked nice. It was really cool to see the super fancy, new corvettes in the lobby, waiting for their new owners.

My children wanted to see the museum when they heard about the sinkhole, which happened in 2014. The exhibit cars are awesome! Affordable admission prices and great location. We had a good time!

If you love cars you will love this museum. It is full of many different models and designs of Corvettes from the first one designed to the current one. Set aside at least 4 hours to go through this museum. It is very unique and has some really cool cars there.

This place was down right awesome. From the moment that you walk in and get your picture took, where you can get copies at the end(That are really good pictures of you and your guest), to when you pay your admission fee and throw an extra 10 dollars in on the Corvette simulator. Which is a blast, and worth every penny in my opinion. The memorabilia, and history of this place is so powerful to me. My wife isn't a fan of cars or history what so ever and she enjoyed this and said she would like to go back some time. The staff here are also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this for men, women, and children. The gift shop is pretty cool too, however I must say you might wanna bring your life savings with you if you plan on leaving with anything really nice. Lol, the artifacts and cars here are one in a million. The sinkhole information is way more deep than anything you saw on the news, and when you see the 1.5 millionth Corvette that they pulled out of it in the dome, you'll almost shed a tear. I've got a picture of it but I'm not gonna spoil it for you. For 18 dollars admission fee per adult, this place is worth every penny to me. Hope this helped you!
