Will be calling to try and get the name of the extremely rude and nasty receptionist who has the worst fake tan I've ever seen. She was so rude with my basic questions and all around seemed very inpatient and snobby, she lost my business, ended up going to the holiday Inn across the street and rented the 4 rooms I needed. I don't think I've ever felt the need to take my business somewhere else. I really hope she is retrained in her customer service/people skills or better yet moved to house keeping, considering that her current role is to represent the hotel and be the face, its completely ruining your image. Regardless I will never ever spend my money at a Hampton for the rest of my days. Truly a shame. I dont normally leave bad reviews. I told my self to sleep it off but woke up just as agrovated and decided to voice my thoughts.

It was very nice. We were able to get the room we called for at the last minute. The place we were staying in didn't accommodate what we had asked for a month and a half ago,so we canceled the rest of our reservations with them and came here. Everyone was nice, and the room was excellent.

The room was nice and clean. The mattress wasn’t the best, but ok. Breakfast was always hot and fresh. The people I interacted with were polite and friendly.

The staff is friendly.Usually our family rents the banquet rooms for Thanksgiving Dinner also additional hotel rooms as well and our out of town family loves it . Unfortunately I was told by hotel staff they have changed the policy, and they are under new management. Family dinners are no longer allowed, and the banquet rooms are for business purposes only. That is very unfortunate for my family. We have done this for the past few years no issues, and even last year the General Manager was extremely helpful. Would love to rent again in the future.

The most important part of this is the reception I received and the service though the stay. Coming off the road to such a inviting environment. Makes for a most pleasurable stay. The Desk clerk who checked us in at 2 in the morning on 10/2/2021 needs a raise! Along with clean, spacious rooms and a variety of amenities. Like the catch and release fishing pond! I would recommend this establishment as one of the best.

Excellent our staying at Hampton Inn. The room was really clean and organized. The bathroom was also clean. The breakfast is included with the room's price and was delicious. We were lucky that the pool was recently open so we could enjoy it .

Love this Hampton Inn! A frequent stop on the way to Pittsburgh. Been stopping here for years. Very clean and comfortable. Fairly good hotel breakfast. Love the walk-in shower. Love the little lake with its ducks! Special shout-out this time to Jared who helped us with a problem lamp.

Nick!!! Thanks so much for making us feel very important throughout our stay and really most every employee we encountered were really friendly and helpful. Nice clean safe place that we absolutely look forward to staying at again next time we are in town. Great job everyone and give Nick a raise!

Booked and paid for a room. Had a late night flight and arrived close to midnight. Paid over $50 to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Arrived at the hotel exhausted from traveling only to be told they no longer have any rooms! They did not care that I had already paid for my room in advance.

Stayed 3 nights in a King Suite. Would definitely stay again. Very clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Would have been great if I hadn't been next to the furnace room. No I didn't want to move it was way too hot they didn't put me near the freeway heck that probably would have been quieter. I loved the swings facing the pond with ducks and a fountain.

The location was in a great area. We are Hilton honors members and visit locations often. The room was flawless and updated, very comfortable for myself, fiance, and dog... The shower was amazing!!! Outside has an area for your dog and bags for after they do their business. Staff was friendly and accommodating!!!

This is my new favorite in Louisville , KY. It's right off a Expressway exit that within a mile intersects with another expressway. Gene Snyder and 71. Then I64 is within 5 miles. The area is very nice and is within walking distance of a walmart and several other stores. Within 1 mile of Target, restaurants, Hobby Lobby. And just about any other store you could want. The hotel itself has a beautiful pool and fire pit, fishing pond ( yes I said fishing lake so bring your rods) There is a walking path around the little lake that's great for a romantic stroll, exercise, or walking your dog. They have three porch swings facing the lake. The hotel is clean. Staff is amazing, and the beds are comfortable. Nice free breakfast and they release points and payment immediately so no long waits on crediting account. As you can tell I'm quite happy. I'm a Titanium Elite member through Marriott and I found this little gem and looks like I'm switching to Hilton, especially if their other properties are so accommodating.

I usually have good experiences at Hampton Inns, which is why I choose them. This one was not the same. The temp situation in the room was miserable making for a bad nights rest after a long day of travel and another day ahead. Set at one temp it was freezing, dropping one degree it was incredibly stuffy. There were 2 drink bottles behind the bed from a previous guest and the General Manger and other attendant were not approachable at all during checkout so I did not discuss the situations with them. Oh, we had a Uhaul trailer with us, very little parking and the night attendant made sure we knew to have it locked up because there are people that have been known to get into things. I appreciated her transparency there!

We recently stayed at the hotel and my husband had a crushed up cigar that broke in his pocket. The hotel charged us $250 for supposedly smoking in the room. Which didn’t happen it wasn’t even lit it was broke in half! When we called to speak to the GM Doug he has failed to call us back for over two weeks! I have called daily and asked for a return call. The receptionist keeps saying she’s giving him the messages. This is unprofessional and frankly disappointing that he’s not man enough to call and show us what proof they have! Do not stay here the staff is rude and will charge you for no reason!

Booked last minute when our Airbnb did not work out. The front desk clerk was amazing. She did everything that she could to find two rooms for us in her already very booked hotel. (The Farm Show was in town this weekend) The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our quick stay.

Great place to stay, especially with dogs! Room was very clean and service was excellent. Breakfast was really good too! Egg white frittata, sausage links, and french toast!! Right next to the hotel is a small pond with a walking path around it that is great for pets - just take poop bags because there arent any over there, but it was clean and free of any other dog poo!

Something I like about this hotel was the little green space with pond you can walk around and a family of ducks. The managers and staff in general are friendly and helpful. Where this is situated, you can drive not too far away to attractions that we went to: Louisville Mega Cavern, the Zoo, the Corvette Plant and Museum, and the Toyota Plant. Also, don't miss Graeter's Ice Cream about a mile from the hotel in a shopping center and Milano's Restaurant just across the road.

Had a very well appointed suite. Super clean. Loved the layout and amenities in the room. Had a separate living room with dining table. We had carry out and utilized the table. Bathroom is very roomy and modern. Seems to have all been updated. Also enjoyed the pool. Hotel was sold out and everything went smooth.

Wonder hotel. I love Hampton Inn's, only downfall is the location. Although it's right next to I-265, road noise is not an issue. Getting here from the I-265 can be challenging due to traffic in immediate area. Otherwise, superb hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Front desk did a amazing job taking care of are needs (Night Shift) Area was safe and pool was clean and a great area outside for relaxing. I would stay here again. A good restaurant near by to try if you like the sports bar and grill perfect for kids is Rosters.

Very clean and pleasant hotel, recently renovated, free internet and parking, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Small remarks include a noisy air conditioner.

Room was clean. Not a bad stay. Free breakfast. I would have rated higher but was annoyed by the thermostat. I tried setting at 72F because it was a chilly day. It would not change and the room stayed at 70F. Then the shower drain was clogged and almost over flowed onto the bathroom floor.

It's a very nice looking place inside and out but we had a couple problems. We got locked out of our room once. The door pad battery had to be recharged. The fridge was a bit noisy. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable and good size.

The rooms were small but clean. They had a microwave and a fridge. The bed was soft and the pillows were soft, but supporting. The bathroom lights were blindingly bright and there was no hot water when I arrived, but it was fixed by the next morning. The breakfast was modest with an egg dish, a meat, and home fries. There was cereal, oatmeal and waffles as options too. It is a short walk to the Walmart or the Ford Plant.

Overall a good stay. There was a smell in the room the 2nd night, however.

The staff was very polite and prompt. The bed was so comfortable. The decor was elegant. The toiletries were awesome. The shower has great water pressure. The breakfast was spot on. The selection of food, the freshness, and neatness we're great. The pool area is delightful. The pond with the fountain and ducks were a bonus.

The room was decently clean, no major issues. It was good, not great. Not a whole lot to say about it. The staff was nice enough but nothing special. Nothing to write home about, but no major complaints. I will say, the breakfast served at the hotel was greatly lacking, and was little more than a waffle maker. Other that the breakfast and a few nitpicky issues, the hotel was nice, I’ve stayed there before and most probably will again.

Housekeeping available upon request, yeah right. Requested day before. Asked three times day they were supposed to come. Was assured room would be cleaned, they never did show up. The next day asked again was told they would come. All they did was drop towels. Digital Key never worked. Breakfast staff did not keep things full an hour before it ended everything was empty. Updated rooms, quiet, nice outdoor pool, but the lack of service knocked down what should be a five star review

The hotel itself was very clean. The customer service aspect was a joke. Our smoke alarm started beeping at 3 am. We called down to the front desk and he comes up to our room and said there’s no 9volt batteries in the hotel. He said he can take the batteries out so it stops beeping. I tell him I do not feel comfortable sleeping in a hotel room without a working smoke alarm. So he takes a battery from another room’s smoke alarm, and puts it in ours. While he’s trying to figure out how to get it off the wall, he cursed every other word. We also asked for extra pillows and he says he doesn’t know where they are and finds us one pillow. How do you not know where extra pillows are in a hotel that you work at??! Absolutely mind boggling. This whole experience was terrible. And of course the ice machine was broken two of the four days we were there. On every floor. And for how much we spent for our stay, I would expect the customer service to be more than it was. I’ve never in my life been to a hotel and them tell me they don’t know where the extra pillows are. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

THIS is what all Hampton Inns should be but aren’t, unfortunately, nowadays. Except for the occasional housekeeping-overlooked dusty surface, everything is as it should be. Truly a comfortable-to-stay-at location. We’re learning that you really need to look at the Google Review of a Hampton Inn property you’re planning to stay at and not merely trust that it will meet Hilton standards. Clearly, Hilton is letting some properties/owners slide (e.g. Hampton Inn - Bowling Green).

I was given 3 different rooms & left a day early because there was a problem in each room. Ants, the A/C unit was not working properly, and the shower drain was partially clogged. The staff was very apologetic but the rooms where bad.

The older lady with black hair at the front desk is very very rude she was making snarky remarks to me. When I walked away from the counter I heard her laughing and making fun of me to another employee. It was very hurtful and unprofessional. As long as she is working there I will not be back

Excellent hotel. Rooms Look recently renovated. Breakfast was served hot and continuously monitored by kitchen staff for top ups. The only issue I faced was there was no wifi connectivity on the third floor. Front desk staff said it could possibly be a router issue that they need to look into.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean room. Friendly staff. The Manager in the morning doesn't want to be bothered by you asking her for a receipt.

Wanted to give Jared at the front desk some thanks. He went above and beyond to make my stay great. After a long day of travel it is always nice to have someone that treats you with kindness.

👍👍 We were so impressed with our stay at this hotel. We stayed on a Tuesday night - so it was not busy but we did not expect how quiet it would be! It was awesome!
