MISSING
POINTS:
CHECK
MARRIOTT
ACCOUNT
when
you
leave.
I
stayed
three
separate
nights
at
this
hotel,
three
separate
reservations.
I
had
to
go
back
and
find
my
receipts
from
my
stays,
enter
all
of
my
information,
upload
it
to
Marriott,
and
report
my
missing
points,
TWICE.
I
had
to
do
this
process
two
separate
times,
for
two
separate
stays.
My
third
stay
with
his
hotel
I
used
my
points,
and
of
course
that
reflected
on
my
account
shortly
after
I
left.
Ironically,
that
“stay”
was
recorded
on
my
account,
but
not
the
other
two
that
I
paid
for.
I
rarely
check
my
Marriott
account
after
I
leave.
Had
I
not
been
aware,
this
hotel
would’ve
cheated
me
out
of
two
nights
(reflected
on
my
account
as
4
from
a
promotion)
+
points.
The
hotel
itself
was
nice,
clean,
and
comfortable.
I
would
go
as
far
to
say
that
it’s
the
best
airport
hotel
available
in
the
area.
The
only
problem
I
experienced
is
the
hot
water
took
8-10
minutes
to
warm
up
before
I
was
able
to
shower.
Once
you’re
in
the
shower,
you
couldn’t
make
the
water
hotter.
The
maximum
temperature
is
the
temperature
you
needed
it
to
be
to
even
step
into
the
shower.
It
was
maybe
two
steps
up
from
being
lukewarm.
This
could
be
a
problem
unique
to
room
405,
or
a
new
way
for
Marriott
to
save
money.
I
experienced
this
same
problem
a
few
weeks
ago
in
New
York.
I
really
value
being
able
to
take
a
hot,
steamy
shower
after
a
12+
hour
drive.
I
kept
extending
my
stay
at
this
hotel
due
to
bronchitis
+
sinus
infection.
A
steamy
shower
was
just
the
medicine
I
needed,
but
didn’t
get
during
my
stay.
Could
it
have
been
fixed
had
I
told
management,
and
moved
rooms???
I
guess
that
is
for
you
to
find
out
because
at
the
time,
I
was
too
sick
and
depleted
to
do
so.
