When we were looking for a hotel close to airport. As we usually do we read the reviews, which were some of the nastiest reviews we have seen. We booked anyway and we are very happy we did. Starting with our check in. The young lady that checked us in was really great, personality was fantastic. The other staff that we encountered were equally personable. One of the better experiences we have had. The hotel was clean from the parking lot all the way to our room. At checkout I met the manager. She was equally personable as all the other staff. We discussed the bad reviews. I will assume that the customers that wrote those are use to staying at the high end high priced hotels. I have stayed at both. I just don't need the opulence of of the high price hotels for just an overnight stay. I know this was a long review but I just had to praise this hotel.

I was in town for a concert at the Expo center, was a little worried about staying here since it was half the price of other hotels and some of the reviews weren't great but it worked out great. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and we were able to easily walk to and from the concert. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Nice & clean with recent updates. They do allow pets, so unfortunately I was across the hall from a barking dog while I tried to sleep during the day (night shift worker). Management tried to call them to quiet the pup, so they were very accommodating.

The lobby, halls, and common areas are not cleaned or maintained very well (I literally wanted to clean the hall). It wouldn't take much for the staff to put in a little effort to improve the hotel's appearance. The room I had was nice. It had new carpets, was clean, and didn't have any weird odors. On the down side the shower didn't work, the facet did but wouldn't come out the showerhead. All in all the hotel was in the perfect location for me and the price was right compared to the ones in the area. I would stay again.

They have a cone placed in the handicap spot in front and only move it for one person to park there that doesn't have a handicap license place or placard that I can tell. The other handicap spots are on the side of the building by a door they don't allow you to use.

Hotel is extremely dirty, smelly, stained carpets, bedding and a few towels had stains! I was scammed by Priceline, they charged me 4x the cost of what this hotel charges! If I knew the hotel charged $54 per night I never would have booked it. This was my first time coming to the Louisville KY area with volleyball and I got scammed online. I stayed the first night and left early the next morning to sleep on my daughters team members hotel couch! disputing the next two nights bill with our credit card. I called Priceline and they would not refund my $534 charge for two nights in this dump!

I booked a room with two Queen beds and was charged because there was three people, I was not asked how many people when I booked! They would only accept cash for that fee! The room had an odor and the carpet was sticky! The water took forever to get just warm. Was told I couldn’t get an extra blanket😡. The coffee creamer was curdled 🤢! Would not recommend!!!

I believe this hotel is doing some upgrades. However, the hallways have no air conditioning and the carpeting and walls are so nasty that you don't even want to walk on it with your shoes on, nor touch anything. Now, when you enter the rooms there is new carpeting and new bedding. The bathroom, refrigerator, and shower were just as bad as the hallway outside the door. We did not use those. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It located around the corner from the airport but there are many other nice hotels in the same location to stay at.

Booked because of location and cheaper prices relative to nearby hotels. Encountered the same issues others are posting about. Cleanliness/quality very poor overall. Lobby bathroom is worse than most gas stations, there was trash all over the floor and looked like it had literally hadn't been cleaned in months. No A/C in hallways or common areas. "Light breakfast" advertised was in fact 3 yogurts in a mini-fridge, an unlabeled pitcher of coffee (was it made this morning? this week? who knows), a juice machine, and a dozen mini cinnamon rolls in a toaster oven that looked like they were bought from the gas station nearby and then unwrapped to be individually served. Sink in my room would not drain the very first time I washed my hands. Stains on walls, carpets, mattress, sheets, everywhere in the room. No towels in room when we arrived. Bathroom amenities have to be requested. No parking available despite supposedly having 1-2 spaces for every room. Drunk patrons were yelling in the hallway at 2am. It was not worth saving $30 a night. Book your stay somewhere else.

This Hotel should not be listed as a 3 star hotel. Very worn. No breakfast, even though the advertisement on booking stated differently. The one sight beautifully advertised lounge is closed. Staff does not assist with reading impaired. I can’t say that it’s the worst hotel we have stayed in but, it will come at the bottom and will be the last time. There is an unadvertised additional $50 deposit for damages. This is above the security deposit already taken. Beware, stay across the street at the Best Western. The one and only reason I can offer a 1 star. They are close to the Atlanta international airport.

Not a Hotel. More like a motel. Service is not horrible but not good. Soft pillows, nice bed. Horrible bathroom, not much of a breakfast (orange juice, cereal). Towels and wash cloth are not white ,but dirty black(as if they the same items that was never changed in years). Have to look carefully for name, it's on small sign next to gate. The building looks like an apartment building. Great parking space. Motel 6 is much better place to stay.

Hema who checked me in was an absolute joy. The lone bright spot in our stay. The "continental breakfast is cereal and apples. Getting out of the elevator on the second floor we were greeted with a smell comparable to a dead body. Carpet stains to match had me looking for chalk outlines. The rooms are small barely room to even move between beds. Have an ice machine but do not provide ice buckets. If it wasn't for Hema this place wouldn't be worth any stars.

Was in town the weekend of Feb 2-4 for the Expo at the convention center. I chose this online due to it being close. I should have waited. This place should be condemned. All carpets in the common area and the room I was in are were stained. Walls are crumbling, bathroom fixtures are rusted, there was no hot water, “breakfast” was a gallon of milk and three choices of cereal. The resident “lady of the evening” asked me if I wanted company. I could go on but I’ll just say there are 8 other hotels within 100 yards of this sewer, I’d consider one of those if I were you

The hotel is definately older and in need of upgrading. The carpets has lots of stains and is in need if replacing but its not too bad for the rate. Room and bathroom is pretty clean and decent and pretty spacious. Its close by to the Expo Center which is the reason for our trip. AC works and free wifi.

I've seen and stayed in worse hotels but for a chain/ branded hotel this is about as low as they get. Everything felt cheap from the TV, bed, fabric, cleaning standards, breakfast and service. The TV was very low resolution, bed hard, floors and bathroom almost clean. The shower head had mineral deposits built over months. If you are in a bind, need the cheapest place and nothing else is available, then stay here. Otherwise I'd keep looking.

Guy at front desk was rude on the phone and in person. The doors close much too loudly here. Keeps you awake at night. My tub had mold in it. Couldn’t take a bath, only showered. Exhaust fan doesn’t work in the bathroom either. Make sure you check your room before they say it’s too late to change rooms. Homeless people outside using outlets to charge phones. Homeless people panhandling at the entrance to motel.

Nasty carpets turn the bottom of your feet black if walking on them barefoot. That’s how dirty they are. I don’t think they were ever shampooed since they were installed. I mean, how expensive is a rug shampooer? Plus be ready for paying in advance for overnight Parking in CASH ONLY with no receipt given. I ask to put parking charges on my credit card and it wasn’t allowed. Hmmm! Doesn’t sound like good business.

Booked a room there last minute for Street Rod Nationals. Day staff was very helpful and pleasant, location was great for the car show, and room was accommodating for all we needed it for. Hotel is a little dated, but I would definitely stay here again. Only complaint I have is the one car per room policy, but not a deal breaker.

Proprietors of this establishment live on-site in one of the rooms they utilize. The only handicap parking spot in front for their own personal parking as well as having another vehicle parked in the loading zone and they do not move. Cleanliness is to be desired. Staff does not respond to guest requests and when asked about if they can do anything about people parking in two spots. They said if you can't find a spot, just let us know. We'll find something location was good. Everything else is a no-go cleanliness friendliness breakfast. I can go on and on but I won't.

Felt like I had to chime in after seeing so many negative comments. We stayed for 5 nights for a festival and thought it was great! Great location, great price, and both the day and night staff were absolutely lovely. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but everything was serviceable and we had a very comfortable stay, even compared to our stay last year at a more upscale location, nearby.

I see a lot of bad reviews This is not a 5 start resort. Is a clean hotel to spend one or 2 nights. Just for sleep It was clean and comfortable

*Avoid at all costs!!* This place was beyond disgusting. The shower was falling out of the wall. Blankets were covered in cigarette burns. Floors so dirty that your shoes would stick to them. Free breakfast consisted of opened boxes of cereal laying around with roaches all over them. If all that isn't bad enough, we caught the owners/staff trying to sneak into our room when they thought we were gone to the festival. So we immediately left, losing $1,000 in the process because we stil had several nights left to be there and they refused to refund us anything. Even after we caught them breaking into our room. These rooms arent even worth the $50 they charge on a regular basis, let alone the $250 a night they charge when there's an event nearby. I wouldn't recommend someone stay here, even as a last resort. You'd be better off sleeping in your car somewhere.

Understaffed but to be fair they were looking to hire . An update of fixtures and a bit of paint would go a long way for this place , staff were helpful and hardworking I really appreciated the owner and his effort to help with anything we needed. Bedding was clean and comfortable

6/17/23. Overall nice hotel and price was great. A/C wasn't able to blow so room was stuffy. Night auditor found me a fan which was perfect in circulation of cool air👌. Once resolved I slept well. Thank you all so much for the hospitality!

It's dirty, but for the rate for when we stayed, I kind of expected it to not be amazing, but the elevator walls are soiled all over(literally like someone hung out in the elevator blowing snot balls all over) Pretty sure our room wasn't even cleaned before we checked in, but we were so exhausted from travel we just let it go.

👍👍 We were so impressed with our stay at this hotel. We stayed on a Tuesday night - so it was not busy but we did not expect how quiet it would be! It was awesome! We stayed in the King Suite - it was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Beautiful room. I’ll be honest - I’ve not been in a hotel so cl...
