We had a pretty bad experience for just staying one night. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff were nice. Poor Communication: - Our keys to our room didn't work so they had to give us a different room. The front desk said it was a known issue that they thought had been fixed. - Then around 9am house keeping knocks on our door because no one told them they had switched our room. Check out wasn't until 11 so it was annoying being woken up early. Upkeep: - The front door has huge gaps where insulation strips should be. It let in a lot of sound and cold air. (See photo) - The bathroom door didn't shut all the way which let in cold air while showering. - The toilet is insanely loud for about 10 seconds when it flushes which made it impossible to not wake others up if you had to use the bathroom at night.

Great little hotel, service was excellent. We had a late check in and they we beyond accommodating. When we made the reservation asked for a blanket and it was actually in the room. We were pulling a car carrier and the gentleman at the check in helped us find a safe lighted spot. I have never had a check in clerk help us like that, what a pleasure. Comfy bed and quiet, not even loud air conditioning. Lol. If you are not planning on using the pool stay here we will be back. 9/11/21

Read horrible google reviews and was concerned. Read better reviews on Travelocity and hoped for the best. Got a mixture. Yes, it has been PARTIALLY remodeled. Common areas look good. Our room has new carpet, paint and new tile around the 1970's tub. Toilet and shower space is TINY! Door into that space is from the 70's also. Exhaust fan doesnt work. It is a MOTEL not a HOTEL. We initially drove around the rear of the property as the front entrance is not clearly marked. There were some sketchy folks hanging around back there. Front desk clerk was very nice, even made some jokes. Never in my life have I had a $50 hold put on my credit card to stay at a motel. They said it was in case we caused damage or smoked in the room. Guess that policy is in place because of the riff raff staying in rooms in the back? Its nearly 90 degrees outside but they closed the pool on Labor Day? This is the south, its warm enough to hang out in a pool into October!! Their method for breakfast is strange. They dont put out a small buffet like most motels/hotels. They have two choices, you tell the desk clerk what you want and they fix a plate. Thats all you get. I cant eat 3 belgian waffles and a bunch of sausage like I might at a Country Inn and Suites. Would we stay here again? NO!!! Is it as bad as some of the goggle reviews? Also, no!

The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We reached a bit late at night but the check-in was easy. Looks like they are remodeling, so I hope the room will look better in the future but as of now the ceiling looked moldy. But overall, was worth the money, the breakfast was good as well.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Minutes after we reached the room, front desk called to see if everything was ok with the room. Price of room and location was great, less than 20 min to all the places we planned to see. Breakfast was good enough to start our day. We ended up having booked an extra day. The day we left, an hour and a half into our drive back home, the manager Amid called to tell me I left my bag of clothes in the room. I asked him if he can send it to me if pay for it, he said he can charge my card for shipping. I received by bag with everything I had left behind. I am so thankful to the front desk team for making our stay there pleasurable and especially the manager Amid for going beyond and shipping my bag of clothing I desperately needed. Highly recommend place to stay.

It was very clean and quiet! Lots of other guests, but still quiet. All the staff were lovely and pleasant. I was just so happy with how clean the rooms were- and no funky “mystery hotel room” smell!

I was expecting a character-building horror story, but my room had been remodeled in the recent past and was OK. Decent budget hotel. Seemed clean to me. Breakfast was still a bag o'stuff, including the cost-saving Sunny D, which I loathe. Other hotels in Louisville are having a normal breakfast. When is Wyndham going to get the memo?

Been dealing with this property since last year, they are continuing to change the story. When i stayed at this property i was told i could do an early check in and everything would be okay, but do to the front desk letting me check in to early they came to my room and told me that id have to pay or leave after he admitted the front desk attendant had received wrong information, ehich indicates its the property’s fault, I would have waited the extra couple of hours to check in if i was told that’s what’s required for early check in, after i just used 15,000 points for a free night, ive stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had problems like this. They refused to refund my points or offer a discount besides what was listed online. The part that I'm upset about is how the front desk said in-front of me to the manger is “yes i told him it would be okay im sorry” for the manger to continue just to restate the hotels policy to me about early check in, which the dest attendant should know, i only knew i could do a early check in because my reservation said it was possible, i dont know the exact policy. So the hotel should have owned there mistake instead of treating me like i was trying to steal a room

This is a bit of an older property, but it has a really large outdoor pool and they have remodeled. Considering the price, I really liked this hotel. There is a Mexican restaurant in the hotel with an extensive menu and bar, as well as two gas stations with convenience stores adjacent. There are a few areas that need attention, but once business picks up the owner will likely address them. I found my stay to be pleasant with many of the features one might find at a larger full service hotel, but priced for the common working man. I definitely recommend this place if you are on a budget but want all the amenities of a large hotel.

Honestly we came as a group of 6 females for a girls night and Paul was so nice and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! I think some of the reviews are kinda far off because our stay really wasn’t bad at all. Bed was decent, I would say news new pillows but my room was clean. There was a smell but comes with it be an older motel and it having smoking rooms. I honestly wouldn’t mind staying here again. I seen no loitering or drug use while there and I found the place super easy!! Sign right out from says lobby check in if you’re paying attention

To start the building was poorly lit and the sign for the building was on the side facing away from the road, rather than the front of the building. It took me about 10 minutes to find the motel. After checking in I was pointed in the direction of my room. After another 10 minutes I found my room. I know I reserved a clean non smoking room, but that it’s not what I got. The smell was horrendous, but I was tired. The next morning I showered in a old outdated tub/shower with peeling paint. I showered and dressed to prepare myself for a Continental breakfast that didn’t happen. I was lucky to get coffee. I had find breakfast somewhere else. I’m almost scared to go back to finish my weekend stay. I definitely won’t stay there again, especially after V seeing the pool full of green water and slime.

Awful! Misleading information on checking in. Sink top was not secure nor level. Toilet was leaking, causing us to hear the tank fill every few minutes. A bathing suit top on the back of the bathroom door. Some kind of rubber child’s toy next to the night stand. TV remote worked occasionally. Asked for price on a room and was told approx. $170 after taxes. Found room was $89 on Priceline. Arrived extremely late night. 3:00 am on booking day. Asked if I needed to come back and was told no, he (hotel staff) would get me a room for that night and through the next day to our original checkout. Was awakened at 11:30 and was told to leave. Day staff/management was rude. As I rounded the corner to speak with them, racial comments were said. Nothing was done about the misleading communication. Guess I should’ve read more on policy. However, that does not excuse the dirty conditions, bad PR, and disrespectful staff. I would take a sleeping bag and tent over that experience!

I'm only giving it 2 stars because your front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room smelled horribly of urine and mold. The drawers in the TV stand were all broken and the tub did not drain properly. Overall horrible accomodatioms. The smell almost makes you choke.

I wish I could give this motel a 0. The outside was so run down that I asked to see a room before checking in. I could tell I wasn’t going to be happy just by the condition of the exterior. The pictures online are completely deceiving. When we looked at the room we could see mold on the lamp shade and the walls. We inspected the bed and saw a bug, hair, food and mold on the sheets. The sink was detaching from the counter and the light switch was coming out of the wall. Front desk employee was very rude when I explained why I would not be staying there. I called the manager to ask for a refund since I did not stay. He refused and said I should have asked for another room. I would rather be out the money than stay there and risk bringing home bed bugs or getting sick from the mold.

Disgusting floors, not vacuumed, huge buildup of hair and fuzz/debris by the tub. Sink pulling away from the wall, and nastiness down the drain. Beds were hard. No continental breakfast, just a list where you can choose 1 of 3 items. We left our socks on and left as soon as we woke. Not even a 1 of 5 for the price. Do not recommend at all!

First off,the Google photos are misleading as HELL! This place is an absolute dump! The building is rundown and creepy. And to top it off there's a notice that the building is going to be demolished sometime in the near future. Our room was on the back side of the property and when we drove up,there were three men standing outside our room. The room itself was in poor condition. The sliding chain for the door had been busted at one point and the door looked as though it had been busted in. The ceiling was cracked, fixtures were coming off the wall and there was expand-o foam keeping the toilet on the floor. We only stayed because my kids were exhausted from our trip but definitely a lesson learned

👍👍 We were so impressed with our stay at this hotel. We stayed on a Tuesday night - so it was not busy but we did not expect how quiet it would be! It was awesome!
