Great hotel, super clean, friendly staff, accommodating Needs: Basic microwave in all rooms Ice machine on main floor Bad: If you are work nights or get in late, the North West rooms stay away from, it's close to the freeway on ramp and you can practically hear every vehicle as it climaxes it's motor and grabs another gear to get onto the freeway. Sounds like window is open. It's loud. Highly recommend the opposite side of the building.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Aloft is a great Marriott product--the inviting lobby and social environment is a nice break from you standard hotels. Both Aloft and Moxy are a breath of fresh air in and otherwise mundane hotel industry.

Went out to have a drink and listen to the music. It was fantastic. Band R & R played. They had the crowd dancing. There was drink specials. Best time I have had in a while. They have comfortable seating. Bartender was very nice.

I had an extended stay at Aloft and feel compelled to sing their praises a bit. The staff is amazing, and I believe it starts at the top with their wonderful GM (Lesli). From the front desk workers (Noel, John, and others), to the cooks, to the housekeepers.. the service I received was top notch! They were ALL very attentive, professional, accommodating, and super friendly. The bar/lobby area was lively with music always playing softly in the background. The pool was refreshing, the gym was clean, and the parking was safe and secure. The room had an open, airy design to it with a couple chairs, a bench, a desk and multiple usb plug-ins. It also had a mini-fridge, coffee/tea area, retracting push-button shades, and one of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in. Great location and convenient to a lot of shops, the interstate, and great restaurants. It shares a parking lot with Jagger's, Martin's BBQ is a 2min walk, and Chick-Fil-A a 2m drive away! Overall, it has a Great Vibe.. a Great Staff.. and is a Great Hotel!

Honestly the place is gorgeous, dog friendly, and a great social atmosphere. I think for short periods of time it is great! Unfortunately for my wife and I we are on extended stay waiting for our house to be vacated. We ran into a few issues right out of the gate with finance, service, and accommodation. This is our first time with aloft so we won't let that sway our judgement but it has be a very neutral experience thus far.

A lot of problems with this hotel. The employees were all great but the hotel itself and model are not good. The bad: Rooms are small. Bathroom is very small. Bathroom and sleeping room are together (so not good if more than one person staying in the room). Bad lighting (ie. turning off room lights turns off reading lamp and outlets at desk, sink and shower share the same light circuit… can’t see at night and turning on toilet light then lights up the whole room). Bed is hard. Horrible water pressure. Breakfast is available but costs extra and is nothing special.

I visited for the first time, myself and sisters for a quick night get away on 11/11/23. The process of booking and staying was great, but I have to say I was disappointed with the space in the room and no microwave in the room. The mini fridge is exactly that a very small one. The bathroom door was very hard to close and for the price I paid for one night (almost 191.00) was I feel not worth the stay there. I at least thought the rooms would be bigger and a microwave in the room to use. I really think I would have been better staying at a regular Marriott than there. I was disappointed in the stay there.

I'm so glad my wife and I made the decision to stay here. We couldn't have been happier with service and accommodations. Close to both of our jobs and always had a pleasant experience with whomever was at the front desk. Everyone was always polite and respectful. Highly recommend to anyone. We stayed for 11 days and were pleased with everything. No bugs, no mold, room was clean, and room service took care of us daily.

I stay here all the time for work. It’s a great experience each time. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong, it’s handled swiftly. Today I am staying an extra night because I am sick. I called the front seat and spoke with Noelle who was so kind. She came up to my room instead of making me come down to check in (I was in no position to come downstairs). She brought me new keys and let me stay in the same room. She even brought me some medicine, water and Gatorade. She really cared and, after my wife called, even promised she would check on me before she left for the day. It means the world to me that she was so nice to me. All the staff is always so nice.

Was gifted a room for my birthday and was upgraded to a Suite! Thank you Taseana Matthews, Night Manager and Karey for your hospitality and customer service during our stay. The accommodations were great and the hotel very nice. Look forward to staying there again and other Aloft's in the future. Being a BonVoy member as well, I have not had the opportunity to stay at your brand, but would do so in the future.

I recently stayed at the Aloft hotel, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night’s sleep. However, the only downside was the road noise and occasional loud sounds from nearby doors slamming. Despite this minor inconvenience, the stylish and modern atmosphere, friendly staff, and convenient location made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Aloft for a comfortable and trendy hotel experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel searching was a headache, but then I found platforms like ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ This stay speaks for itself! Stay was amazing. Check in was a breeze and the worker was awesome we talked for like 15 minutes and could’ve continued but I was already having a late check in (3am). They were amazing about that I just let them know ahead of time about it going to be late. The room was nice and clean and felt amazing. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on, we were missing it when we got back home to our bed. That’s saying a lot if you’ve ever slept on a hotel bed. The daily room cleaning was nice and left the room always feeling amazing like that first day arrival. The only issue we had was one day that didn’t leave an extra roll of toilet paper, luckily we didn’t need it. The only couple downsides we had was our refrigerator didn’t seem to be working luckily for us we were only keeping waters in it or it would’ve been worse. The other thing was on checkout day, housekeeping knocked on our door first at 9ish waking us up and did so every 30 minutes after that. Checkout is at noon so it wasn’t close to checkout time. That for us was unacceptable and will be the thing I warn anyone about when thinking of staying there. Overall wonderful stay and it will be the hotel we check at first when looking at staying in or near that area!

Great staff, great rooms. I've stayed here on various trips for over 5 years and the service is always consistent and welcoming. Highly recommend.

There was plenty to do in the lobby of this hotel, seating, pool table, etc. The bar area was absolutely hopping. The hotel served a number of sweet treats and biscuits as well as yogurt and granola in the morning for the post Kentucky Derby crowd. The room was a bit tight with how the beds were situated, but it felt clean and well kempt

Aesthetically the rooms are very nice. As far as that is concerned I would give them 5 stars, unfortunately functionality in the bathroom area was lacking. If I could give their shower ZERO stars I would. One of the worst showers I've ever been in, and the water pressure was abysmal. Give yourself an extra 10 minutes to shower, because that's how much extra time it will take due to the lack of water pressure. The shower/bathroom was also lacking a place to place your toiletries and hang your towel. Not a great way to start your day.

I really like the aloft concept. The bar was great last night with a good selection of bourbon and scotch. Bartender was super friendly and attentive. Front desk staff was courteous and quick. Room was clean and had a great view. I opened the window and it made for a great smell and comfortable room.

I've stayed here 3 times. Each time was completely over charged. The 3rd time I stayed here, I started my period on the comforter. It's already embarrassing enough, but they charged me as much as they could for it. The manager was completely rude to me and even hung up on me. (I hope the calls are recorded) will not stay here again. Will not recommend. House keeping also intruded our room 4 times....one time even coming all the way in without knocking. They just literally do whatever they want and it's not acceptable. I did report to corporate, which I'm sure will fall on dead ears.

We lost our deposit because my special needs son had an accident on the bed. They can't claim that because there are laws in place. They said we left garbage outside of the trash. Even so it doesn't cost $200 to clean that but thats what they charged!! Just read where someone had their time of the month and they charged as much as they could have. We will never stay here again and that was our 3rd or 4th time. I feel so dumb that we've bragged about this place and told people how we love it and even had others stay there based off our suggestion. They don't have to worry about that again. We will go anywhere else!

I've stayed in a handful of Alofts over my rather lengthy tenure using Marriott (Lifetime Titanium Elite), but this one stood out, and not in a great way. The location itself is simply loud - tons of traffic and little noise mitigation with the windows. That said, the lovely AC unit with the annoyingly loud or otherwise broken fan made sleep difficult to come by. Mentioned this to the front desk and nothing was done, nor an offer to relocate the room. Other than that, staff was great, but I'd pick another hotel.

Modern design which appeals to me, but overall it was just a place for my family to sleep at a reasonable price. The room was spacious enough for my wife, 2 kids and myself. There are some things about this place that some people might find quirky, such as the lack of standard dressers, sliding door to the water closet, and “window” in the shower. We enjoyed the pool a couple of mornings and it was warm, clean, and plenty of fresh towels. You can tell that it’s a fairly new hotel but it’s starting to show signs of being used; cracking grout, signs of rust on shower door hinge, etc. We’ll definitely consider staying again.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights at Aloft Louisville East. The location is perfect. Right off the bypass and Westport Rd. You have everything you need close by. Plus, easy to get into the city too. Service was great, but we don't need much. Their snacks in the lobby are overpriced, but it's a hotel. My only gripe...the pocket door that separates the toilet and shower from the vanity was hard to pull close. It was binding. Room number 435. Also, the comforters are light. I just prefer a heavier comforter. Beds are very comfortable. I love the decor. It's fun and different.

I would say that our overall stay was ok, The design and layout of the hotel is very pretty. It has a very welcoming, warm feel, pet friendly, great location, and very quiet. However, I was not satisfied with the fact that if you want room service you have to call down to the front desk Everyday, there was no microwave in the room, the water pressure of the shower was extremely low, breakfast is not free, the tv in the room was not a smart tv, and the pool was not very heated like they advertised.

Very clean place, with a great lobby. Didn't like that you had to tell housekeeping in advance to make up your room. A bit noisy. Great selection of TV channels, and one of the better hotel showers.

We were in town for my son’s wedding. We hosted a cocktail party, at the bar, the night before the wedding. Faith, our bartender/manager of the bar was fantastic. Interacted with everyone in a friendly, positive manner. The spacious lobby allowed our large family to meet comfortably. Staff was polite and helpful. A great time was had by all!

This was my first stay in an Aloft, and it was wonderful for the price. Very clean. The room was laid out very efficiently. Staff was very friendly and professional. Be sure to get a room away from the road. There was a lot of road noise at night.

Modern but over priced for what you get what is basically nothing. No complimentary breakfast. If you chose to purchase food it was real expensive. Also small rooms. The only plus was the indoor pool. Next trip definitely wouldn't be my first choice of hotels to stay at.

This Aloft is super convenient to shopping, groceries and liquor shops! It’s right off the Interstate! ❤️We love everything about this place with the exception of no microwave in the rooms. We have to go to the Lobby to microwave something!☹️

We spent 8 nights at the Aloft Louisville East this past week. The room and building were very clean and well appointed. We got a great price compared to other hotels in the area, and the hotel is very well located near a lot of shopping and expressways. I only had a few minor issues, but they were small enough to not detract from my giving them 5 stars. The minor issues I had were first that the water pressure in the shower is basically non existent. It felt like someone was holding a plastic bag with a few holes in it over your head. At first I thought this might just be an issue with my room, but we had family staying in another room and their shower's pressure was the same. The second (again very minor) issue was that you have to go to the lobby to find a garbage can. So if you have pizza boxes, etc. that you don't want in your room, you have to go to the lobby to dispose of them. There are no garbage cans on the room floors. Neither of these things were deal breakers for us, and we enjoyed our stay. If we had the need, we would stay here again if the price continues to be reasonable.

Decent hotel, decent but smaller rooms. Was told we were getting a "pet friendly" room but it was just a regular room (as in it had carpeting). They charged a $200 incidentals held fee or whatever they call it (today is Wednesday and I was charged on Saturday) and still haven't gotten it back yet. I wish the hotel disclosed that they'd charge that much somewhere more easily seen, I guess, online when booking? I just didn't see that when I booked. That was like double what the room cost.

If you need a simple place to sleep and leave, this is better than a motel. If you truly wanted a hotel experience, don’t waste your money. Wish we listened to others and chose differently. The room was tiny and plain, there for a long weekend wedding getaway, and yet cannot even have a movie night together alone in the room- there was only sheets on the bed, the “comforter” was so thin I was freezing. We adjusted the thermostat and asked for another blanket, it was a giant towel material, rough and scratchy so uncomfortable. The tv always starts up on a random setting and you have to adjust it and it’s like 7 cable channels. Found out the hard way the outlets turn off with the light switch. So we plugged in the laptop and a few other devices at the desk at night and all were dead in the morning. Upon checking in we asked for a fresh up on the room while gone in the day- water and coffee cups refilled etc- no one came. We asked for some brought to the room when we returned before rushing to a wedding and we’re told we should have requested it… but we did.. over 24hours ago. The food and drinks are expensive we went out to eat and got a full plate of breakfast for $10 at a local brunch place when a small breakfast sandwich here was $8, nothing included. Also the round desk in the lobby has computers with customers information and no privacy screens. Awkward when you can see so much information in front of your eyes when trying to check out- they need privacy screens in the way this desk is set up. Is it modern and nice? Yes for design. Although the rooms had some design flaws and you can tell it looks like a flip house, poorly done “fixes” on wall cracks and such. A flip house is the best way to describe it. If you simply need a place to lay your head, it’s fine, just bring your own bedding for comfort. And know the staff is nice. If you want a true hotel experience, food worth the price and comfortable bed, and lay in bed and watch something and enjoy the room and experience- this place isn’t worth the price in our opinion.

Excellent clean and comfortable room, and well equiped fitness center in an excellent location. But they were obviously unprepared for a windstorm that caused a power loss and the elevators were down for a significant amount of time. Well stocked bar which was very nice.

Room was probably one of the nicest ones I've been in for that price. Only 20 minutes or so from downtown too. The pool was heated and actually pretty nice. Went and hung out with friends at the bar and a wedding party. Great for anyone fine with being a drive away from downtown.

I stayed at Aloft & a few different Marriott properties in Louisville for an extended amount of time while in school. As a Titanium member, I’ve stayed at well over 100 properties over the years and can have enormous expectations at times. However, the service at Aloft is second to none. Everyone is very professional and friendly. The GM Leslie is excellent and manages this property flawlessly. Samai and other associates truly create a safe family like atmosphere with their hospitality. They also have one of the best night auditors I’ve ever came across. No matter what time of night it was, there was always someone readily available at the desk. The only issue I had was that there aren’t any microwaves in the rooms. Which is outside the employees control but, aloft(s) definitely need microwaves! If I ever travel through Louisville again, I’m definitely contacting them first.Thank you to the entire staff for your hospitality and generosity. -Cannon

Very nice experience. The hotel is visually appealing and accommodating. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Easy to use safe in your room which I like. Nice area, directly off the expressway and within walking distance of the shopping center full of all our favorites. Target, Meijer, Hobby Lobby, Movie Theater, Chic Filet, Cheddars, Toast, Panera, Great BBQ place, and Jaggers directly next door. Indoor pool, indoor and outdoor bar, pool table, and free parking. Breakfast isn't free but it's good. Noel was at the front desk and she is the reason I'm writing such a lengthy review. She made us feel welcomed in a way that is rare and I'm a Titanium Elite Member I know hotels.

Grateful for the trucker parking lot. The room was weird, minimalistic, cold, sterile--definitely not the cozy, home away from home feeling I am looking for when traveling across the country. It seemed to want to be for design more than comfort and enjoyability. It was very high priced and any breakfast items were stupid and expensive. The only good thing was the truck parking.

This week I came into town for a meeting and I just have to say, their Sales director, Amanda, really did an excellent job. From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. The event manager went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our meeting was taken care of. From coordinating the room setup to making sure all of our rooms were great, they were on top of it all. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and their responsiveness. Whenever we had a question or needed something, they were right there to help us out. It made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

I just stayed there, and it was a wonderful stay. The rooms are great and clean, the location is very good with several food options near by. Our team had two days of business meetings and the space was quiet and perfect. Plus, the manager Amanda went above and beyond on our behalf to make sure we had an amazing time. I will definitely stay here next trip to the area.
