Great Hotel and staff. Clean rooms and great service. They have a great restaurant and bar.

We checked in late and the staff were still pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is an extra charge and is just warmed up costco items. I would expect that on a free breakfast, but if you charge me more then my expectations rise. The pillows were old and flat and needing trashed. Bed was good and staff was great.

Stayed here for about 4 days for my grandfather's funeral. Mr. Tony and every single staff member was extremely kind, patient, and courteous. If I have to make another trip back to Louisville for any reason, this is the only hotel that my fiancée and I will be considering. Thank you all so much. -Taya Hanson

I stay here once a month for work when I travel, and have been a guest here at least 7-8 times now. Rooms are always clean when I check in, staff is nice, breakfast is pretty good. Weight room is good considering it's a hotel not a gym. Only thing I don't like is the thermostat has a locked temperature range. And the range it will go is not near adequate. I understand having limits on HVAC systems to increase longevity, but limiting the low end to 70 is simply not adequate. I don't like being hot when trying to sleep. Setting the range from 64-66 on low end to 75-76 on the high end is well within limits of any HVAC system regardless of time of year. That needs to be addressed

We been there on our last trip , very very disappointed, suddenly woke up early in the morning after a long drove around 2:30 am and what we found ? Surprisingly is bed bug crawling in our bed . Killed it and call the receptionist and he said sorry about things happen during our sleep and he nicely move us to different room , but we can’t sleep anymore till the rest of our stay. During our checking out , we spoke to manager on duty , she said she will investigate further . Till a week later, we email to hilton corporate, and guess what they said , they do professionally check and didn’t found nothing. Presented the proofs , but got no response. We didn’t know where we have to go after all.

Very nice clean hotel, just wish they had more options for grab and go breakfast or Ala carte items. Staff was fantastic and the room was clean and fresh! Thank you!!!

The only thing stopping me from leaving a 5-star review is how we were being rushed out of our room on the day of check-out by seemingly every staff member in the building. We requested, and were granted, a late check-out time of 1 p.m. because we had a late flight that day. Our son has autism and we wanted to avoid making him sit in the airport terminal for several hours. Housekeeping knocked on our door twice before 11 a.m., and shortly after, a staff member decided to open our door without knocking. This was alarming and pretty invasive. I guess we're lucky that neither my wife nor teenage daughter were undressed at the time. Our room keys were deactivated before we checked out. The grumpy front desk manager then called our room at 12:50 p.m. and asked why we were still there. This is a man who clearly does not enjoy working in his chosen field. Other than that, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the server for the lobby breakfast was especially pleasant and friendly.

We have stayed at many Garden Inns and this one was by far the least impressive One of the main reasons we stayed there was for the pool and it was closed “until further notice” without any notice, when we asked for more towels, we were told that they’d have to get manager approval. We had 4 people in the room and we were staying for 2 nights, and furniture in the lobby was very run down.

The gentleman working the desk on 2/15/24 @ 1:30pm is probably one of the most horrible person I’ve ever delt with at a Hilton hotel. The night before checkout I called to get a late checkout time which was accommodated. I had a work call that lasted 10min over my late checkout time. I called the desk to let them know that I was packed and about to load my car up and I got the meanest response. “OK, well it’s 10 mins past your checkout time when will you be out?!” In the most condescending tone I’ve ever heard. If he doesn’t like his job that much, he should consider finding something he’s not miserable at, and BAD AT DOING. Completely uncalled for!!!! I will also be calling corporate to let them know as well.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to the shopping and great restaurants. We felt safe walking at night back to our hotel. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was our only complaint. We felt it was very overpriced.

Overall a solid Hilton Garden. Although a little older still well kept. Breakfast is so-so, needs a better selection of cereals or other healthier options. Good conference and meeting rooms. Rooms are clean. Shower a bit dated and could use refreshing. Bed is comfy with normal pillows. Location is great- walking to shopping and food. Overall would stay again.

I would be more than happy to come back to this Hilton Garden Inn Northeast. The stuff is amazing. The room was clean. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The restaurant was good. The area is amazing and beautiful.

5his Hilton Gardens Inn is very nice. The lobby has a bar and breakfast, which is $11.99, unless you are a Diamond member and choose the complimentary breakfast over the free 750 points. Each room has nice beds, clean baths, a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast has you regular Hilton basics. These is a pool, fitness room, and business center.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Lots of parking. Hotel was behind a shopping center so it was a challenge to find the entrance. Left too early to see breakfast. Parking felt secure.

Staff was friendly, room was nice, and breakfast was tasty with a good amount of quality options all prepared well. Would stay here again.

Nice place. Our car won't start. The hotel asked their maintenance guy to give us a wrench to tighten the battery terminal.... well, he did it for us! --in a heavy rainstorm. (the rain stopped 10 minutes later)

Room not properly cleaned. Dead bugs on floor and windowsill. Found dirty socks on floor near bed. No hand soap in bathroom. Towels clean but dingy. Pillows worn out. Only one elevator working. We stayed here many times but hotel in need of serious makeover. We will not return.

The staff was very accommodating to myself and family. Hotel is at end of cul de sac yet next to very busy shopping area and close to freeway. Rooms were well maintained and clean and staff was awesome. I would totally recommend. Also continental breakfast was awesome as well.

The front desk staff, Mike, was patient, nice and moat helpful. The breakfast was delicious and staff were exceptionally pleasant, warm and friendly. The room was clean but needs some maintenance or upgrade. The tub glaze peeled off which makes the tub dirty looking and the water was standing in the tub!! But again, it was a great stay!! We came back 3 days later and had the same experience. We hope it's renovations will will be done because this place has great workers and deserve it!!

The location is good. The rooms are a little dated. But, my biggest issue was that it seems they don't keep up building maintenance. There was a "fire" caused by a bad HVAC unit burning up a worn belt on the night I stayed. It's awful to be woken out of a deep sleep at 02:15, evacuated for no real danger, made to stand outside in 30° temperature for an hour, and then finally get back to bed at 03:30. I won't be using this property again just to be safe.

The bed was really uncomfortable. The refrigerator was loud. I definitely won't stay there again. I can get that same room for a hole lot less money.

First the toilet wasn't filling up. Called 3 times to finally get someone up there to fix it. Then Tony the front desk guy was very rude everytime I went to desk. It was like I was bothering him when I asked a question. At one point he told me he didn't care if we stayed there again.

Nice property, good location, no issues. Suggestion: Showers need grab bars to making it easier and safer for us older folks to get in and out. Most other hotels we stay in, have these now.

We had a couple of small issues but Michael (front desk) resolved them with cartoon speed! Wendy (food service) was wonderful and provided great food and outstanding customer service! I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn, NE Louisville, Kentucky. Outstanding customer service, clean, great location in a very safe area, and reasonable prices. đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Rooms are good, my floor was a bit loud from other guests but can't blame the hotel for that. Bathroom made a dripping noise unless the fan was on. Lot of noise from the nearby highway. Light in the parking lot shined directly into room so needed to shut the curtains every night to have a dark room. Location was ok, good for work as that was just down the road, but a bit far from anything else.

Tara at the front desk was a rockstar! Room was dated, but clean enough. Strong water pressure in shower. Didn’t get my complimentary waters & parking is kind of a pain. Not bad, but not 5 star worthy.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff was very accommodating. The decor is very modern and beautiful. Everything was clean. There was plenty of hot water and there was a nice breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.

Sadly the rooms arent much better than Comfort Suite hotels. I was exciting more upscale decor in the rooms.

This hotel was the perfect find for our road trip north from Florida. Clean, easy, nicely priced, and the receptionist was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. On top of that, there's tons of nice food and shopping in the area!

Blocked 25 rooms with Brian and Pieper for a Global Event at my companies headquarters. We had people coming in at various times over a two week period. I had to make several changes. I was blown away by the prompt, professional, and patient service provided! We will definitely continue using this hotel for future events.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Mikey at the front desk was polite and personable. I took off one star for service because I had called the front desk to request toilet paper, tissues, and towels but they weren't ever delivered (and the lady who answered the call said she would advise housekeeping to bring them to my room).

Tara at the front desk was great. And that's where the positive experience stopped. The bed was hard as a rock (Room 433). It was like sleeping on a plywood box. There was no door tag to alert the cleaning crew that we were still there, so at 9am we got "the knock". Check out is noon and you are supposed to alert them when you check out... so why start at 9am!?!? I would not stay here again.

Disgusting and rude! We stayed with our son’s hockey team. When we arrived I wanted to go straight to bed. The bedding was disgusting! Definitely not washed. Little black hairs all over the quilt, top sheep and fitted sheet. They were wrinkly and stained. Pillows had stains and makeup on them. My husband called front desk and requested a change, they said they were short staffed and he would have to come down to get the sheets and do it himself. Our teammate had to switch rooms 4 times due to bed bugs. 1st room come to find out was right next to ours. We should’ve been alerted and moved! We then found dead bed bugs all over where our sons were sleeping. They chose to do nothing. My son went down to ask for 5 towels and the front desk guy said, “Jesus Christ”! What a way to talk to a 13 year old! The extremely over priced breakfast was beyond disgusting! This was the rudest and dirtiest place we’ve stayed in and we stay in a lot for both our boys travel hockey and baseball teams. I will never let our teams select a Hilton property again.
