The staff here is exceptional! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The building is modern and well laid out. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety. There are several restaurants within walking distance and lots of shopping. The security detail for the shops was out all night and kept the parking lot secure.

Great location with lots of shopping and dining options. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Pool/hot tub were also nice. Only downside is whoever installed the the toilet roll holder upside down needs to be beaten.

Stayed here twice on our trip this fall. Great experience both times, starting with excellent customer service at the front desk. Parking was near the entrance and plenty of luggage carts were available. Our rooms were spacious, very clean, and quiet. The AC easily cooled the room on a day that had been 80s and rainy-muggy. Great hot breakfast and evening "kickback" included. Due to state and local alcohol laws, they do charge $1 per drink, but can be added to your room charge. Very comfortable visits. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The staff is FANTASTIC, with exception of the super tall male manager who is an absolute jerk—we overheard him on the phone with someone providing ‘customer service’ and he told them to go book somewhere else if they didn’t like his rates….and the experience we had directly with him, he was very hands off ‘not my problem’ when we simply were inquiring about the difference in the rates quoted online vs when we checked in-it’s wasn’t a big deal we were simply just asking. BUT outside of that jerk, the staff was amazing, especially the dining staff and the housekeeping staff…everyone is refreshingly friendly and seem to find joy in their jobs. The hotel was exactly like it is pictured. The pool area is clean but heavily chlorinated (messes with your smell after spending much time in there). The rooms are very clean, and well stocked. The breakfast was really good, typically we would eat out for all meals but this breakfast had a good selection and the quality was above standards so there was no need to search for edible food elsewhere. The nightly dinner was pretty good…..with as many young children staying at this hotel I had expected to see a few more options for kids other than a hot dog, but what they did have was good. I would have rated the hotel a five, but that main male manager is the only reason I had to take it down to a four. Would recommend staying here.

We were in town for a surgery at the nearby Norton Brownsboro Hospital and what was supposed to be a same day surgery turned into an all day ordeal. We knew at the time we made reservations, we may need a late checkout but thought we would be be done by noon. Checkout is at 11:00. We didn't leave the hospital until 4:30. The staff was so accommodating and very pleasant. The hot breakfast was excellent and the room was clean. Very nice experience and would highly recommend.

Clean hotel.. air conditioner worked great.. clean pool - just don’t understand why someone can’t be in it alone. Food was decent. Breakfast was good - dinner could have been better. To be included in the cost, it was worth it. I’d stay there again.

One of the better hotels I have stayed at! Great Buffett dinner, since we are on the road that really made a difference! Friendly service from checking in to the buffet service. Will definitely be back to a Drury Inn in the future!

Fantastic stay. Food service was out of this world, such a great value. Room was quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean and felt very deluxe for the price point.

Close to the interstate but not close enough to get road noise, rooms are nice and have very high quality beds. Staff were extremely polite and were helpful with any issue we had (Primarily an extremely minor issue with the business center). It's beside a really nice shopping center so if you want something to do after you check in if you get there early, you can easily walk to the shops and enjoy. Breakfast & Dinner were fantastic, my only nitpick was the biscuits burnt a bit on the bottom but that's not their fault at all, the warmer did that and there's no way to prevent it while still keeping them warm.

Decent. Friendly staff, yummy meals, Kickback drinks, good location. Rooms are a bit wonky with odd angles but the bed was comfortable, clean linens and clean bathroom. Saw a nice sunset from the end of our 4th floor hallway. A pet friendly hotel...which brings us to 4 stars instead of 5 because the carpet to our room hadn't been vacuumed properly, I had to pick pet treats off the floor. I had also requested daily room cleaning and did not receive it. Still, I would give this location another chance. We enjoyed our visit.

We don't travel much, but I would definitely recommend a Drury Inn. We finally stopped around 1230 am and thankfully there was a room available! From the start it was inviting. The lobby is spacious and clean & The front desk clerk was very helpful in getting us checked in quickly. Our room was very clean and roomy and quiet..i couldn't hear any outside traffic noise. The bathroom was HUGE! And the bed was sooooo comfortable.... Zzzzzzzz. Complimentary breakfast had decent offerings and the coffee was hot! The staff in the breakfast area was very friendly and quick to answer questions, grab you something and clean off empty tables. We weren't here long enough to enjoy the pool or hot tub... Maybe next trip... Lol. There was a nice outside area to sit and enjoy fresh air if you wished. Very enjoyable stay.

As I've said before, Drury is my favorite hotel brand, my happy place. This trip was no exception. After a long day of driving, you're welcomed with an array of simple, yet very tasty foods, spirit drinks and a spotless comfortable room. Next morning, a good hot breakfast to once again begin your journey. Thumbs up Drury family!

From the moment we walked into the lobby until the time we left, all we could say was, "WOW!" We checked in at 6:30 pm, and the clerk said, "If you hurry, you can catch our free hot food buffet, which ends at 7:30 pm." I said, "Free???" He said, "Yes. Every night. And hot breakfast buffet every morning until 9:30." I wish we had a video of when we walked into the room. All we could say was, "Wow!" The cleaning service was great. It was a great stay. I'm wondering if all Drury Inns are the same. This may become my hotel of choice. Great first impression. 👍🏽

We came to see lights under Louisville and after researching this was the best hotel option. Nice hotel with a pool and hot tub. Although we didn't get to use the hot tub because of so many people. When booking I didn't realize it was located at a major highway intersection so it was a little loud at night. Also found a few small black hairs on our bedding which I'm assuming was from previous travelers since pets are permitted. There were a few small spider webs in the bathroom corner near the door. My recommendation would be relocating the towel hook right beside the bath tub/shower to a perimeter wall so nobody else slams their elbow on it like I did.

The rooms clearly need to be updated but it's clean and huge. For service, I think it would be nice to at least provide a bottle of water in the room. Snacks are provided at a certain time which was a nice touch. Great location, very close to a few good restaurants.

This is a fantastic hotel conveniently right off of the freeway. Clean and welcoming and so quiet! They provide free breakfast and evening food buffet. I’m rarely impressed by freeway hotels these days but this one is truly a gem.

Love the Drury hotels. We always stay at a Drury when traveling if there's one in the vicinity. Pet friendly, no pet deposit unlike some "pet friendly" hotels that charge $100.00+ per night for a pet. Because we usually traveled 5 to 8 hours per day to get to our destinations, having a comfortable bed, a few free drinks, enough free appetizers to make a meal and an excellent hot breakfast by hotel standards is a huge plus. Highly recommend this hotel chain.

Stopped and stayed here on October 12th after driving from eastern PA. Wonderful clean room and great breakfast. Got back on the road shortly after breakfast so did not check out other amenities. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

The gentleman that checked us in 11/4 made check in so quick and friendly. Gave us great recommendations for our next trip to Louisville. Food was great! And the location of the hotel is unbeatable with the shopping centers and nice dining restaurants just within walks. Will definitely be back

262.00 for one night on a Fri. Just passing through. Room was small and dirty and bathroom sink flooded the whole bathroom when taking a shower. Second room they put us in was a little bigger but had to clean hair out of tub in new room before taking shower. This is not a 3 star hotel like they advertise. At best a 1 to 2 star hotel. 1 star review is really a minus 1 star for over priced and dirty rooms.

The staff were very courteous and professional. Breakfast in the morning is outstanding. The room was very clean, I loved the spacious shower. Certainly look forward to the next stay.

The rooms aren't the cleanest. By "clean" I mean wall scuffs a few carpet stains etc. It's a bit outdated however this is quite possibly the best hotel staff I've ever experienced. Everyone at the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to improve my stay. (Most notably Karen) There's alot of restaurants and shopping opportunities close to the hotel as well.

Convenient off the interstate, a lot of restaurants in a huge grocery store close-by all within walking distance. Very nice set up staff very friendly very clean as well as the rest of the hotel would recommend staying worth the price, and conveniency

This hotel was great! Location is perfect because it is in a large shopping area. Room was spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. The "cocktails and snacks" they serve from 5-7pm seriously passed as our dinner; complete with chicken Alfredo, nachos, chili, potatoes, and green beans. The pool is great and has an attached patio. There is also popcorn and coffee available throughout the day, and a comfortable lobby to sit in. Great service, great location, great hotel.

We go here a few times a year and we love it. Daughter loves the indoor pool and Mom and Dad like the $1 drinks from 5:30-7pm. Staff is wonderful and rooms are clean and comfy! B-fast/dinner are tasty

After the evening I had with the first place I booked. This place was 100% better! The floors were clean. The rooms did not smell. The staff was very helpful! I recommend this place!!

Just checked into Drury in Louisville. 1st time staying at this brand. Awesome hotel chain. FREE breakfast, FREE dinner, fresh popped popcorn, and FREE liquor at all locations across the country. Most impressive toilet ever😆 Holy cow!!!

We stayed here for three nights for the Kentucky Derby! Fantastic experience! Staff was incredible, rooms were clean and great! What they include with the breakfast and Happy Hour is hot and plentiful! Coffee is great and runs all day.They cover all the bases! We will be back to Drury!!

3 adults, 4 little girls, Drury inns meet family needs. Space, safety and cleanliness. Service was great right up to bringing us a cot. If you're there at the right time there is popcorn in the evenings and the breakfast was good. Our girls loved it and that was what mattered the most.

Only stayed one night but wish we could be there longer! Everything was excellent. The kickback and breakfast were great. The pool was a hit with our child. Our room was huge. The beds were amazing. Like sleeping on a cloud! I need to know the brand of mattress so I can buy one for home. Definitely will stay here again!

Great place to stay for me on this trip. 2 miles from my job and it had an awesome breakfast bar. Not the cheesy "granola bars and muffins only " like other places. Great value for the amount of food options. Plus the free dinner was amazing. Free breakfast and dinner saves you at least $20-$30 per day on eating out. And its a time saver. You might find somewhere else "cheaper." But that's what you will get, "cheap." Clean, well maintained, & friendly staff. Definitely worth every penny. If you stay here you will enjoy it. And it is very close in proximity to many shops, restaurants, and more.
