Bed Bugs….. We were supposed to stay two nights. We were visiting with a friend in the sitting room when our daughter comes running out cause she saw bugs running on the bed. Sure enough we immediately saw two large ones and then upon further inspection another plus numerous pin head size ones. Staff dismissed us stating well it happens… At midnight we were packing our stuff in trash bags leaving this hotel and heading to find another and somewhere to put all our belongings through multiple dryer cycles so we won’t take anything to our home. Sad that there was no apology, our money is still tied up with them as they need a business day to release it…. So I’m out double for hotels. It’s a shame that this wasn’t caught buy the people cleaning the rooms…. All I had to do is look close for just a min and I found them….

The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and it was clean. The shower head was pretty low and we are all under 6ft and there wasn't much water pressure. As far as breakfast goes it wasn't the best breakfast choices. The typical french toast sticks, hash browns, very thin bacon, toast. A little bit of sugary oatmeal packages, but not any particularly healthy options, which are my go to breakfast choices that a lot of other hotels have. Staff wasn't particularly friendly or unfriendly while checking in or out. They just got their job done. All that being said it was better than average, but I've definitely stayed at better places and worse places which is why it gets 4 stars.

The hotel overall was nice, BUT, I called before booking to confirm that they had a hot tub and that it WORKS. Was told yes, and booked the room. I check in drop off my bags, change and go to the hot tub to soak my 2 broke feet and guess what..... COLD! Ticked off! I could've spent less at a hotel without hot.tub but always pay the extra for the therapeutics of a hot tub. Told front desk, they said they'll make a work order. Told front desk at checkout and "sorry" was the best I got. $1000 part too expensive to fix for such a nice place is a shame. Will never be back and don't recommend, because they didn't even try to make it right or better. Location is also a bit of a pickle if you have a trailer. Parking is limited, even on a weekday, and the winding roads are just begging you to hut a curb.

We stayed there for over a month. The service is great. We ran into an issue with only one staff member in the entire stay, she was extremely rude having us to to vacate at 10 am inspire of us being platinum members.

I have stayed in this hotel twice and would have given it a 4 star because the evening front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was cold and the hot tub was not working right, hence the deduction of one star. However, the front staff was rude to me and my kids on multiple occasions. If I send my 16 year old down to the desk to get keys fixed, so they will work I expect her to be treated respectfully. If I send my 19 year old down to get towels, I also expect him to be talked to in a decent tone. My significant other has Stage 4 cancer and struggles to move and I have several autoimmune disorders making movement hard for me at times. We rely on them to help with trips and they are happy to do so. Also, if I call to ask about pets staying then it would have been extremely helpful, if I was actually told there was a $25 dollar fee per night. Not being told put me in a major bind because I have 4 kids and money is extremely tight, but we wanted to see family. Too sum up my experience, it would have been an extremely awesome stay but the front desk lady obviously does not need to be in a customer service position when her approach is foul at best!

Overall a decent room and stay. The room I had was “dated” and definitely needed some new “dressing”. The lobby entrance doors were broken, both sets, and had to hand open and close each time you came in or left. Room felt clean and was tidy. The shower water leaked in to the floor so I had to use all my towels to build a “dam”. Towels were replaced and I informed housekeeping. Breakfast was adequate but I came at a time when a lot of food was gone and it seemed slow to fill. Good location to Top Golf and nice shopping. I would stay again but hope they fix a few things first. Good job overall.

Beautiful entrance. Booked through a 3rd party. GREAT BREAKFAST BUFFET!, Big rooms, disappointing the pool and hot tub are shut down PERMANENTLY by THE DEPT OF HEALTH. No notice prior to us driving the 762 miles there. We booked a large kitchenette but received a small one. No stove. But the hotel itself was clean, 2/3 front desk staff were EXCELLENT. One was very rude, unfortunately. But GREAT PRICE for a quick trip. Tip.. notify guest prior to arrival or booking of closed amenities.

Bedbugs were found in both beds in our room. We discovered them when they were seen crawling up the wall by the headboard. We discovered both small pinhead sized and full sized bedbugs. We booked the hotel through Priceline and was quickly refunded by them but no compensation was offered by the hotel for the inconvenience of having to find another hotel for my family at 11:00pm.

Exceeded my expectations. The area is quiet and not too busy. Several restaurants and shopping close and easy to access. Pool and hot tub area was clean. Room was spacious and clean. We will definitely be back when visiting Louisville.

What a great experience! The staff were great! All the staff that we encountered were the same, cheerful and helpful. We travel a lot for my kids sports and recently hospitality has been terrible most places we go! It was so refreshing to be treated like a paying customer. The rooms were spacious with a small kitchen area with sink, small fridge, microwave and some of the basics provided! We would definitely stay here again!

Very disappointed in this hotel for lack of communication before i even take my girls on a bonding even i called and made sure everything for our night would go as planned . Spoke with the front desk was told we will only be charged a deposit of $50 . The day of .. Not even two hours before they call to tell us the deposit has trippled and it was just policy ... very disappointed in this. For mt girls i willingly to try and pull things today for my girls but sure hope all the amenities work

Very friendly staff and very clean room. The bed was quite comfortable. Didn't wake up early enough to try the breakfast offered but it smelled amazing. I loved the location of this hotel, close to all the shopping areas and plenty of eating options nearby.

First time in Louisville. Fantastic location, close to lots of shopping and restaurants but, tucked away from traffic and noise. Hotel is very quiet and clean. Enjoyed the hot breakfast twice, lots of options and very tasty! Special THANKS to Jalen at the front desk for the hospitality and information! Special note: the hotel hot tub is closed PERMANENTLY. Adults can ask about a pass to the gym next door, highly recommend!

The staff were pleasant and prompt. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Wish we had booked our whole trip here.

Clean room with a full sized kitchen. There wasn't an oven but the was a microwave. The best equipped kitchen I've had at a hotel as far as utensils go. Everything I needed. Even salt and pepper. Comfortable bed and 2 TVs. I'll stay here again when I return.

Nice motel, my air conditioner was squeaking non stop so they moved me to another room and air kind of noisy in there but not as bad. Whole group of people took over pool and patio area with there barbecue, couldn't use that. Walls are pretty thin, could hear the next room blaring their radio at 6:30 in the morning. But overall I like this motel, enjoyed their hot breakfast bar. Friendly front desk staff.

A very clean hotel with a decent breakfast! The rooms are quite spacious! Staff was helpful and friendly for the most part . The air units need updated because our unit froze the entire five days on and off which was disappointing because it was 90 °s ! The hot tub was nice, but only worked last 2 days we were there. We would stay here again thanks

The manager, Matt, gave excellent service. Room was clean. Breakfast had good food and was very tidy. Easy access to the highway. There is a lot of shopping around, but the hotel was quiet.

This location was very clean and comfortable! The rooms are big and cozy. We had 2 adults and 3 children. There were 2 beds and a pull out sofa sleeper. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. The lady handling breakfast all by herself was a champ and did fantastic! (Please tip her, we did, but did not see anybody else do so. There is a jar on the breakfast bar). The kids loved the pool as well! Great location. We were only about 15 minutes from Kentucky Kingdom and it was easy to get to where we wanted to be, but far enough off the main roads that you don't hear the traffic.

Our family was very pleased with this hotel. We come to MATS every year and have always stayed at a hotel in Radcliff because the pool. We decided to change due to various reasons and chose this location. It’s only 15 minutes from the convention center which is so much closer than where we stayed before. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room exceeded our expectations! Much bigger than expected. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows sucked but that’s common. Pool and hot tub are definitely a bit small but were nice and clean. Location is also in a very nice area. Will definitely be booking again for next year! There’s 5 of us. The room has a living space with a pull out sofa, 2 queen beds in the other room. Each room had its own tv. Wet bar had cupboards with dishes, sink, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge.

This place smelled funny and is very outdated. The sliding closet doors were off the track. They also denied me a late check out which I really needed. The lady at the desk said “we have a full house coming in” which is a lie because I checked. I would have overlooked everything if they would have just given me an extra hour. I travel to Louisville a lot for work and will never stay here again.

Been waiting to get checked in for over an hour. Made reservations through a 3rd party, receptionist says she can't give us the room until payment is sent from 3rd party because they don't always pay. Umm...if a 3rd party is the issue stop doing business with them. If not give the customer their room and move on! Absolutely ridiculous customer service!:9

Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms/suites were clean and well stocked with necessary amenities. We are only here one night but sometimes that's when you need everything MORE in order! Thank you Wyndham! ....now if I could only get some help with my Wyndham Rewards account and not keep getting passed off to someone else! Sigh....

Very clean and quiet property. Front sliding doors were broken during our visit. The hottub was great the first night, lukewarm the second night. Desk clerk said "yeah it does that" but was apologetic. Free breakfast. Not good. If you're looking for a place to walk in, go straight to bed, get up in the morning and leave this is for you. Otherwise go elsewhere.

Stayed 3 days 3 nights. Arrived to a a room with questionable fresh towels and sheets. (Stained or dirty couldn't tell. Fuzz and hair on dry towels) Informed them of slow draining tub (standing in 2 inches of water by end of quick shower) first night. Wasn't fixed till 3rd night. Did not clean our room the entire time. Had to get clean sheets and towels ourselves. Loudest toilets I've ever heard even from neighboring rooms! Very loud air-conditioning units too! Made it hard to sleep! Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast on Thursday was lack luster (included boiled hotdogs? and very green bananas) but was better the next two mornings. The woman running the breakfast area, however, was attentive and kind. Pool and hot tub was unavailable 1st night. The next day hot tub was only 98 degrees. Under equipped, very small fitness room. Only one treadmill and one elliptical. Quiet, safe street. Beautiful lobby.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a nice location in the St Mathews region of Louisville. We came for the fireworks and air display downtown and caught the bus from the nearby shopping center. Access to downtown was easy and the bus went through some lovely local communities with interesting looking restuarants which we would love to comeback and explore some time.

Great room for the price. It was super clean and in a great location. Front desk staff was very friendly. My only complaints were; the toilet seat had a huge crack through it and the pool was closed (my daughters were looking forward to a dip). We only stayed one night, so it was tolerable, but had I booked a longer stay, it would have been a real problem.

Rooms are dated but still nice. The breakfast in the morning is good but the employees working the kitchen are not very friendly. The location is great. Easy access to the interstate and to local mall and restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again. The price is fair and they give military discounts.

I am in bed, trying to sleep, but it is so loud in this room. There is a deep floor vibrating rumble coming from outside (sounds like a train). When the air kicks on, we cannot hear the tv. We meausured the decibles, without the tv running, and it measurses 56 decibles. We called the front desk and they tried to move us to another room. It is even louder! It is 11:30 at night. Guess we will try to make it to morning. My advice...avoid this property. Sad because we stayed here 3 years ago and enjoyed our stay.

Checked in around 1is am. Lady at the desk with purple burgundy hair which was very pretty on her was very sweet and kind to my mother and I. My dad is in ICU unexpectedly and we were a bit far from home and wanted to stay close. Last minute check in and she made sure to accommodate us with the upmost respect unlike the first hotel we tried to go to at Dupont suites who showed no compassion and hung up on me before I could get a Reservation.

I have stayed at this hotel now for about 3 years running. I originally saw the recommendation on Bring Fido and it is an excellent hôtel if you are travelling with your furry family members. It is within walking distance of a great park where we love to walk. The staff is always friendly, the breakfast is always good and location is close to many stores and shopping.

Our room was quite spacious and clean, and front desk service was wonderful. The only mild issue was that the mattress was one of those "bouncy" mattresses, where if one person moved, the other person def will move as well.

Noisy rooms made for difficulties in sleeping. Decor is dark and depressing. Decent complimentary breakfast. Rooms were suites. I prefer the other option just down the road. Cost a little more, but if your picky like me, then be prepared.

Most terrible place. Upon arrival I was given a room that was not ready under construction & dirty with public hair toilet seat. I immediately went to the front desk & then the guy send me to the building across which was also under construction. When I tried to open the room it turned green but door was stuck like someone was in there. I went back and complained the front desk guy said if I could just stay in the room they had for one night then he would try to find something different because they had no other vacancies. I said no,it's unsafe it's not my problem and asked for a refund and he refused. I was still charged 3 days like if I was there. This place is a scam. Then i called expedia for refund they said it take 3 days, day 4 no refund. Then I was told to call manager, she said I had to wait to talk to her employee who is off work because she didn't hear of any complaints. I said that is not my problem and demanded a refund, when I told her i would file complaints her answer was, okay if you do I'm not gonna help you or refund you. This is a scam & fraud to advertise rooms that are not ready and take money.

Spacious suites. Front desk staff very courteous and helpful. Housekeeping never provide adequate towels for family. Shower head was very poor and antiquated. Lights were difficult to turn on due to overuse and age. Breakfast provided was inadequate there was no bagels, doughnuts or pastries. As for fruit... only apples and bananas ...no grapes or strawberries. Apples looked unwashed. No available literature on hotel services or surrounding areas provide in rooms. Biggest disappointment no restaurant in hotel to provide other meals for guest. Should not advertise restaurant from website and replace with small dining area.

The place is older but still in great shape. The pull out couch was very comfortable. my only complaint was that on our last night of a 3 night stay, kids stayed across the hall and were very loud. Other than that, it was a great stay and we will stay again next year. Perfect location to food, shopping, and entertainment.
