I
have
stayed
in
this
hotel
twice
and
would
have
given
it
a
4
star
because
the
evening
front
desk
staff
was
super
friendly
and
welcoming.
The
room
was
clean
and
comfortable.
The
pool
was
cold
and
the
hot
tub
was
not
working
right,
hence
the
deduction
of
one
star.
However,
the
front
staff
was
rude
to
me
and
my
kids
on
multiple
occasions.
If
I
send
my
16
year
old
down
to
the
desk
to
get
keys
fixed,
so
they
will
work
I
expect
her
to
be
treated
respectfully.
If
I
send
my
19
year
old
down
to
get
towels,
I
also
expect
him
to
be
talked
to
in
a
decent
tone.
My
significant
other
has
Stage
4
cancer
and
struggles
to
move
and
I
have
several
autoimmune
disorders
making
movement
hard
for
me
at
times.
We
rely
on
them
to
help
with
trips
and
they
are
happy
to
do
so.
Also,
if
I
call
to
ask
about
pets
staying
then
it
would
have
been
extremely
helpful,
if
I
was
actually
told
there
was
a
$25
dollar
fee
per
night.
Not
being
told
put
me
in
a
major
bind
because
I
have
4
kids
and
money
is
extremely
tight,
but
we
wanted
to
see
family.
Too
sum
up
my
experience,
it
would
have
been
an
extremely
awesome
stay
but
the
front
desk
lady
obviously
does
not
need
to
be
in
a
customer
service
position
when
her
approach
is
foul
at
best!
