The room is quite nice. Comfortable and quiet. The customer service and house keeping is not that good. The front desk is very helpful, but my room was only cleaned once over a 3 day stay. When I arrived there was old food in my fridge and when I called to have someone come clean it, they did not send anyone. Later, when house keeping came, they did not remove the old food. They replaced my towels, but did not give us any more toilet paper. The room is comfortable, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I am a huge fan of Wyndham's, but this one is lacking.

First, let me say that the staff we interacted with at the hotel were all very nice, so I'm not factoring them into this rating. BUT, if I could give less than one star, I would. I've never been so disappointed in a hotel. How they have a 3.7 rating is beyond me. I should have known when we were walking in, to just turn around and leave. The outside of the building is in rough shape, and the lobby is the least welcoming one I've ever seen. That said, I decided to give it a chance and that we could tough it out as long as the room was clean. Oh my goodness. Torn carpet, dirty couch, broken doors and doorways, windows that needed to be replaced, dirty sheets (eeeeewwwww!), a facecloth left behind on the nightstand, gross bathroom, lack of towels...and the hallway smelled like a mix of smoke and burnt pork. Just don't. We stayed the first night and then transferred to a different hotel for the next 3...for a cheaper, much cleaner experience. Best decision ever!

What an absolute garbage hotel. I should have read the reviews before staying here. The room was dirty, a used face cloth in our shower, which means the shower obviously wasn't cleaned between guests. The walls are paper thin so we could hear everything else going on in the rooms surrounding us, including the awful person in the room above us. Sounded like he/she/they were wearing steel toed boots and kept walking around and open/slamming their door every 30 minutes or so, ALL NIGHT! Do not stay here, run!

The rooms are always dirty, a big male staff worker just walks in your room , is very rude and alarming. The sheets under the comforter wasn't even made And dirty. I have pictures. There is always hair in the bathtub and on the walls. It stunk like old mold and body oder. The floors had urine around the toilet and were sticky.. Just not clean at all and considering the Corona virus I would not recommend for anyone until the staff hires new house keeping. Or management. I big fat zero. And very un satisfied.

Had a multi night stay recently. Room was a king bed and foldout sofa. Pretty clean in and out. Room had a small kitchen also which was nice. Bathroom had a dryer. Fair prices based on surrounding units. Pillows were small, like little meatballs. Parking was a bit tight due to lots of long term workers there with large vans or trucks. Also, the smell of pot seemed to be rather frequent if that isn't your thing. Centrally located helps.

We made reservations for two nights ahead of time based on good Google ratings and reviews. But, we were EXTREMELY disappointed. When we pulled into the parking lot there were multiple broken screens, and a busted window that was covered with plywood. No way I felt good about my family staying there, and feeing safe. We never even got out of the vehicle, and went into the room. We saw enough in the parking lot to know… THIS HOTEL IS EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE TRYING TO AVOID BY READING REVIEWS & MAKING RESERVATIONS AHEAD OF TIME!!! We requested a refund at the front desk, and notified them that we had not even got out of the car. They said they could refund us for the second night, but not the first. So, they charged us $140-some dollars. We attempted to contact customer service to discuss before leaving bad review, but received no response.

It's NOT Adams Mark or Hilton or anything close. So GET THAT OUT YOUR MIND. So we Only did 1 night. I brought my own cleaning supplies./Lysol. And you might wanna ask for towels and wash clothes before going to room. And if you have kids request a ground floor so you don't disturb others. It was NEW YEARS & my G-babies like to play.. Galt House was SO SO MUCH BETTER LAST YEAR...

My wife said... "I wasn't expecting great, but have had way better places for much less than what we paid for here. This is the worst I have ever seen". This place was awful. The floors were sticky, doors and windows didn't close, it was dirty and gross with food crumbs all over, it wreaked of stale cigarette smoke, and we heard lots and lots of noises from everywhere all night long. We just stopped for the night for some rest. We hardly got any sleep at all. It would have been better just sleeping in the car. This place needs some major renovations. I don't recommend it.

I had stayed here once before and was satisfied with my stay. However after my 2nd stay, I will never be back. We found mouse droppings in our room. Then saw a mouse running from one room to another while walking out in the hallway. And to end the night found a mouse coming out of the room our infant was in. We decided to check out early. We were told, "We are next to the river, we are going to have mice. We have exterminators come in once a month." The night staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Denied any sort of refund, just offered to move us to another room after we saw mice running from one room to another. Contacted corporate, who gave us a refund. We will try this chain again at another location thanks to the helpful people at corporate. We won't be back to this location again though. Completely ruined our weekend trip to visit family.

Stayed here for the farm show end of feb. Arrived at hotel late at about 2 a.m. due to bad weather, and no-one was available at the front desk to check us in. Their front desk is supposedly open 24hrs so i wasn’t anticipating an issue. Called multiple times and waited for 15minutes in the doorway to no avail. Had to book a far more expensive room at the hotel next door for the first night. Came back to check in the next day and the front desk was very remorseful and promised me a refund for the first night. Stayed the next 2 nights without issue. Room was acceptable, front desk was pleasant etc. I was promised a call back to discuss a refund which never came. I called them back to try and sort it out and they have decided that they do not feel that I’m entitled to a refund. Every employee I have talked to since my stay has been incredibly rude, but Rose sets herself apart from the rest. The Wyndham customer service training has really failed her. This place refuses to refund me for services they could not provide. They are no better than common street thieves. Stay here at your own risk.

We booked this hotel for the Kentucky Derby. Staying three nights. What a dump! $1400 for three nights day, #1 ridiculous and outrageous, highway robbery, plus our room was filthy. We asked kindly the next morning to have somebody come in and clean. There was food left behind in the cupboard by prior guest, crunched french fries in the carpet, mold in the bathroom, hair on the supposedly clean towels, hair in the bed, wrappers in the drawers, the toilet flooded three times. There was water in between the supposedly clean dishes, dirty bowls in the cupboard. It was so disgusting. This place needs to be condemned. Asked to talk to the manager and got ignored. Requested they clean three different times. Totally ignored us. Did not clean the room prior to us coming in, and did not clean the room the entire time. It’s beyond ridiculous. I’m calling the health Department. Do not book here!!!!! Honestly, I wouldn’t let an animal sleep there. I give it zero star rating. This place should be knocked down.

THE WORST! Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We get to the room and it’s a mess. Crumbs on the floor, dishes still wet in cupboard and none the less one spoon in the silverware drawer. Hair and dirt on all our towels, an empty pill capsule in the bathroom. I asked the lady working day shift every morning to have somebody go up there and clean the filth of a room. Each night we came back the room hadn’t been touched. She ensured me they would clean it the next day. Nope! Came back to the room each night the same way. Then we asked to speak to a manager and she gives us some bogus #, said they would reach out to me and 24 hours later still no contact. This is the most worthless hotel and it should be shutdown. I reported them to the health department and will continue to educate everyone on this pathetic hotel. I will never stay at any type of Wyndhams again. They shouldn’t even be getting a 1 star review but I have to put something in order to make a review. Horrible service! Do not waste your time and money on this junk yard. Pathetic! We stayed there 5/6/22-5/9/22. Beware!!!

I have been coming to this property for the past 3 years. I can say without a doubt that I consistently find all the amenities to be absolutely  wonderful!   The front desk staff is always professional friendly and accommodating. I'd like  to thank  Danielle for always remembering me when I check in...that's a personal touch that  makes me feel appreciated and  brings me back to this property. All of the rooms here are suites and in every room that I have stayed in (past and present) they are always very clean and well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised to find they still offer a hot breakfast!  Property has an out door pool and great location to everything as well.   I want to point out that this property is currently understaffed. I see the assistant general manager wearing many different hats. I see Brittany  and other housekeeping staff here until 9pm to get rooms cleaned.  It is my hope that the owner of this hotel appreciates the staff that he has and guests will also be a little more kind /respectful of the people that are working such long hours to keep this place going. I look forward to seeing all of you in October!

The floors were sticky, one battery in the remote, Random things in cabinets like 1 butter knife and one pot with 2 lids. Bathroom floor is wood so it’s porous and creates another sticky smelly surface in the bathroom. We only had one pillow each and they were like a sheet in a pillow case as we woke up with kinks on our necks. Not the best experience.
