First things first, the king room was very spacious the bed was comfy and the room itself was clean. The bathroom was nicely lit, but housekeeping kind of slacked off in the bathroom, their was hair on the drain, the wall and the wall you step over to get in the shower, their also was a dead bug in the foot of the bathroom door, a lamp by the ac did not work also the window blind and curtain doesn't fit the window, their was still light that beamed thru. Breakfast was nice, lots of option. The best thing about this location is theirs plenty of food locations close by and the front desk clerks were so informative and very sweet.. I'll def be back!!

I enjoyed starting staying at this Holiday Inn. Express location. It's located in a great area with many eateries and shopping locations close by. The free breakfast was superb! I do wish there was a hotel bar though. 5 āœØ's!!

Started working with a company in Louisville and this was the hotel they recommended. I can see why. Was greeted by Larry who had even taken the time to review my reservation beforehand to make sure I got a top floor room like I requested. He really made the check in a breeze. I didnt catch the name of the lady who was there assisting for breakfast wh9 made sure to bring me some bacon or the one who came and got the luggage cart from me out in the parking lot after I checked out. Wish now that I had. The people here certainly made a noticeable effort above other places I have stayed. Looking forward to many years of coming back.

If I could give this hotel a no star, I would. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had disgusting rooms. Hair and stains in both the first room and the room we moved to. The breakfast selection was tasteless and scarce. The coffee was gross. The breakfast wait stuff was friendly though, and she did a good job keeping the breakfast area clean. The toilet paper was super cheap and hurt my vagina. I would recommend you bring your own toilet paper. The pool was cloudy and small. The hot tub was broke too. And the pool open times are NOT convenient. The foreign staff working the night shift was very hard to understand, I kept having to respond with leaning my head in closer saying "what?" "Repeat that please". When we had issues with our room he pretended to "call" a manager but it was clear you heard no ringing and it was fake. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Not worth my time or money. My family and I will stay at a drury inn next time. We booked online through their hotel website and was told couldn't comp anything and said they couldn't do anything at all for all of our inconvenience and disgust because it was through a third party (their hotel website). Biggest rip off yet.

An older hotel and bit run down, frayed carpet, missing transition pieces, etc. The bed was super high (hard for us to get in to) but comfy. Late night check in caused many slamming doors, but otherwise quiet. Very friendly staff and nice variety on breakfast.

Second stay here for an event at Southeast Christian Church (Homecoming). Clean and comfy rooms, mostly quiet (besides door slams), and friendly staff. The beds are a bit high off the ground, not a problem for Mr but Mrs has to CLIMB on the bed!). Shower nozzle was aged and not ideal, but hot water was sufficient. Good free breakfast options and plenty of dining space!

My wife and I stayed here passing through. We loved the service. The rooms were clean and large. The bed was comfy. My wife loved the mirror in the bathroom! Breakfast was hot and free. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel for your next staycation or anything else you want to do in or near Louisville! Really close to lots of shopping and restaurants. In a nice safe area where you can enjoy swimming all year around, nice fitness center to do a little cardio, and the rooms are nice a spacious! Stayed in a standard room with 2 queen beds and it has a chaise lounge also which was an amazing surprise plus an office chair with desk by tv and dresser! Staff was very nice and accommodating that made you feel like you were right at home!

Rooms were great. Asked for adjoining rooms and got them. There was a slight modification to the type rooms that were available to adjoin, but the hotel called us directly to explain and it was NO big deal. As a result, excellent communication! Second to none. Also, this was a sleep over for our daughter's sweet sixteen. So...this Hotel was hyper sensitive to folks that live locally and reserve multiple rooms - triggers a red flag of a potential for a wild unsupervised party/free for all. I HAVE WITNESSED THIS BEFORE SINCE I TRAVEL ALOT FOR WORK. Not pretty, and leaves you a little traumatized. But, we reassured them that our teens were being closely supervised closely. With that said, there was another group that was a baseball group from out of town that consisted of the same teenage dynamic. They were really rowdy and were being supervised...but NOT supervised - if you know what I mean! We were singled out at the pool, but we did understand the scrutiny and let them know which teenagers were in our group and which were not. So proud of our girls for presenting themselves as ladies! Also, proud of my wife for supervising because, I guess , I am not wired to give direction to ladies. They are too strong, too independent, and too intelligent for someone like me - lol. Anyways, rooms were great, service was ok, and Holiday Inn's free breakfast is the reason some folks stay loyal to this brand. Thankyou very very much!

We stay at this location when we come to MATS every year. The location is a little out of the way, but a quick 20 min to the expo. Rooms are always clean and ready! Breakfast is a nice mix of cereal, pancakes, toast, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage (etc)! Warm and ready! The front ladies are friendly and nice! The breakfast lady is a busy bee, friendly, and nice! This is the hotel we stay at every year! It's always quiet, beds are comfortable, and they have an indoor pool!!!

Front desk staff were super nice! Rooms were clean. Power outlets and light switches were easy to reach from bed. Didnā€™t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but it looked nice.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms. Attentive staff. Convenient location, right off the highway. If you are visiting Louisville, save money by staying a little further out of downtown, without skimping on the quality.

Susan and her staff were absolutely amazing! This is the best holiday in we have ever stayed at. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, the breakfast was great, and the hotel was very clean. They were even cleaning the decorative molding on the wall when we woke up! The hot tub is a great bonus too. Thank you Holiday Inn!

Every time we come to Louisville we stay here. All the staff is nice and friendly. The area is safe. The location is convenient next to a sams club and few gas stations and restaurants. It's right off the highway. Nice cozy rooms won't stay anywhere else when we come to Louisville

This was the best Holiday Inn I've stayed at. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Everyone here was helpful and had a great attitude. This place is clearly very well run. It's also a great location, convenient to I-64 with lots of good restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Two night stay here 5/9 and 5/10/2022. Absolutely wonderful!. Easy access. Great neighborhood. Room was spacious and spotless. Haley from the 2nd shift is a gem! She was so friendly and helpful. She made our time in Louisville even nicer.

My room was clean. The rooms have tasteful decor and are spacious. The beds were very comfortable. I slept like a baby. Noise didn't pass through the walls of the hotel as it does in some hotels. They will receive an all around 5 stars from me!!

We were so well taken care of here. My friends and I were so excited from the confrence we attended that we couldn't sleep. The night desk person literally took care of us. She even put a pot of coffee on for us! The quality and cleanliness of the rooms are 5 star quality. I love the soaps and shampoo in the shower. The towels are thick and fluffy. The hot tub and pool were well maintained. I love the little food store next to the front desk. The couches are comfy in the front room to have a one on one with my women's ministry leader. The breakfast was so yummy. I would stay there any time for any reason. ā¤ļø

I Could leave a 0 if I would. Room was not clean. And the staff was extremely unhelpful. I checked in relatively late at night and when I went to take a shower my towels were dirty with make up (it appeared) there was dried food or blood stains on the wall and the water was luke warm at best. I went down to the front desk in the morning to express my concerns. No other room was offered, so I advised Iā€™d like to check out now to find another hotel. They then charged me for both nights and the manager, Iā€™m assuming, called my personal number to harass me and tell me I was lying after I had left. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

Hotel was clean and didn't smell musty! Celina at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was a good spread. Would definitely stay here again! Best place we've stayed all year and can't beat the price.

This was our first stop on our road trip down to Charleston and Savannah. Excellent Hotel out of the city proper but close enough to be convenient. The room and building in general was very clean. Breakfast was great. Susan and Angie were marvelous hosts that made us feel very welcome. 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to stay. Has a pool and jacuzzi, staff is great especially Michelle she was so helpful and sweet. The complimentary breakfast is literally the best I've ever had at a hotel. It's located pretty much right by everything which just made it so easy for me to get around everywhere. I only wish the rooms had a little better lighting and maybe better choices for cable TV. Other than that loved šŸ˜ my stay here. Would definitely recommend and stay here again... Hats off to the staff... Thanks for a great visit.
