I stayed here with my three boys (ages 4,6, 12). The room was nice and clean. We were all comfortable. The kick back happy hour was a nice plus, and the breakfast was very good. The location is very convenient and right off 64. I found the employees to be friendly. The pool was awesome for the kids. I would stay here again.

Had a great week at the Drury Inn and Suites Louisville East for the National Speech and Debate tournament! Check-in was easy for my group, and we arrived in time for the 5:30 kickback (which was excellent.) Rooms were well-done, and while there was a little wear in the bathrooms, by and large they were excellent with plenty of space and a high standard of cleanliness. Staff were very polite and professional. Being from the West Coast, I hadn't heard of the Drury brand before. After my experience here, I plan to use them as one of my preferred options when I'm traveling with groups to points East! Thanks for a great stay!

I am sorry, but I have to change my 5 star review. I just returned from my 15th stay, traveling from Missouri to Virginia and back. We do this a few times every year. It is sad that they don't have shred of evidence that I have been there. The only person who knows any history of us is Marie, who works food service. If you ask me, she should run the hotel. I see people greet her by name and her greet others as well. Honestly, if she were my employee, I would definitely prep her for the leadership role. She is good for business. I am disappointed that this place has no clue of faithful clients. My name and phone number have been the same since long before my very first stay, and they are clueless!! I don't treat my clients thus way, I know and have records of over 3000+ from over the years, and I know each and every one of them and their history. I am almost ready to rethink my route and a place to stay.

This is a really nice hotel to stay in. Service is perfect -a mixture of both friendliness and professionalism. Breakfast is great -quality and variety makes it better than other hotels- a lot to choose from! Swimming pool is nice -specially thankful for having a part outdoor where you can enjoy fresh air! We had an amazing time! We’ll definitely come back!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wished we had looked into the evening food option a little more because that would have saved us money and time on going out, but we did enjoy the affordable cocktails. We had such a nice time that we stayed at a Drury Inn the next week in a different city and will definitely do so again in the future.

The staff is a delight to work with. Ms. Nolan (Bobbi, I think), wouldn’t even let me wipe the table after the kids, she just told me to enjoy and took care of it. Fresh popcorn when we walked in, a clean pool, and overall excellent hotel. We were here with another family and all had a great time. We’ll absolutely stay here again!

This place has great amenities! We came for the pool which wasn’t as we expected since it wasn’t heated. We ended up only being here for 5 hours total and was still charged for a full night, which is fine, but I was hoping the pet fee could at least be removed since we didn’t stay but the 5 hours.

Don't forget to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This web site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. We had a minor issue with our room and management was quick to respond and handle it. The room and property in general were cleaned and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options offered at their 5:30 kickback and it was great to have dinner covered after a long day of travel. The indoor pool was great.

Marie is dynamite! I have seen two person teams serving fewer people panicking and not keeping food stocked or the place clean. It is impressive to watch her work. She doesn't have wasted motions and it seems like she is just strolling and greeting guests but everything magically gets completed simultaneously. Also hats off to company for equipping the kitchen with right tools to keep correct amount of food cooking. The front desk team is very helpful and pleasant and the rooms are clean. The personal note by cleaning staff is an excellent touch. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars with room is the small angled toilet and enclosed bath/shower space is a bit awkward and small for a broader person like myself but it was still spacious enough to not be unpleasant. The manager made rounds ensuring everyone was enjoying stay - pleasant touch. I tend to stay at higher end hotels and feel like I'm gambling at Drury Inns because if kept up they are really nice but some are allowed to be run down a buit. This location more than met the mark and I will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed here on a motorcoach trip. The breakfast was great as usual. The night we got in they had the snack and drink time as usual and that was enjoyable as well. We had a man fall while off the grounds and in the morning couldn't walk. They were so helpful to help with the luggage and calling the EMT for us for the man. Rooms were clean and lovely as always with Drury's. Thank you for going above and beyond to help with this gentleman.

Worked out really well for us. We were doing the Bourbon Trail and the location was great for both Louisville and the distilleries out E of town. Clean rooms. Acceptable breakfast. Free parking ( that was the clincher for us)

We were interrupted and accused of stealing a wallet at night by one of the workers. Our room was never replenished with towels and front desk never smiled. Hotel was lovely and very clean outside of that but the customer service made the stay uncomfortable

We came to town to visit the zoo. Had a great stay at the Drury. Husband loves the free breakfast and supper (of sorts). Rooms were clean and hotel very quiet during the night. I had made a special request due to a health condition and they were very accommodating.

We stay here every year for Louder Than Life and this year was excellent as usual. We opt for the king suite and it's perfect. Every employee that we came across was polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning could use some variety maybe, especially after staying 5 nights.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. Don't be surprised if there is a line and some wait time but things move very quickly. The rooms were clean as well

We always enjoy our Drury stays. This Louisville stay was top notch. We had a deluxe room. Very spacious, clean and relaxing. Kick back was great. Good food, drinks and customer service. Marie was very friendly! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Loved the presence of a fridge and microwave. Indoor/outdoor pool is very nice. Great experiences with the staff. Plenty of breakfast options. Location is decent. Pain in the butt getting in and out of the side street it is located on, however, this lends itself to being a quieter area. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

It was nice the meal experience was a great thing to be included since we were bringing a group of young kids to a convention. It helped offset costs! Breakfast is great! Rooms were absolutely beautiful and spotless. The pool is nice it was nice for the kids to be able to swim outside and in even though it was so cold outside!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't be let down. We were greeted by Katy at front desk, beautiful smile very pleasant and helpful. Chatted with her several times during our stay. Then Marie made the best breakfast and suppers, kidder her about living there. These 2 ladies were very helpful..

Five stars well earned!! Our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites East was a delight for my sister and I this week. My sister was checking out and learning about her new upcoming mgmt position in the Louisville area. The staff at the Drury Inn was always very kind, knowledgeable, engaging and AWESOME. They all were a great team from the general manager, front of the house mgr, the ever present front desk team and food service staff! The ENTIRE staff always met us with a smile 😊 and willingness to go the extra mile to help make our stay comfortable. It was clear they were a united TEAM, never tiring of our questions about Louisville and need for information and direction. The breakfast and evening food bar was an awesome bonus, giving us a great time to chill and chat about upcoming events appointments. Our rooms were very comfortable, spotless and roomy enough to settle in for some conversations and planning for my sister’s move to Louisville. So glad we chose this as our staging place for a few days. Thanks Louisville Drury team!! Keep up the great job!

Had a nice stay here, our room was very nice, quiet & clean! I always love staying at Drury hotels while vacationing, and this one did not disappoint👌 They serve a nice dinner in the evening, but there are some restaurants in the area also (Olive Garden practically in front yard) You can get an alcoholic drink in the evening for $1 and have 3 free refills. Not sure how the breakfast was since I didn't have time in the morning to stay and eat. One thing I did notice was the water was very nice and clean.. I cringe having to use hotel water because for the majority of the time it smells so strong like chlorine and leaves you feeling more dirty than before you used it.. but this water was very nice and not that was at all💦👍🏻

The room was nice . Had a accident in the pool area 😒. Cut my toe on my left foot. I promise myself want be swimming or getting into a hot tub and more at a hotel. When i told. The young girl at the front desk. Oh wow. I told her she needed to get the people out of the swimming area. She was more into talking to whomever that young guy was. She didn't even make a report as i know of. Thank God my wife is in medical care. She went to the Car and got the first aid kit. I put the towels I wrapped my toe in a. Clear bag that had blood on them. My wife let the lady know what happened and told Herr the room number and about the clear bag with the towels in it. Don't let this stop you from staying there. The hotel is nice and the room is clean their services are nice.

We had a great stay overall. I would recommend spending the extra money, and choose the suite option if you are a family. This worked great for our family of four. The only things we were bothered by were the lack of elevators (2), and the lack of seating options in and around the breakfast and dinner area. Other than that, we had an excellent stay. Chad and Lilly were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and the location is very convenient to the interstate and dining options.

This was an excellent stop over experience! We were very promptly greeted by the hotel manager, and we were warmly welcomed as he reviewed the hotel offerings (dinner, pool, etc). We ended up going out for dinner; however, the dining area was exceptionally clean and the attendant/cook was very engaged. Food looked fresh and appetizing. Beds were fine and our room was clean. We had a first floor room very close to the exit door and had literally no noise at all. I was very pleasantly surprised! We typically stay with another large hotel chain when passing through town, but this hotel will now be our first choice. Overall, great stay!

2nd time staying here and still great. Breakfast is outstanding. Same selection everyday in my experience but is a good selection. I love the seasoned home fries. Bed isn't quite like home but is definitely better than most of the other hotels I've stayed at.

Just stayed here this week (Oct 2022). As always our stay was fantastic. But what made it even better was Erica at the front desk. She remembered our name and was so pleasant to chat with throughout our stay. Seriously the best customer service and the accommodations are excellent. It is also a great value with breakfast and dinner included! You can't go wrong with a Drury!

This place was awesome we loved everything about it location, price, staff, complimentary breakfast and dinner, atmosphere! Just everything!! Our room was excellent it was handicapped accessible which we absolutely adored the children was happy with the indoor outdoor pool yeah we will be back! the only complaint that we had was that we didn't stay long enough I would recommend this place to any and everyone that I know who travels and we will be back

The entrance was easily accessible and inviting. The front desk staff were super friendly and the lobby and breakfast area sparkling clean. The rooms were updated and I loved the horse racing picture, the Louisville scene picture and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The vanity and shower were separated and the lighting was perfect! Stay here! You will love it!

I enjoyed my stay. The linens are nice, room was a good size, everything was clean. Staff was all very nice and super helpful, even at 2am, which was when our flight got in. 😀 Free full breakfast, plus a cool "happy hour" from 5-7pm with food, snacks, & drinks. Soda, tea, & coffee are available all day. The pool, hot tub, & work out room were all great.

Everything was beyond wonderful starting with the front desk clerk who was a delight even at 10pm at night. Greeting you with a smile and actually reflecting some pride in her work and gratitude that we were there. The room was clean, good space, and the bed was so comfortable you could barely make yourself get out of it. Adding in the wonderful perk of the night-time food bar that had such a wonderful variety everyone had something they could eat. Even in the midst of large crowds, NCAA semi finals playing with hundreds of people wanting and needing things no one, even the serving crew, was anything less than helpful and gracious. The mixed drink bar was on point and you just could not ask for a better place to stay. I WISH more places took pride in their work, people, and customers in this way.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a while. Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet included. This was a great surprise for a family of 4 and saved us a good amount of money. Ice machines on every floor, indoor/outdoor pool as well as hot tub. Excellent service, rooms were nice, and not too far from the highway.

I always like staying at the Drury Inn when traveling when there is one available. It's nice to have the kick back option when you arrive. I was disappointed that this location did not include drinks with the kick back like other locations. The drinks were $1.00, so it you want a drink it is certainly affordable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the location was great. I didn't give the highest rating for the room service because I only had the room serviced once during our stay. Just my preference. The staff did provide fresh towels everyday per our request.

👍👍 This is perhaps the best hotel I stayed at outside of Las Vegas (fancy 5 star ones). Everything about this hotel is amazing. Super comfy bed and sheets, amazing shower pressure (probably the highest in America ), and the free breakfast buffet that's top notch. I've stayed at this place for at...
