I only gave the room 4 stars because the toilet paper was the worst we had encountered anywhere, must be half ply. Bring your own! Other than that our stay was great.

Toilet had issues. Manager tried to replace an old valve. Didn't work. Was nice and gave me another room. Old gray-haired man worker possibly manager at breakfast bar the next morning decided it was a professional idea to talk to me, a customer, about " that lady over there" in a negative light. That fellow customer was my mother. I let him know that so he shut up and walked away. Unsure what he was thinking. No free coffee like other places. Wouldn't stay here again. It's booked for the KY derby the nice guy told me. I guess if you are desperate.

This hotel is clean and conveniently located but it is def not worth 290 a night (after all taxes). I always stay at Hiltons bc I can atleast depend on them being clean which is of #1 importance to me. When we walked into the lobby last night the smell of marijuana was so thick there was no denying it,not sure if it was a guest or the employees but not what I expect at a hilton at all.

This was my second time at this location my 1st time was here was pretty good. This time was definitely different. Renee on my checkin was amazing and helpful. The young lady holding the restaurant down was nice and the drink was good. Now the not so good, well I thought they cleaned the rooms every other day, welp it’s Thursday and I checked in on Monday the room has not been cleaned, no towel replacements nothing. I called downstairs and spoke with Jackie who basically said that I should’ve filled out a form when I checked in to ask to have my room cleaned. The attitude and condescending tone of her voice tells me that I will pick a different hotel next month for my monthly work visit.

We are staying here a week. The staff is nice the rooms are clean and comfy. I like the location. It has some nice outside sitting areas very clean and comfortable. There is a Logans steakhouse next to hotel. And a Sam's club not to far. I work remote and the rooms are quiet no outside hall or outdoor noise. I was able to work and relax. They do have breakfast that cost extra or if a diamond member you can use your 10 dollar credit.

Really nice place to stop. Location was a little out of our way for our trip but it was worth it. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Recommended.

Did an online booking. We travel with a small dog. This was booked two adults 1 pet, around $110.00 with $ 25.00 pet. This is not true. We got home, and they charged over $200.00. The pet fee was $75.00. We checked in at 11 PM and left at 7am My dog was in a crate the entire time. Beware of crooked Management.

There were 7-8 girls in two hotel rooms and they had a party in the hallway. We called the front desk 5 times to request that to be addressed so that we can sleep. We were told that he’s the only one there so he cannot leave the front desk and the phone call apparently didn’t work to their girls. We ended up having to confront those girls and requested them to keep down, they went back to their room and started to open and close the door endlessly even after midnight. We were also told by the front desk that there isn’t another room that we can move to because “all were booked”. We will request full amount refund. It’s a shame that such things cannot be addressed timely in a Hilton hotel.

Very poor customer service. Spent over 30 minutes to get my bill corrected and it still wasn’t correct by the time I had to leave for the airport. Staff were incompetent and rude. Receptionist Jackie Beard was the worst of them. I do not recommend this hotel.

Really when you advertise free breakfast. Then you charge 11.00 dollar for is wrong. And it wasn't even worth 11.00 could have went to cracker barrel and paid less. I give this hotel a big zero

Truly up to the standard of Hilton Garden Inns. Loved that I could charge my EV rental while staying there. Only glitch was not automatically applying Diamond credits.

Clean and well-kept rooms. No breakfast included. Convenient and safe location from my experience. Located right off the highway and only 10-15 minutes from major Louisville destinations.

I wouldn’t stay at this place next time. The basketball team took over the hotel- from pool to hallways. In a pool it was an absolute chaos. I was not able to use this facility. Room 232 had barely working shower. The clicker also did not work well. No coffee or continental breakfast was offered. Find another place to stay but not here!

I was only there overnight but the room was clean and comfortable. I did not interact with any staff besides at check in and she was friendly and professional. No complaints at all.

No bar soap available and would not give us another container of shower gel. Front desk staff couldn’t be bothered. Handicap accessible room was not very accessible. Transfers on and off the toilet were difficult and I couldn’t use the shower as the side was too high to get into. The hotel was not as well kept as I would expect a Hilton Garden Inn.

I love the Hilton Garden Inn! Their staff is fantastic, willing to get anything you need and promptly. I won't stay anywhere else. They're the best in my book.

I stay here regularly and it's always clean and the staff is great. The door next to the EV chargers has been broken for years but it's not that hard to walk around.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn from June 7th -9th. The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

My first time staying here was Feb 2023. I plan to come back many times when my business trips take me to Louisville. Great location near restaurants/shopping/fuel, friendly and professional staff, close to the interstate (but not ON the interstate). I am a loyal Hilton Honors member of over a decade and Hilton Garden Inns have become my go-to brand. My only complaint is the pillows: they are too soft for me. I bring my own Pillow Cube. I also have very specific taste in Keurig K-cups and I usually go buy a 10-pk of Starbucks French Roast K-cups at Kroger. :-)

They get 2 stars because the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet, but the condition of my room is not what I expect from a Hilton property. The room was worn worn out and in need of several repairs, including exposed wires and electrical socket at one of the beside tables (room #130).

Come down for breakfast this morning and the lady told me I had to put shows on slipper socks weren't good enough. I wasn't eating with my feet on table. But that's ok biscuits we're not lightly brown, they were leather brown. Bacon looked like it had been cooked to long real crispy and gravy was a yellow color. Yesterday's check in lady was awesome and Wendy did great job in putting me and our friends room next to each other. You may want to look into putting a little grit on swimming pool floor, my friends husband feel and hurt his shoulder because floor was wet and slick. He was catching grand daughter from slipping and falling and fell on shoulder.

Pure dump . Room not cleaned. Towels were nasty. Pool had bandaids in it and gum smashed to the floor. “Continent’s breakfast “ they charged my son and I 30 bucks for was cold and nasty. And never said anything about being charged for breakfast Typical disgusting food. Extremely unimpressed. For 140 dollar room we expected a bit more class.. Hilton garden Louisville east you will never see us again and will spread the word

Hotel did not have regular coffee k-pods in the room. Only had decaf. Upstairs restaurant was too dark, even for morning breakfast.

I am a Hilton Diamond Member and Twice I have stayed at this location and have been told no upgrades are available- but I call/visit online and the rooms I would like to upgrade to are available. I am sadden that the front desk staff isn't honest at Hilton.

Thr mini refrigerator in my room was not working. I notified the front desk Monday morning and it was not repaired until early Tuesday evening. Breakfast cost $12.95

The service was great. The breakfast was amazing. This is my second time there. Can't wait to spend my 3rd time

Person working the desk tried charging me a second and THIRD time for a room I had already paid for ahead of time. Would give zero stars if I could - don't support a business that tries stealing from their customers

I would not stay anywhere else. Justin and his staff are great. Kay who works at the bar is fabulous.
