Stayed here 2 separate times over a week period. First time I was left sitting at the front desk waiting for someone to return to the desk for near 20 minutes. Eventually had to call the front desk to get the woman to return. Second time woman was very nice, but the $40 pet fee is high IMO per night especially with the quality of the hotel. I was put on the 1st floor and woken multiple times by hotel employees conversation and constant banging. Additionally, who shuts down the sad attempt at breakfast at 9am? It's the holidays, people are traveling. This place is just the bare minimum to be honest. It was relatively clean but just didn't do it for me, if I am going to spend $140 for one night, I expect MUCH better.

Pretty good experience overall. It has great prices and is exceptionally clean. My basic room came with a small fridge and microwave which was a nice surprise that many competitors don't seem to include. The hotel is also dog friendly with a $40 charge but IMO its a fair fee for the convenience. Overall, I would return if I was in the area for a short visit alone or for business but maybe not somewhere I'd spend a week with the family.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We recommend it. Please note pets are not allowed at this hotel which was okay with us. Just FYI.

Very nice facility. Room was clean and updated but the furniture was beginning to show signs of wear. Not a big deal though. The heating/air wall unit was annoying. I needed the fan running to cover up the snores of my co worker but it would not run “Constant” if set to HEAT. Once the room got warm I flipped the heat off and the fan ran the rest of the night. Had a great sleep overall but if other guests are in the hall it is very noisy in the room. Shower was great. Breakfast was missing eggs and bacon/sausage. Otherwise would have been the perfect hotel breakfast bar. Would stay again, that’s all that matters.

My friend and I stopped at Comfort Inn Shepherdsville for one night in route to Louisville. We were very pleased at the accommodations and the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. I consider myself to be rather picky and this was beyond my expectation. We had the hot breakfast the next morning which is so convenient before moving on to Louisville. We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Both my friend and I said we would make a mental note to stay here again. If we were ever in the area. I don't always write a review, but I believe this hotel deserves one.

Our team hung out here for the night. Overall a decent clean place that I’d be happy to recommend. Bed and pillows were comply so I slept well. Personally I didn’t care for the fan noise of the bathroom but it’s fine because I just didn’t use it again. Location is close to the interstate with a few places close to eat.

Convenient located right off I-65. Helpful staff. Good free breakfast. Fast food close by. Parking is limited but excellent clean rooms with updated decor.

Stayed Here Last Night, Checked Out This Morning. We Had A Great Overnight Stay. Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, & Super Quiet. I Highly Recommend This Hotel. 10/10

I would recommend staying here at any time I wasn't planning on getting a room for the the night but I was driving back to Michigan from my job and I wasn't that far so I started getting tired. I decided to get a room anyways. Stopped here. Front desk was very accommodating. Very friendly. Very pleasant. She explained everything to me about check out time when breakfast was where my room was. How to get there? The room was very clean. Nice. Comfortable breakfast was decent other than the apple juice tasting like water. I would highly recommend staying here. Very close to the highway also

Very quiet, clean, and comfortable rest. Breakfast was good. I liked the waffles. Coffee and oj were very good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Glad we stopped

Many items in the room were broken including the hair dryer and the towel rack that was being held together with packing tape. The hotel worked to get a night's sleep while traveling on our way somewhere else but not somewhere I would spend more than a necessary night.

The staff was great and very helpful and friendly! The only downside was the handicap parking area was not marked and no visible signs indicated they were handicap! My wife is in a wheelchair, which I need to be able to get her into and out of the vehicle. So, many vehicles would park in the handicap spots which was not handicap.

They were very busy but took their time with us and recommended places to Dine. Very friendly staff!

Had my uhaul not broken down, and I was forced to wait for roadside assistance—so I had no option but to stay the entire night at this location. I paid extra for a pet friendly room. Once we checked in, there were a group of men in the hallway that tried to reach down and pet my dog without permission, causing her to panic. They were then obnoxiously loud in the hallway directly outside of our “pet friendly” room until 11 PM, when “quiet hours” went into effect. The room we ended up in was conjoined with another room separated by a deadbolt lock. On the opposite side of the door, we could hear our neighbor openly talking about selling methamphetamine and partaking in violence. We felt extremely unsafe and the clerk refused to change our room number. Tried to contact manager regarding my stay and got no response, had to contact corporate to have anything done. We will not be staying at this location in the future and warn anyone else to stay away if they want a restful night of sleep after traveling.

Cheaper than Louisville expo hotels, not great but not bad. No pool breakfast was pretty basic

Clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for six. The "family unit" has two queens in the main room with two fulls in the adjacent room. Perfect.

Got there and they gave our to someone else, and check them under our name. They claimed they had no idea how it happened. But they did give us another room! Decent breakfast.

Nice room. Great bed. Had a great nights sleep. Friendly employees. Perfect for a quick nights stay.
