Clean and modern hotel with some fun amenities (pool table and games) the staff were friendly and thoughtful. Our room was comfortable, clean, and though we expected New Years Eve noise, it was absolutely quiet. The complimentary breakfast was hot and ready with plenty of choices. Altogether a great hotel and a good experience.

Rooms were clean and the front desk was helpful. Strange set up with a hampton inn and home 2 suites connected. It's easy to get turned around a little. After a few trips inand out of the building it makes sense.

Nice clean hotel with a very good breakfast and quiet location. We really enjoyed the pre-made breakfast bagel sandwiches to go!

This hotel is a beautiful and peaceful establishment. My family and I were traveling from Indiana and chose this hotel for the location close to a family member's birthday party. Rachel, the front desk customer service rep, was amazing and she went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was so much better than most other hotels we have visited in the past. So many choices, it was wonderful. I highly recommend this place, 5+ stars!

The staff there is very accommodating. They responded to all requests quickly. There was an issue with one of the rooms of the family traveling with us, and the hotel management and staff addressed it with several options until it was resolved. The breakfast bar was adequate for a simple meal included with your stay. The facility overall was clean and provided amenities for everyone, for instance, a workout room with adequate equipment, an office center, wi-fi connection, pool, and a laundry facility. The rooms are updated nicely as well. I would stay again and recommend it to others.

A solid Hampton Inn. Don't be confused as it's a double property with Home 2 Suites. Plenty of parking, standard hot and cold breakfast (standard Hampton). Room was pretty good, but water pipes always rattled and work me up for a few about 5:30am and the pillows were not the best. Staff was friendly with GM/Manger helping to get our rooms despite being a little early for check-in. Staffe/housekeeping worked hard to keep public areas clean and service rooms with desk staff always greeting or wishing a good day when going in/out.

Busy checking in Friday evening was no worry for Clarence. Great customer service along with the ability to direct staff for maximum impact. He was one of the difference makers to start our trip which helped get us through the other hiccups of the hotel. By. The. Way. Very clean, safe, and welcoming despite all of the other staff members being curt and giving an unfriendly attitude to our interactions with them. Good luck changing that mindset in today’s workplace.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. However, I have to give a warning about room 210. At 5 am and for at least the next hour (on a Saturday morning) I was awakened by intermittent banging so loud it vibrated the floor. The only thing I can conclude was I was right above the kitchen and the noise had to do with breakfast prep, a large door banging open and shut. I'm sure the other rooms are fine, but you may want to book your room choice accordingly if you plan on trying to sleep from 5-6 am on a weekend morning. One other note: if you regularly stay at Hampton Inns, you know they're not famous for their water pressure or, despite my repeated requests, Greek yogurt. This hotel continues the unfortunate trend with frustratingly low-pressure shower heads and the type of cheap, sugary, runny yogurt that no one has liked since 1995. All this being said, Hampton has a standardized level of cleanliness, comfortable beds and friendly service that keeps us coming back.

Super clean and easy to get to. Room was quiet and comfortable. Free tesla charging worked great. Only drawback is no where to walk for food. Have to drive a couple miles to get to restaurants.

The hotel was great. I loved the room and location but the breakfast was a 2 star to me. No varies and no options for Gluten free people or no change in breakfast we had the same meal for 3 day.

We and another couple stopped here on the way to NC and stayed 1 nite. Great hot breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast ends at 10, but they stop restocking well before close. Another example of poor customer service that's become commonplace post pandemic. Additionally Housekeeping started knocking on our door at 8am then again at 10. This is after we requested a late checkout that was laughably not late at all due to this hotel's policies.

The oddest thing happened to me. Upon my arrival in town, I went to the email & clicked on directions & it took me to this hotel, however it was the wrong one. They were kind enough to still allow us to stay since we had already unpacked. Only thing I regret is, there was some sort of tournament going on (boys baseball & girls basketball) so at times it was a bit noisy, but nonetheless, it was a nice hotel.

Exceptional experience. This was a haven to us after a long and difficult week of caretaking. We were tired and weary, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. I have no words. I can’t believe how wonderfully we were treated. Everything was clean. Freshly done, comfortable beds, we slept wonderfully. So thankful

The people working here were wonderful, the room, halls, elevators, and lobby were clean and beautiful. My only complaint is that there was so little water pressure from about 10am to noon during my weekend stay. I figured out that I could, when the limited flow stalled, turn the water off and on again and steal the pressure from someone else, but obviously that’s not what you want. I heard other guests complaining about this and passed the trick onto them, and they were grateful. The only other minor complaint I had was that the small store on the first floor implied it would be stocked with travel size toothpastes and whatnot, but all there was was laundry detergent, which the average person on a 1-2 night stay doesn’t need. However, despite these two issues (one of which was minor), I would stay here again. The people were great and it was clean.

I had the pleasure to stay at the Home2 & Hampton Inn Louisville East/Hurstbourne for the past 9 weeks for work. The staff is incredibly nice, supportive, and helped with any inquiries I had. I enjoyed both the Home2 and Hampton Inn rooms. They were very clean. Breakfast was very good. Laundry was extremely reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend this hotel for any length of stay!

We didn't use the room because our guests were stuck in the Baltimore airport and couldn't fly to Louisville. We checked them in when we thought their flights were on time and we cancelled the pet room. A week later we are still charged for the night and the cancelled pet fee. Disappointing

Wonderful place to stay. Clean and well maintained. Being an EV owner I really appreciate the destination chargers. The only downside was the traffic was really heavy in the afternoon at this location.

This is a well managed property. The interior is modernized, the accommodations are comfortable. As a diamond member I have seen many Hampton properties. My wife loved being able to relax on the nice chair. The bathroom was bright and worked well for her makeup needs. The location is easily accessible. Breakfast is nice. Dollar for dollar this is a valuable stay. It looks like it’s a combo of Home2 and Hampton… I’m sure I’ll take more photos tomorrow but it was worth the mention now.

Mattress not too comfortable but the pillows were great.Room was clean and it was quiet.

Catalytic converter cut out of our vehicle in the parking lot. No security cameras. When asked if they could do anything for our troubles they replied 'Unfortunately No. We have a sign out front that states we don't have cameras, so it's not on us.' Asked to get cleaning, and room service when we left the hotel at noon. They said 'We stop making service calls at 11.' 🤷‍♀️ Breakfast guys.. You had one job. We got legit frozen eggs that we had to wait for. Hey. At least the hotel was clean.

Family from Iowa are staying here for this visit. The room they have is nice. There's a lovely little fenced courtyard attached to the pool area & an assortment of board games to play in the lobby.

Hotel stay was fine. Unfortunately the vehicle we were in had the catalytic converter stolen while in the hotel parking lot. Hotel has no security cameras due to liability concerns as stated by staff. Staff could only provide information on what not to do to have it happen again. Please be advised.

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn. My check-in/check out was quick and easy. My room was so comfortable and I loved that shower! I did kind of wish for a bathtub rather than a shower, but what was there was superior to those in any other hotel I have stayed in. My room was clean and my bed was very comfortable. 100% I'll want to stay there again the next time I'm in Louisville.

Didn't even stay! Rates were changed after we confirmed our reservation, then the site wouldn't allow us to cancel 4 days before even with semi-flex. Not sure why the same room needs to be $30 more night 2, $22 more night 3, and $17 more night 4, especially when we won't require any cleaning or stocking of towels. Furthermore, when we arrived, the front desk clerk, who claimed to be the manager, said the rates are locked and couldn't be changed. I know this to be false! The best thing they did for us was cancel the $760 (4 night) reservation and let us find a much better hotel to stay in ($200 less, too). I have always looked for Hampton Inns because they are always worth the money but not so sure anymore.
