This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever booked. I felt unwelcome the moment I was handed my room key. On the website it specifically said it was pet friendly yet when I tried to bring my emotional support dog in I was stopped before I made it to the elevator. Once I got her taken care of I went to my room to find my keys were deactivated. I went to the get that issue fixed and he made me pay a deposit, which was not charged at check in. He would also only take cash. Eventually he reactivated my keys and I made it back up to my room. Then he called just to ask me where I was parked, if my dog was in the car, and heavily suggested that I don't try to sneak her into my room. Once I was finally able to calm down without my dog, all while visibly suffering from physical excruciating pain that accompanies a kidney infection, as soon as I fell asleep it was time to check out. I called the front desk and it was the same employee I had dealt with every time the previous day. I asked for a late check out and he just shortly said "no, and if you are not on time checking out I will charge you for another entire night". And that doesn't even touch on the first encounter I had with the same exact employee that made me eat $80. But I think you get the point.

Wow. What a hole. This place is disgusting and is without a doubt the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Here are the top issues that we experienced: 1. At check in we were presented with damp towels. The man at the front desk let us know that they were indeed damp instead of putting them back in the dryer and running them up once ready. 2. Was told at check in that the fridge in the room would need to be put back together. I wasn't planning on having tasks to do when on vacation. 3. The safety bolt on the door was broken. This hotel is in a part of town where you NEED a safety latch in place. 4. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the free breakfast which is significant for a family of 6. I sat in the lobby area waiting for the dining room to be opened and was informed that they are not currently serving breakfast, and may not be until the start of the new year. All this despite there being a sign on the door that said to enjoy your complimentary breakfast. 5. The fitness room was closed and had a sign from April 2020 saying that the spread of the virus had caused them to close it for the foreseeable future. However, the workout rooms at the other 6 Wyndham owned hotels we stayed at were open. 6. Dirty sheets - not sure when these were last washed, but it wasn't recently... This was an awful experience and I hope you don't make the same mistake that we did.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. From the moment we checked in it was horrible. People loitering in the parking lot asking for lighters and such. The front desk guy blamed everything on his “manager” not being there. We get into the room and there is a huge hole in the wall from the door. The mattresses were hard as bricks. Pull back the top blanket and there are bugs literally crawling on the sheet. If I could post that video I would. Make it past the bug party and there are huge urine stains. And not just one. Like someone just peed in different spots. After seeing all of this we go back to the front desk to be told that he can’t do anything till his manager gets back. We were forced to stay here. In the morning, the front desk agent didn’t believe us until we showed pictures. At this time of writing this review I’m still waiting for my money back. Wyndham is going down hill. Literally. Used to be the one of the best hotel chains and I don’t know what happened. Even the lamp shades were dirty. Like come on now.

Horrible. Seriously a very bad room. We left 20 min after checking in and drove home. The manager lady and man were confrontational and would only offer to move us to a different room. —Bed: pulled back bedspread and top sheet to find a flat sheet being used to cover the mattress. Pulled it back and the mattress was very stained and had cigarette burn marks. —The room was in rough shape, such as marks on the walls, old carpet. It smelled musty. —A man was loitering in lobby, and when you made eye contact he said he wanted to make sure everyone had what they needed for the night. I presume this means I could have bought drugs to help me enjoy my stay? There were two other men in the parking lot that gave me reasons to be concerned. It was approx 9:30p —the building next door is an abandoned hotel that has most of its windows broken and doors kicked in.

The room was ok but it was clean just very basic, it had a microwave but no mini fridge. The bed was a little in the firm side. The breakfast was more than a little disappointing, it had juice coffee & tea bags, as far as food goes it only has a bowl of apples granola bars & a few pastries. I know it's not an overly expensive stay but at a hotel you'd expect to have hot & cold cereal and even a waffle maker, it is a Days Inn after all. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Not the best stay I've had at a hotel for sure, but like I said it was a basic hotel & everything seemed to be cleaned well with no signs of any bugs of any kind.

We checked in a room and it had bed bugs. So we told the guy up and he gave us another room and it had bugs so we got refunded and left. The sad thing is I have stayed at the hotel lots of times but just this time it went south on me I always so sad.

Feels dirty other than the lobby. There's a man who works the counter who wouldn't print me a receipt which cost me $40 in per diem. He said they couldn't possibly print me a receipt because it's direct bill for CLC. Weird, since I stay at hotels every month across the country for work and they all have provided me with proof of stay. Which is a legal requirement. Thanks dehydrated turtle man! Never coming here again. The woman with purple hair was the only pleasant part of this hotel stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The first room they assigned to us hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. The second room smelled like cigarettes and had cirgarettes burns on the bedding and chair. The first room at least liked like the bedding was clean and the bathroom looked like it had been cleaned. The rest of the room was filthy. There were tears in the lamp shades and multiple multiple dark stains on the carpet. When we took our socks and shoes off to get ready for bed, the bottom of our feet were dirty. They advertise breakfast, but they only had coffee, tea, apples, one type of granola bar and one type of small danish. DO NOT STAY HERE

Don't be deceived by the modern and clean lobby. This is one of the dumpiest hotels I've stayed in. We found it on a long road trip and thought we were safe with a Days Inn... we thought wrong. It stands next to an abandoned hotel, with broken windows and missing doors. That should have been our first clue. When we got to our floor, half of the lights were off in the hallway. The room was spacious, but the stains on the floor and wall were off-putting. The comforter looks like it was last updated/washed in the late 70s and was promptly removed. The bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast consisted of 6 stale looking pastries, some Granola bars, and a bowl of apples. We decided to skip breakfast and grab some donuts on the road. Won't be returning.

The outward appearance of this hotel and the area around it are very disconcerting, but thankfully, the first impression didn’t represent our overall experience. There is an abandoned, broken-down old hotel next door that gives a bad impression of the whole area when first driving in. But the front counter staff was exceptionally courteous and proactively helpful (offering extra towels for my family before we even realized that we’d need them). The rooms are worn and dated, but everything seemed very clean. The shower was better than most hotels, was exceptionally clean, had amazing water pressure, and plenty of hot water.

I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. The breakfast was a bowl of old apples, process apple strudel and granola bars. About 2 feet of drywall tape was hanging down in the room. Not a good stay. Manager told me his hotel was full (75 rooms) with 13 vehicles in the lot. I could not let that go and called him on it.

Terrible found hair between my sheets and cigarette burns. The first sweet smelled like a garbage can and I had to ask for a different room before even walking in the room.

This is the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The location was unsafe, the room was dirty and hot, and the amenities were broken or gross. The actual hotel looks nothing like the photos. There is a large abandoned hotel directly next to it and the area is riddled with crime and homeless. Do not stay here. You would be safer and more comfortable parking your car at a truck stop and sleeping in the front seat. Anyone who gave this 5 stars was paid for their review.

*WARNING* please see other reviews. This place is filthy. Staff couldn’t care any less about “hospitality”. Even if you’re just looking to spend 6 hours to rest your eyes, look the other way. Beds were covered in stains and smoke detector covered with a hair net. Carpets were disgusting, with stains all over. The LAMP SHADES WERE COVERED IN STAINS, how?? Our photos don’t even show the half. We walked in our room, and walked out immediately. After several follow ups, we were able to receive a refund.

Night clerk was friendly. Stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub.Tub was nice. Room was...70s reminiscent and dark. The wall was caved in where the electrical outlet was Bed was very hard and bedding was subpar. Considered leaving in the middle of the night. Extra towels that were promised were never brought. Continental breakfast consisted of a selection of 4 (quantity, not type) danishes, 3 Nature Valley granola bars and a bowl of apples. I would not stay here again and regret spending the amount of money spent here for one night.

Didn't even have time to try and check in after a long drive, sat in the parking lot to gather myself and a man walked up to my window and told me that I needed to leave. I stated that I was about to book a room and he said he was calling the police. When I went in to speak to the manager about the completely disrespectful way the employee spoke to me in the parking lot he told me that I needed to leave and began yelling at me. I'm kinda glad I didn't stay, doesn't seem very hospitable.

To charge guests 100 a night for two nights is crazy with no business. Me and my family check in I instantly smell mold when I walk in the door go to are room with no refrigerator . Two towels for a double room . And no continental breakfast for a 100 a night little much for what we're paying. Maybe u would have business if u did not charge so much. There hotel is out dated. Start giving discounts is you want guests

Absolutely worst room condition ever!! I’ve never seen such a hospitality location that takes zero pride on presentation of their room. Comforter had cigarette holes, blanket had hairs and other unrecognized spots chair was stained everywhere. Immediately asked for a refund, ordered an Uber and left Indiana for Kentucky.

0/5 stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Place is FILTHY. Hallways smell like wet moldy towels, rooms are even worse. Only has 3 very small pillows and frOnt desk has no access to more. The mattress is as hard as the ground. Bath towels were discolored and stained. The extra blanket in the closet is just as bad. Found old pieces of food left behind by previous guests. Duvet had multiple red stains all over. Pulled the blanket back to see a baby roach crawling by the pillows. Floor has many suspicious stains and feels gross to the touch. Biggest regret was booking two nights without knowledge of the conditions. I’d be better off sleeping in my car.

Walked in, got shocked by the broken lamp as soon as I walk in. Found dried blood and "fresh" (a pile of still wet, mucus looking bodily fluid on the bed. Stains and wet spots all over the chair. Went to plug my charger in and found the outlet hanging loose. Went down to discuss the matter further, came into two other guests being told though their rooms were identical, nothing would be done for them. I was denied any discount, rather shuffled into another disheveled room with identical conditions, but at least every outlets were in the walls, even the burnt one. The new chair smelled of urine and was so damaged, I could not even sit in it without being poked by wood and metal. After requesting an upgrade, since no other singles were available, I was told I would have to pay the full amount at no discount despite the issues, since I already recieved the first room at a discounted 98 per night, though this is the government rate advertised and I was there for gov. work. The cleanliness is expected, but the fire hazards, the electrical shock, and the busted & bloody furniture was enough for me to ask for a refund. They apparently don't usually do refunds, and they made it very clear they didn't mind the issues. Eventually they agreed to a refund, but not without saying they fixed it... by pushing the plug back into the wall with no outlet box, putting me in a dirtier room, and offering a kitchen chair in liu of the room chair, with no discount.Though they are willing to put me in a room with one, I just have to pay the full price with no discount.

Pretty poorly maintained. It's a bed. Nothing more. Couple of the rooms we got the doors stuck. Smells in the hallway. Air conditioning in the room took ~8 hours to drop it below 75°. The only plus was the elevator door when moving sounded like the star trek doors in slow motion. Everyone got a kick out of that.

Grandmother was evicted and needed a quick place to stay... This was her option. Was quoted $74.99 plus $10 for the dog. She paid in cash and with debit card. The owner ran her card numerous times...overcharging her numerous times. She is not the only one with random charges to her account. We have sooken to others that have visited the hotel and have also had suspicious activity on their accounts. The room was okay. Reeked of mildew. At one point she was in the process of going to pay and they locked her out of her room and kept her away from her belongings. She is severely handicapped and needed certain supplies in hand. She did not feel safe at night. Many told her not to go out alone. The owner told her she was not allowed to speak to other customers. Tried getting a refund and was laughed at. Will not recommend and will not be back!

Rooms were clean, beds weren’t bad. Front desk staff was nice. Good for a one night stay. Cheap. Lacking some basic amenities. Front desk didn’t have access to extra pillows, Granola bars and apples for breakfast. (Upgrade from other hotels that had nothing for breakfast I guess), no refrigerator. I would stay here again if I was passing through.

Personnel were helpful and polite. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean, although it had a pretty dated feel and smelled a little odd (not *bad*, just odd). I did not like that they did not provide shampoo, conditioner, or moisturizer, just general body wash that dried out the skin and hair. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast consisted of Little Debbie (or some brand like that) mini muffins (saw the wrappers in the trash, they were taken out and placed in a case) and Nature Valley granola bars - no boiled eggs, bagels, yogurt, cereal, toast, or even basic fresh fruit. Pretty underwhelming. Overall not a bad hotel, it got the job done, but I felt the experience was not worth the price.

You will never be alone at this location with the amount of roaches also, place very filthy sheets dirty stained probably still on the bed from previous person Only reason I stayed is because I'm a traveler and I had a late check in. but overall I don't think I'll ever use this chain of hotel again

  • 4/5 Tom M. 2 years ago on Google
First things I noticed: no fridge, but the room smelled clean. Beds were set neat and tidy. Bathroom was clean as a whistle and the shower was beautiful. I'm not used to such nice water pressure so that was a plus too.

We reserved a room and tried to cancel due to our child testing positive for Covid. They would not refund our money and said they did not care if a guest had Covid or not...😠
