I’ve stayed in Quality Inn’s before and have always had a good experiences. We decided to stay for one night at this hotel during a long road trip. I called to see if there were any rooms available and the young lady I spoke with said “she believed so”. I asked her what the rate was and she said a little over a 100 but she couldn’t give me an exact number because she was doing her “rounds”. We were right around the corner from the hotel so we decided to stop a minute after I got off the phone with her and I found receptionist sitting outside on her personal phone, she was not making any rounds. We were extremely tired so we stayed anyway even after the rate was a lot higher than the “a little over 100” the receptionist mentioned on the phone. We were in room 342 I believe. When we got to our room, the card reader that locks and unlocks the bedroom was broken, and was stuck to the door with tape!! Again… it was past midnight and we were so tired, we just made sure the door was locked and tried to get some rest. Check out was at noon, according to the receptionist because we are gold star members. In the morning, we got woken up by room service asking if we were leaving! While we were getting ready to go is when I realized how dirty the room was. The stainless steel refrigerator had nasty streaks that appeared to have been there for months, there was dried up mud on the floor by the ac unit. The room cards from the guest who stayed before us were still on the counter, so I know the room was not cleaned! And I forgot to mention that the night we checked in, an employee was walking around the hotel lobby barefoot!!! It was truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! If I could give this a 0 star review, I would. All it takes is one bad experience. Quality Inn, you’ve lost my trust. I’ll never stay in another one of your hotels again.

The rooms are being remodeled and are looking very nice. I think the room I had was not complete, as there was a large open space where a seating area or table would go. But it was fine. Rooms were CLEAN!!!! We checked in very late, and the employees were still very friendly & accommodating. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

wonderful place to stay if you're disabled. the room I stayed in had plenty of space for my wheelchair. the bathroom had a roll in shower I could roll my wheelchair right into (most "accessible" rooms I've stayed in only had a shower chair) and they made accommodations for the bed by bringing in a roll in bed, because I couldn't lift myself up into the bed the room provides. even after the bed was brought in, there was enough room for my wheelchair to pass through. the staff were very kind too.

Wonderful 3 night stay. Budget friendly, with nice hot breakfast. Indoor pool was clean and refreshing. The room was newly renovated, bed was a but firm, but u didn't mind. The place was clean through out. All the staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Would definitely return here

Lisa the front desk IS AMAZING! my check in was great from the start. Got to my room and the bathroom was locked. Had just finished a long construction shift. Just wanted to take a hot shower. I called her and explained the situation. Without hesitation she took care of the issue. Seriously THANK YOU! Its small of kindness agents like Lisa display that make hotel visits a great experience.

This is a great location! The rooms were clean, clean clean! Fresh white sheets with plentiful pillows. Easy drive to Cleveland Clinic. Pet friendly which is our number one requirement. My only tiny suggestion is that the maid's provide more toiletries and coff/creamer. That's it. Fantastic place!

Not bad at all for the price. Rooms were very neat and clean. No dirt or grime. Bedding was also very clean. The entire front lobby, pool area, breakfast area and outside areas were all very clean. They offer semi parking across the street with a parking pass they give you for no additional cost. The breakfast selection was a bit minimal only having some muffins, cereal, waffles and yogurt. A better breakfast variety would be nice.

Very nice hotel. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. The outside appearance of the hotel was awesome. The reception area and halls were nice and clean. The rooms are pretty big and very clean. It was mostly quite not a lot of people running around or noisy. For the price that it is, it is definitely worth it. I've stayed at several other hotels that wasn't nearly this nice and clean that was much more expensive. I would for sure stay here again!

This place is actually one of the best hotels taking into account all the different aspects overall I've been in. The staff is very friendly the manager Pasha was very helpful with anything I needed. The maids will clean if requested personally I like to clean my own rooms I stay in hotels. Ms pasha even tried to help me with my rate instead of one of those travel sites. I needed towels and sheets in the middle of the night and the night staff was prompt and very fast to help accommodate. The rooms are fairly spacious. Now they aren't going to be like if you want to the brown hotel or crown plaza but for the price and location it's a nice hotel. They have a breakfast every morning cereal, waffles, oatmeal, sometimes microwaveable sausage sandwiches, blueberry muffins, chocolate muffins, etc. They have coffee all day. Honestly I really have no complaints. Again this hotel is not a 5 star with butlers, a mint ion the pillow and other amenities but for a mid range hotel I'd say it's one of the best ones to stay at in this location. They also have a pool. And again from my experience from the staff, maids, receptionist, manager, and owner I've been tested with respect and anything that I had a complaint of or needed it was taken care of in a timely fashion. I have honestly enjoyed the stay here. Thank you all for your hospitality and services

One of my list favorite trips to a quality Inn. Came in rather late, probably around one or 2 AM and as a diamond member I requested a late check out for noon. Somewhere around 8 AM we start to hear knocking on the walls coming from what it sounds like next-door. I assumed it was someone’s children. Discontinued on until around 10 AM when housekeeping kept knocking on the door trying to get us to leave after us requesting a late check out. Spoke to the manager downstairs as we were leaving at noon and let him know that if he’s going to have construction going on it would probably be wise not to put people in the room next-door. And also that there wasn’t very much sense in honoring late check outs if you’re going to knock on the door all morning and keep your guest woke up when they didn’t get in until very late. I tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room which did not work. I also called twice from my cell phone for the call to be ignored. When I went downstairs I was told the number I had was the wrong number, so I called it again and it rang. It was the number listed on Choice’s website. Very disappointed in both my selection, and the way management treated me upon leaving when I brought these concerns up.

Good friendly accommodation. Upon entering it look clean, smell clean and felt so clean. That my coworker even slept on the floor. Reasonable price for the stay. Breakfast complimentary was very good. The parking lot was very spacious with plenty of space for guests and even large trucks.

We had a problem with the toilet in our room but Roger in maintenance came by really quick and fixed it. Too many hotels would have turned this into a maintenance ticket that would have been put in a back burner and forgotten about, the quick turn around makes this place 5/5. Clean rooms, nice customer service, good maintenance. Recommended

Check in took way longer and this was at 12:30 am!! Not sure the lady behind the counter knew what she was doing. She had to call someone for help. Our bed was comfortable. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the TV in the next room. The shower had hairs in it!!! Disgusting! The toilet was too tall to sit comfortably on. No where to sit in our room. Would NOT recommend staying here

I am a traveling nurse and have decided to stay at a hotel (at least for now). I checked in yesterday, there were a few minor hiccups, such as dead batteries to the doors so the card didn't read to open, buuuut the staff was wonderful and got that fixed asap. They are EXTREMELY empathetic, understanding and accommodating. Shout out to Candace, in particular. She is the front desk manager. She is AMAZING and treats her guests like royalty!! Very welcoming atmosphere, smiling faces all around. I've heard they have a pretty good hot breakfast, but I've yet to make it back in time to try it out.. rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable, plenty of HOT water (as I've read in a previous review that the water wasn't hot)- plenty enough to take a nice, relaxing shower after a long day/night. Rooms are clean, a little outdated, but that is expected- I'm sure it takes a pretty penny to remodel something like this. Bed is comfortable and cozy, linens smell super fresh, nice size fridge. 10/10 recommend!

Staff was friendly but short handed. Coffee and tea bar was well stocked and always fresh. Continental breakfast was average at best no butter at all. Room was big and clean. Included a mini fridge and microwave.

Please don’t be tricked by the photos on their websites I have been there last week and the room looks completely different from the ones on their website. There’s no carpet, the heater wasn’t working properly it was cold in out room. Also, the breakfast wasn’t good at all everything tasted bad with only few options. Not recommended at all!

This place is a great stay! Rooms are clean and cozy. Most of all, up to date. Staff was friendly and the maids were not banging on the door before check out.

I travel a lot and have stayed in some of the best hotels an unfortunately some of the not so best . This hotel has a decent breakfast. A huge indoor pool that stays cold in the fall. An closes at 10pm even on the weekends . Never no hot water for a real hot shower . The rooms were clean , but the beds are hard an uncomfortable. Staff is friendly enough , but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to stay at an I will not stay again . Spend the money an go join Drury Rewards . My advice anyway . Oh an it’s $75 a night for a pet if you have a pet . The website will for choice rewards will say $25 then when you arrive , the front desk will charge you $75 a night . Definitely not worth the stay at a simple 1 ⭐️ hotel .

Visited this hotel due to city wide power outage. It was horrible. I booked 2 double rooms. Upon arrival one was was ready, my elderly Mother gets situated in the room. About a hour later housekeeping let another family in the room while she was in the shower, I was LIVID! Then my other room was ready. I was put in a filthy handicap room. The chair was wet and smelled horrible. Called the front desk no one ever came. Asked for the Manager and was never provided one. Finally Ashley the Manager responded back and offered to refund me my room as well as give me points for 2 free nights. She attempted to make it right. It's been a month. I have emailed, called, been put on hold or hung up on and no return call back and absolutely nothing. She should not have made promises she couldn't keep. At this point she is ignoring all my calls and will not respond to my emails!

We arrived at 4:30 pm, were checked in fast, got to "our room" only to find out it was not the room that we had reserved. We reserved a room with a king size bed and a whirlpool tub in it and this was a room with 2 full size beds (maybe queen, honestly not sure) and no whirlpool tub. Immediately left the room, spoke with the gentleman at the front desk who notified the manager and the issue was dealt with as quickly as possible. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Booked a jacuzzi room and was treated to this delightful (insert sarcasm) "Jacuzzi". I wouldn't even wash my dog in this nasty scummy tub, yet alone sit my naked body in it. I think they painted the bottom of the tub among other things 🤦. I was told they were going to take care of me and have a manager get back to me, and it's been weeks and no return call or follow up, yet alone refund for the rate difference of paying for a upgraded hot tub room.

Great experience with place. Manager and employees are very nice. Clean rooms, Quick check-in. Breakfast not much options but it is still nice to be able to make waffles. Hot fresh coffee Nice employees. Will come back if I travel here again. Yes most definitely.

Rooms are good. Bed, sink area, free floor space, all plenty large. Mini-fridge, which you don't always see anymore. My door opened to the pool inside, and had an exterior door leading outside straight to my car. Very accessible. The ONLY reason I'm not giving more stars is the hidden $5/night fee charged to my card, that I had to give them on check-in. This fee is to cover the discount from my boss booking this through a travel site. In-person doesn't have this fee. And it went to my card and not the one used to purchase the room for the visit. Sneaky and worth taking away from their good review

I have to say that I found it refreshing to find a place that respects my budget while also maintaining a comfortable level of hospitality. Amenities were as advertised; breakfast was good, and the pool was a good touch. Housekeeping didn't fail to impress, either, remaining polite and helpful despite being rather busy at times. There's no denying, however, that this hotels most valuable asset is its highly charismatic manager, who always made sure that any and all concerns that my girlfriend and I might have had were addressed promptly and respectfully. Not once did I feel as if I had been placed on the back burner. But most importantly, whenn misfortune struck and I found myself unable to cover the deposit on the room I had booked, I was met with kindness and the reassurance that we were not going to be sleeping on the sidewalk due to an honest mistake. Trust me when I say that some hotels wouldnt do the same. I almost NEVER take the time to give even a simple⭐rating, however Quality inn truly went the extra mile to provide an excellent experience, and it would have truly been unfair not to return the favor. -Rob

Great dog friendly hotel, rooms are on lower level with door to outside so easy to take your pet to bathroom or for a walk. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. There were some sketchy people staying at the hotel and could def smell they were smoking the green but that's nothing against the hotel itself.

The room was very nice. The location and price were very good. But most of all the staff was great. Saved best for last, the General Manager was excellent. Bennet has very good people skills . I saw him multiple times in my 5 day stay and he made me feel like a valuable customer each and every time. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.
