I’ve
stayed
in
Quality
Inn’s
before
and
have
always
had
a
good
experiences.
We
decided
to
stay
for
one
night
at
this
hotel
during
a
long
road
trip.
I
called
to
see
if
there
were
any
rooms
available
and
the
young
lady
I
spoke
with
said
“she
believed
so”.
I
asked
her
what
the
rate
was
and
she
said
a
little
over
a
100
but
she
couldn’t
give
me
an
exact
number
because
she
was
doing
her
“rounds”.
We
were
right
around
the
corner
from
the
hotel
so
we
decided
to
stop
a
minute
after
I
got
off
the
phone
with
her
and
I
found
receptionist
sitting
outside
on
her
personal
phone,
she
was
not
making
any
rounds.
We
were
extremely
tired
so
we
stayed
anyway
even
after
the
rate
was
a
lot
higher
than
the
“a
little
over
100”
the
receptionist
mentioned
on
the
phone.
We
were
in
room
342
I
believe.
When
we
got
to
our
room,
the
card
reader
that
locks
and
unlocks
the
bedroom
was
broken,
and
was
stuck
to
the
door
with
tape!!
Again…
it
was
past
midnight
and
we
were
so
tired,
we
just
made
sure
the
door
was
locked
and
tried
to
get
some
rest.
Check
out
was
at
noon,
according
to
the
receptionist
because
we
are
gold
star
members.
In
the
morning,
we
got
woken
up
by
room
service
asking
if
we
were
leaving!
While
we
were
getting
ready
to
go
is
when
I
realized
how
dirty
the
room
was.
The
stainless
steel
refrigerator
had
nasty
streaks
that
appeared
to
have
been
there
for
months,
there
was
dried
up
mud
on
the
floor
by
the
ac
unit.
The
room
cards
from
the
guest
who
stayed
before
us
were
still
on
the
counter,
so
I
know
the
room
was
not
cleaned!
And
I
forgot
to
mention
that
the
night
we
checked
in,
an
employee
was
walking
around
the
hotel
lobby
barefoot!!!
It
was
truly
the
worst
hotel
I
have
ever
stayed
in!
If
I
could
give
this
a
0
star
review,
I
would.
All
it
takes
is
one
bad
experience.
Quality
Inn,
you’ve
lost
my
trust.
I’ll
never
stay
in
another
one
of
your
hotels
again.
