At
11pm
I
was
sleeping
I
awoke
to
my
room
filled
with
cigarette
smoke.
I
had
to
hunt
down
the
night
manager.
When
I
located
him
outside
around
the
building
he
was
smoking.
He
finished
his
cigarette
and
came
up
to
my
room
and
walked
around
and
said
"he
didn't
smell
anything."
I
and
the
family
next
to
my
room
smelled
it
also
in
there
room.
I
told
the
night
manager
he
couldn't
smell
smoke
because
you
are
a
smoker.
I
proceeded
to
say
this
floor
is
100%
smoke
free.
Also,
there
were
over
30
people
in
the
pool
after
11pm
the
night
manager
called
his
manager
and
he
told
me
something
about
if
they
are
in
the
pool
after
11pm
they
needed
a
contract,
he
said
those
people
had
to
get
out.
The
night
manager
was
scared
to
tell
the
loud
people
to
get
out,
finally
he
found
his
courage,
job
role
to
tell
them
they
had
to
go,
they
stayed
until
12am
with
loud
children,
coolers,
drinks
adult
beverages.
If
someone
had
drowned
Hilton
would
had
a
law
suit
against
them.
Then
the
night
manager
told
me
he
would
have
to
charge
ME
$250
if
he
checked
room
the
next
day.
I
DON'T
SMOKE
NEVER
HAVE
AND
AM
EXTREMELY
ALLERGIC
TO
SMOKE
my
nostrils
were
burning
eyes
watering.
Needless
to
say
as
an
attorney
I
was
livid
and
think
I
should
be
compensated
for
all
the
stress
and
strife
I
endured.
I
have
never
been
treated
like
this
at
hotels.
I
will
never
stay
at
the
hotel
ever
again.
