Great service but even better food. Owner is a treasure... Do yourself a favor and try it out. Great combination of sushi and other dishes. Crispy duck with super. King crab roll was excellent...So happy I came here...

I was a little skeptical of getting sushi from a fusion restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised. Great prices and food! Service was a little slow, but our host and server were nice. I dined in one night and also had food delivered for lunch the next day. Will be my go-to sushi spot from now on! Highly recommend the sweet potato roll.

I adore this place. Such a bang for your buck, consistently delicious food. Been coming here since I was a little kid and will continue to as long as they’re around. Always friendly and fast service! <3

The lady that owns this place is so cool. She's adorable and seems to work so so hard and makes customers feel at home. I've been in many days when she is the only one making sushi. I've seen her turn customers away due to low staff and didn't want to make them wait. I've never seen places with available seating do this and I find it really admirable. Sushi here is quite good imo. Other dishes are pretty classic american-Chinese dishes done quite well. Thai curries and noodle dishes are also on the menu and are tasty!

Went there for dinner. Ordered a plate but didn't like it so much so I left have the plate full. But didn't think much of it. The lady in charge of the restaurant, asian, didn't like it and couldn't stop telling me to order something else AT NO CHARGE. I had to order another plate because she just won't let me go with an empty stomach. Very nice if her.

Bao Asian Fusion is a fantastic restaurant located in Broomfield Colorado. The food is extremely fresh and the presentation is beautiful. Every meal I've ever had here is fantastic. The veggies and proteins are always excellent. Our server was Collin, and he is very knowledgeable about the menu of offerings. His service was excellent, and I hope we have him as a server again. I ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp. The portion size was large, it was absolutely delicious. They offer soup with the entrees which is a nice touch. Bao always has a steady business of customers and I can see why. Love this place!!

A great experience of eating asian food at the quaint little restaurant at Luisville. The food and services are great. They have a very friendly atmosphere and the staffs are friendly too. Plenty of parking available and you won’t regret going to this place. Will definitely recommend this nice restaurant for asian food.

Absolutely love the sushi at this place. My partner and I were looking for new sushi places on a budget and this place is perfect. I was skeptical that their prices are so good, but I was proved wrong when I tasted how good the sushi was. Amazing price point and perfect sushi for anybody who’s on a budget!

Me and my partner have been coming here constantly for the past several months since moving to the area and everytime the foods been great. Service is always nice, and price is very affordable. It's also right by my work so I come in sometimes for the lunch special which is a great deal. Would highly recommend everyone to come

Bao is my go-to asian restaurant. The staff are wonderful. The sushi is yummy but the green curry is my favorite green curry among all the Asian restaurants in the area. Dining in I've always been offered a soup on the house and they are also quite good. Every dish being reasonably priced combined with living down the street makes this one of my favorite restaurants south of Boulder.

Maybe I should've gotten sushi, but I got the Teriyaki chicken. It was edible but by no means good. The chicken was fried and super mushy, was not marinated or anything and just came with some teriyaki sauce on the side. It was raining too

We've been coming here for a long time. It's our go to for fresh sushi, both dining there and take out. All other meals from the menu are consistently delicious. Owner Mona is a sweetheart and will make sure you are happy with everything.

My partner and I have been coming here on and off since we moved to the area in late 2020, and there is no one we've been able to find that can beat Bao's quality and prices. You can go in with $20 and get yourself a small but filling meal, or if you want to spend more, their menu is full of such wonderful sushi and meal options that I'm sure anyone can find something to love about this place! The owner is super friendly and speaks to everyone when she is in, and the waiters are always nice, despite them rotating out almost every time we've been there. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that's looking for good quality sushi at a budget-friendly price.

The food was awesome at Bao Asian Fusion in Louisville CO and the prices were very affordable compared to other restaurants. We ordered a sushi roll as an appetizer and it was amazing! I ordered a beef dish and the steak was so tender and delicious! It was wonderful! The plate of food was so big that I had to take my leftovers with me! I only wish in my travels that we had stopped in many years before! I want to go back ASAP! Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed! So Yummy!!

Good experience here! The peanut curry was delicious, and plenty of food. Was given complementary soup as well. I saw some reviews complaining about service but our experience was great. Food came out quick, server was super nice and available, and plenty of staff around. Would gladly come back!

The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and staff was very friendly! My Husband got the crispy duck the portion was generous and tasted great, i got the Pad Thai it was good but could have used a bit more spice since it was very mild. We also got multiple sushi rolls and they were incredible, and looked great! Will be back for sure!

It’s like our second kitchen!! Amazing food. We eat here 3-4days every single week, and we drive in from Boulder. The owner is SO sweet and such a hard worker, she always makes you feel welcome and makes sure you get excellent quality food. It is AMAZING! We really can’t say enough good things about her and the food.

This place is our go-to for sushi. They have spectacular prices for sushi and curries. The ambience is warm and welcoming. The staff is always happy to see you and they will remember your order. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.

This morning we found out that Bao is still there and was not destroyed by the fire. This is one of our favorite restaurants where the food is always hot and good. We love the quality and the manager is the best. We look forward to eating in the restaurant and ordering to go.

Best pad Thai I've ever had. The spring rolls were delicious, the seaweed salad was perfect and the rice was very flavorful. The drunken noodles were cooked perfect and not sticky and everything was seasoned perfectly and delicious. Will definitely be going back when I come back to Colorado.

It's the third time I went in because the sushi is really good. Unfortunately it's also the third time the food took from 45 min to an hour coming out. Was the first time bringing my kid as well. No kids menu is also a minus. There are other good sushi restaurants in the area I will probably choose over this one next time.
