I accidentally ordered an energy drink. It was the first time I've had one in my 21 years of being alive. I think my heart started beating so fast that is stopped a few times. I managed to walk 2 miles in 10 minutes and finished my taxes three months early. The service was also pretty nice too so that was good.

Went early for a light breakfast. It's a nice building and service was quick. They only serve 100% organic coffee which I thought was a plus. The coffee was good to wake up with and wasn't bitter but instead it was smooth and flavorful. They have a decent selection of muffins, scones, as well as yogurt and light snacks. All for a reasonable price for the city.

This Heine bros is the perfect place when you’re in a rush because they are always efficient and there is almost never a long wait for coffee, regardless of how busy they are. The staff are always upbeat and friendly without being annoying, and the coffee shop is cozy and clean. They always have a rotating list of new and creative drinks to try, and the quality is consistent. My favorite downtown coffee spot for sure.

Cozy, local coffee shop smack dab in Downtown Louisville. I really love their iced mocha (especially on a hot summer day) and my favorite scone, the cheddar chive. Barista is always really nice. :)

This review is really for the location at 101. S. 5th St., Louisville, KY, but they don't even show that location, which is my first complaint, location is not listed on Google for me to review it, nor is it listed in their app, so i can't order ahead, they can't even scan the app on my phone to pay. I put $25 on the app and i can't even use it. So far I'm completely dissatisfied with the new location.

Skip this shop. As much as I like to support local smaller shops it’s stop at Starbucks next door. Their barista’s are not trained and obviously have no interest in coffee. We are fairly knowledgeable about coffee and invested a fair amount of money and time leaning to use our home setup.

Delicious drip coffee, lots of flavor. Get your cinnamon scone warmed up!

They will make sure you get what you want at a reasonable price. I urge you to try them for all of your business, advertising and marketing signage!

I've only been to this location twice and the place was empty both times. I ordered a quad espresso on both visits. The service and coffee were good, larger than Starbucks with chocolate undertones. No complaints here.

I've been going to this place for 5+ years now and I would have to say this is by far the best coffee should in Louisville. The staff is amazing. The coffee and food is amazing. They really put their heart into their job.

I would like to give this establishment a 2.5 but I can't so it's a three. The lattes we had tasted great and full of flavor and smooth. We tried the breakfast bacon and sausage wrap and it was bland. The salsa they give you is on the sweet side. We also had an everything bagel, and it was a old piece of bread. Come for the coffee and nothing else. Make sure they get your order right as well they might not understand what light ice or a splash of milk mean.

Coffee is good, staff is friendly, service was quick. I like a stronger bold coffee but not the acid that Starbucks serves. I would recommend this location for that quick cup of Jo! Note to corporate, One note businesses die! Bad decision to not have a bolder jo. Stop counting pennies!

Great place to grab a coffee and snack . Limited food but still ok. Credit card reader needs to be repaired as that was a hassle every time. Convenient to swing in on the way to the convention center from our Air bnb.

10:00 A.M. Monday September 12 A female employee was using all four lower "regular" chairs, the rest are barstools. When she stood up looking as if she was done, I asked if we could sit. She replied that she was still using the area. My wife is not tall and with a injured back the bar stools are next to impossible to get into. Even watching this the employee did not offer one of the 4 chairs that she was using. The coffee and muffins where nothing to write home about.
