I liked the coffee, but maybe the barista was having a bad day or something, her attitude was off putting enough for me to say, I won't be coming back, even though I liked the coffee.

Usually go to Starbucks went to Heine this morning to switch things up. They didn't make my drink order the way I had asked no apologies then I get a drink half full. He says that's what I ordered. After re-making my drink he hands it to me no apologies or have a nice day's. The drink is way too sweet still not filled to the top as I asked. I drive away disappointed; I've wasted my money here. What I would really like is my money back because I will most likely throw this drink away but I am not going back there to interact with that staff again.

Great place for organic coffee or tea. Location is also very accessible. I enjoy drinking my coffee here in their patio.

Coffee was delicious. Shay latte a little bit too sweet but not bad. Atmosphere is nice. We got some cheesy scones. Which were OK and some oatmeal. Cinnamon muffin which was a little dry.

Lots of good conversations at this place over the years. In fact, I am thankful to God for this place. Atmosphere is great, staff is kind and helpful, and although I’ve never been a big fan of coffee, the hot chocolate is fantastic. This place is special to me.

Enjoy going here before work. The pastries are so consistently delicious. I would love to try everything they have. They treat even the smallest orders with care.

I've been going to Heine for 23 years when I am in town. Just as I was walking out an employee was putting stickers on the front door. They have a BLM sticker too. I don't shop at businesses that promote far left political groups and not even have an american flag with all the other stuff. Sorry,I am never returning.

I swung through for a black coffee, I saw that neat wooden framed sign that just screamed, “get something else, be cooler.” So I got a raspberry white mocha and a cinnamon roll. The white mocha, good but whatever. The cinnamon roll made me feel like my parents were proud of me. Like the cream cheese frosting hit my lips and I thought, wow, did Mike Tyson just punch my taste buds? Mike Tyson was a incredible boxer for reference. Heinie bros, thank you. I cancelled my next therapy appt because I accepted that there are good things in this world. That there is real world tangible pay offs to working hard, and that is this cinnamon bun. I love you.

We had great coffee and service at multiple Heine Brothers locations during our stay in Louisville. Thank you!

Great coffee and customer service. They explained all the nuances to a newer coffee drinker. Did I mention it was great coffee?

Found this spot not far from our hotel. The staff were polite and helpful despite it being our first time and 15 minutes before closing. We got a muffin, scone, and two different hot teas. I was pleasantly surprised to find somewhere using loose leaf teas while on vacation! Everything was amazing and we plan to go back tomorrow morning.

Frequent customer here. Past two visits I have received incorrect orders, missing sauce with breakfast wrap, cold wrap one time, cold muffin the next. I get the boosters and 50% of the time it tastes great the other half it tastes like a watered down flat beverage. I let it slide enough times but today they gave me a meat wrap when I ordered a soyrizo black bean wrap, left out the sauce, waited in line 10 minutes and had a gratuity machine shoved at me.

The server “Griffen D” was extremely rude. And basically refused my service until I made an online order and they had to hand me my food. Everytime I come here the service is awful.

Every single time I go through the drive thru my coffee cup is never filled up. Sometimes the latte I get doesn’t taste good or isn’t hot. I’m very dissatisfied because I love Heine bros but this one always has these problems. If I pay $6/$7 I expect my coffee to be filled all the way up

Probably the most consistent coffee shop in all of Louisville. The servers know exactly how to mix the perfect latte, the perfect cappuccino, the perfect everything and anything coffee. If you want original to Louisville coffee, this is the place. Everything else is just a wannabe.

Came here for a coffee with my boss. Great experience, and I’m not an avid coffee drinker. I got one for myself. Great first interaction then later got one for my boss. Second interaction was great as well but there was a twist. I had a rough week, was a little low on the money side so I asked for a discount. The employee offered to buy it for me and I was very shocked, and knowing me I was like, “are you sure?” “You don’t have to do that man.” He insisted on it. Great vibe from everyone in the place. Will be back for more coffee and smoothies!

Excellent coffee and service as we drove through the area. I’d take one in Wisconsin.

My boyfriend waited in there for almost 30 mins for a mobile order, everyone ignored him until they finally asked and nobody made the order still. It was one drink and a biscuit, when I finally did get my stuff the drink wasn’t made and there was barely raspberry in it. I payed for extra raspberry and it was basically just club soda on ice. the employees were all standing around and it wasn’t that busy. I got the raspberry lime boost for the photo reference.

Pleasant staff. Coffee was fine, but the bagels were a let down. I was in a rush and ask for butter, which I didn’t get, plus i didn’t realize I would need to put my own cream cheese on. Not huge, but paid too much to make my own bagel.

This location of Heine Brothers is by far the friendliest and consistent for my drink to be made. Even in the busy of business, they still make those connections with customers. I have visited other HB and I have been let down by their service and the product I get. This is my my home away from home coffee shop.

I've been to this place many times which I absolutely love. Each time I try a different one from their menu and I like all of them so far. Definitely a must try place for coffee lovers

I purchased two $50 Gift cards at this location that were charge and cleared my account. Both Gift Cards do not work. I tried to get it corrected at the store, and I was given the Corporate number to get this resolved. The Corporate headquarters have not returned my calls.

Always stop to get a Chai tea or latte when I can. Heine was pretty smooth. Forgot to get photos but has a good atmosphere and great service.

Most Heine Brothers locations are excellent and this location is as well. Heine Bros. is a Louisville and southern Indiana area coffee shop chain founded in 1994 that has approximately 19 stores. Many stores offer more seating options (including outdoor seating) than national rival Starbucks (though Starbucks has probably close to 3x as many locations in the area). Heine Bros. locations typically have what is described as a "funky" character and the company *only* serves organic fair trade coffee. But Heine Bros. is also not cheap -- be prepared to spend a bit of money. Heine Brothers on Blankenbaker Parkway (HBBP) is in a local and somewhat higher end strip mall and is next door to a pretty good pizza place (Impellizzeri's Pizza). HBBP has a drive thru option. I and others use the location frequently to meet other business contacts for 1-on-1 conversations. While the small fare food and coffee are always excellent, my only wish is that the location had some acoustic tiles or other devices to reduce interior noise level, because when the place gets busy, it can start to get very hard to hear a conversation. Overall, HBBP is a great coffee shop in a nice strip mall.

I usually love Heine brothers but this location served me and my husband the most disgusting frozen coffees I have ever tasted. He got a large caramel vanilla and it was so bad I have never tasted anything like it, luckily my mocha was slightly more drinkable to take that flavor out of my mouth. I think it was the girls first day, I watched her have to spoon the drink into the cups and with mine she actually put it back in the blender at one point and then back in the cup and still had to use a spoon. I don't know what was happening but I guess get anything besides frozen coffee it might be palatable.

I don't drink coffee. My family does, but I never have. I am, however, able to get a lot of other drinks there. I've never been disappointed. And, as for the coffee, my family has liked everything they get there as well.

Stopped in here for my first time this busy Friday morning. Mocha java coffee was the medium roast for the day. Absolutely delicious as was the lemon poppy muffin that I splurged on. Hey, its Friday right?!!
