Clean, fast servive.... easy building and street access.

Waited over 35 mins for my coffe. They had so many mobile orders that any actual counter orders took back seat to mobile ones. Then my drink was like warm at best when I got it. It was suppose to hot. Staff was super nice,only reason I gave it a star at all

It's in my office building even if we order through mobile app its hectic to know when our drink is ready to pick up. Staff is not telling your name even if you name like Rock, Sam, etc. . We understand foreign nationals names are different but your weird look on us gives more kind of Bad impression telling why you guys coming for coffee.. There were folks who have worked did this many occasions to many folks in my company. Everything else is good small place but waiting crowd stands there only to pick there coffee..

Extremely slow, and if you are from out of town, you don't know the tricks for parking. Sassy attitude, but in the end, the drinks tasted awesome! What else matters?

Staff was really quick, and they keep up with the lunch coffee rush pretty handedly every time I show up. It is a little busy, seeing as it is in the heart of down town, but if you are okay with a little bit of a wait at times, this is a really decent Starbucks. Everything seem cleaned very well, and the employees were as friendly as one might expect. Would recommend.

The kindest and friendliest staff I've met in any coffee shop. I asked for a Blonde Roast, which I didn't realize was sold out, so the Barista made a pour-over with a smile on her face. I so appreciate it, and hope you have a great day!

Service is pretty quick, and your drink will most likely be correct here. The place is pretty clean, but short on seating. It's always best to leave the Starbucks section and look for seating down the hall.

It's the only "Mobile order" location in the CBD, so it can get slammed when it gets busy. Staff is amazing at churning drinks out, but still expect 20 minutes of waiting once your order is in.

One of my favorite Starbucks for downtown. Not a lot of space if you're looking to sit and work and is noisy/busy. Mobile order pick up area is well designed versus other stores.
