    First experience ever and the HOT sign was on!!!! There was confusion over what a hot black coffee was but otherwise a positive.

    Been several times. Each time I've gone nothen but attitude, half the time what ever the special donut is, thier out of it. Set your customer service expectations low. At least the donuts are always on point (if you get fresh glazed)

    Could not pay with Apple at drive thru ! Only inside. So I went inside and as the only customer inside three employees walked by never said a word to me as they slowly walked by I waited 4mins and still only one in store I tried to get attention by saying excuse me but it was like I wasn’t even there !! SMH

    I went to this location the hot sign was on. I live out of town I only stop to get hot donuts because I cannot get them. I waited in line behind eight people. When I got up to the line they gave me donuts that were cold and I said are you at a hot donuts. They said yes but they were hot donuts and wouldn't walk around to go get them. What a joke! Talk about lazy employees.

    I was so excited to learn that Krispy Kreme was honoring people starting Wednesday April 13, 2022 by having original glazed be the price of gas I was excited to redeem that offer as soon as I get off work I drove 6 miles to get the doughnuts only to be told that they were out of glazed doighnuts and upon asking how long would that be the employee stated 7 hours!!!! imagine my confusion to learn that one particular donut (That is the base of most all of the special doughnuts) to be out for 7 hours!?!?!? I called the site to speak with a manager to confirm validity of the employees statement and no one answered. I'm so upset by these events this is unacceptable!!!

    The drive thru orders were being handled one car at a time meaning , the car would make their order after waiting forever , then they pulled them forward waiting again till they got their order ,when that car left they took the next order in the drive thru it took forever to get two doughnuts that I went to get for someone else bc I assure you I wouldn't have waited as long as I did for any other reason . Horrible , horrible customer service ! Never again .

    I have always loved Krispy Kreme- and I definitely loves them more each year that they offers me a free dozen of donuts for my Birthday- honey God is good, and I'm very Grateful though! 🤗😋🤤😍😂

    I Went to Krispy Kreme about 1:00pm today. (Sunday) They were not busy at all. There were a few people sitting down at the tables, and no one in line. I looked at the doughnuts to decide what I wanted, and a lady said, "we will be right with you." I said, "okay thank you." There were several people working and walking around. Another lady walked up to the counter and said, "can I help you?" There was no eye contact and the tone in her voice gave me the message I was not welcome. I asked, "are there any specials going on?" She let out a sigh, and looked at the other lady. The other lady responded what the special were, and she looked at her funny "like you know!!" I felt like she did NOT want me to know about the special. I told her I would like the special. She rolled her eyes reached behind her to get a box. She said, in a nasty voice, "what do you want?" I told her what I wanted in a nice voice hoping her attitude would change. She then turned to a co-worker joined in a conversation in a very sweet voice. She then turned to me with that nasty attitude no eye contact, and told me my total. I told her, "thank you and have a nice day." I walked out. My adult son was with me, and when we got in the car my son said, "she was the rudest person I have ever saw!" There is no reason to treat any paying customers that way. If you don't like your job then quit!!! I will not be back at the 7th Street location again. I will drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to the other Krispy Kreme. The doughnuts were delicious though!!

    Always great donuts but we came on Saturday evening and they didn't seem to have as many as they normally do but I'm sure they are plentiful in the mornings. We still bought what we wanted, Boston Cream, Raspberry Jelly and Lemon. Senior Citizens get a 10% discount but please mention it to the cashier.

    Ordered a dozen custard filled, chocolate iced donuts. Originally the younger folks working the drive thru window got my order wrong (after telling them multiple times) and gave me a dozen crème filled. I made it all the way home before I realized the mistake. When I returned I spoke with the manager and explained that I’m pregnant and was craving the custard filled (the creme filled just wouldn’t do the trick for me lol) the manager dug through the entire store and found a dozen for me. I had asked for a refund and told them they didn’t have to look but I appreciated the effort they took to make my order right! 4/5 stars because they did get it wrong the first time but at least this business knows how to make it right!

    I went to purchase original donuts at 8:20am and the stated we dont have any original donuts made yet and we will not start making them in “a hour or so”! They opens at 6am “so from 6am til 8:20am what in the world was they doing”?The employees at this location are lazy extremely lazy, and they dont do anything but sitting around talking/eating! I

    Their donuts have changed over the years. We stopped in this past weekend. The donuts, not the minis seemed to have shrunk and there wasn't much variety. The different flavored glazes did not seem to taste like what they were suppose to. Tasted really sugary. Anyway, the staff was friendly and the store was clean. You do get to watch the donut assembly line.

    We used the drive up, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. The doughnuts were delicious! The "HOT" light wasn't illuminated but the treats were scrumptious, nonetheless. The line moved rather slowly. But it was raining, so we waited our turn in order to stay dry. I guess most every establishment runs short-handed quite often now, so kudos to the ones that show up!

    They are the only Krispy Kreme in a 50 mile radius from Radcliffe and I drove there at 0700, for them not to have glazed donuts. :( other than that, they are normally fully stocked and ready for action.

    I ordered Scooby Doo donuts and wheny order should have been ready they told the person picking it up that they don't have them. And so I had to cancel my order and wait for a refund and this happens everytime they have a limited time donut flavor. I can never get them because they say they never have them. In the end I never get my donuts EVER.

    The last 3 Saturdays have been by here on my husband's way to work for donuts and have waited til 630am or after and finally had to leave and the door has still been locked and they have not answered the drive thru. The time before when I did get in the employees walked around in slow motion and spoke in a whisper like they did NOT want to be there and the ladies that were working with the customers were very rude. There have been customers on the parking lot waiting and some that drive off....when they finally opened on the one occasion I did get to go in they had very few items available... This morning when we pulled up to drive thru there was a car in front of us and thw closed recoeding came on and it was 620 at that time. There were 4 customers waiting on the parking lot at 625, the an employee came into work and an employee from inside let her in and locked the door back.... These people need some customer service training and maybe some time management or a new clock or maybe let customers know that this store is not gonna be open until 7 or so..... this is really bad for a really good company....

    Waited in line for twenty minutes for them to tell us just what's in the case . They had racks of donuts behind them but you couldn't buy them . Who else runs their business into the ground like this ? They had twenty more people behind me with more coming. 2.50 hours to go .

    Krispy Kreme used to be my FAVORITE place to get donuts. Today my Wife and I went in for some good donuts. They have THE same choices as 30 or 40 years ago. You guys need to get some more choices. We will NOT be back. I will find my donuts some where else. Bye.

    7AM and the donuts didn't taste fresh baked. Not serving coffee because of some issue with their water pressure. This place is definitely not worth the drive in Dixie Highway traffic for such a low quality of service.

    Made a large order to be picked at a specific time. When I arrived at the location they had not made the order and blamed it on production problems. If there was a problem with a 28 dozen order then they should have called me before I got there. Such bad business practice.

    If I could give zero stars I would!! Waited at the ordering screen for 10 minutes and when I said hello we are ready to order the lady screamed “ok give me a minute” we immediately left. This was EXTREMELY rude! YALL NEED TO DO BETTER.

    Ordered online last because my special needs daughter loves these doughnuts. Woke up to a text saying "Order Cancelled" (at 710am) yet money out of account? Now I have to disappoint her. Sad business.

    Pre Ordered online. Showed up to get my Donuts Dropped $28 The Manager refused to Service because she said she ant got no body. There was 2 employees there including her self. Then she said to Cancel the Order. Coming me being a Manager my self if I acted this way in my field I would be fired. Avoid this location at all cost. There Service is Terrible. If I could give less then one star I would. And to be clear it's not about the fact I didn't get the donuts it's the bad customer service. I work for the biggest retail management company in the world and we are taught good customer service every day.

    Gave my order to cashier 3 chocolate one with sprinkles, 1 strawberry with sprinkles, 2 plan glazed total 1/2 dozen. When drove to pick up window. She took my order again. Paid $7.63 cashier requested $10.63 said prices change to $10.63 1 ask for senior citizens rate she gave me $1.07 back. New cashier came to hand me my donuts. Oder was wrong. I recieved 3 plan chocolate, 2 strawberry with sprinkles and 1 glazed donut. The new cashier corrected by adding 1 chocolate sprinkle, 2 plan glazed glazed and apologize. Thank her and went on my way. Krispy cream needs to give paper and pencil to cashier that have complicated orders to write down before entering to system so orders is verified before going out window to customer with initials or name. No product is lost to store.

    I got 2 dozen donuts and the first dozen didn't have creme in half of them and the second dozen half was the raspberry filled and they didn't have hardly any filling in them!!!!!!! If I'm going to pay for donuts I want what I ask for. There is a bunch of black people in there that obviously don't like there job or are just lazy. I will not be going back.

    Showed up at 6 AM, drove 40 minutes. Store was closed , called and they said not opening until a cashier shows up, 3 people in store but wouldn't open, not even drive thru! Horrible customer service and attitudes. Not a reliable business. Waited 45 minutes and finally gave up, thortons makes there own donuts and just as good. Krispy Kreme has gone up too $11 a dozen for original.

    I visited this location on 10-1-2021 to try the new cinnamon roll donuts. I ordered the regular but received the one with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal on top. OMG, it was horrible. The cereal was soggy. I scraped the cereal and additional icing off, I thought it would taste like any other cinnamon roll with glaze icing sadly it did not. This donut is definitely a fail. My advice would be to pass on this one.
