Not a good experience at all. I've never written a review in my life but this was terrible. Me and my mother went to try it. They were out of everything. They didn't have the bagels we wanted. They were out of lettuce. They had no hashbrowns. They didn't even have the coffee I wanted. My mother's food was sloopy. And my bagel was hard, tool me forever to chew it and I have all my teeth. And it was so dirty in there. There was food on the ground. Tables were sticky and half & half was empty. I really just wanted to walk out but the nice girl was making my food and I didn't want to upset her. And the way to order was confusing. Once you get to check out. You have to tell the cashier your order all over again. That's not smart on the franchises part because a customer could easily tell the cashier something else than what they ordered. And basically steal without paying for their meal. It's a no for me. Maybe they were having an off day. But it was an immediate turn off. Never again.

Dissatisfied is the best word to use. The food looked good, but coffee and bagels were mediocre at best. Then, I pull a piece of plastic from my mouth. It wasn't a good stop for the morning. They did remake a sandwich for me. However, after the disappointment, who'd really want it.

Little things make a huge difference. I just left at 11:20 a.m. Thats entirely way passed my bedtime. I've always wanted to try Brueggers but being on nights it just isn't realistic for me to wake up hour before my bedtime for a bagel. When I walked in I was greeted, the smells were fantastic. I was helped. I'm very indecisive and the lady was very patient with me. Proceeded to help me choose, and went the extra mile at the end without prompt. I've had an emotional week. Thank you for giving me a happy end to my day. ❤️

Best bagels I’ve ever had. Seasoned so well and both sides have amazing flavor. The consistency of the bagels is the best. Not dry, amazingly chewy, and delicious. I recommend the cinnamon bagel with plain cream cheese. I crave them!

We love Brueggers and took a day out just to get some bagels. Also, picked up some tubs of cream cheese cause they have different flavors.

Second time to visit for lunch (2022 Memorial Day) and they were a bit off their game. Several customers in line before us were told that they were out of some item or another and had to substitute. Both our orders had items they were out of but the suggested substitutions were delicious. Manager admitted to not ordering enough for the day. But we still love the bagels and sandwiches.

Ordered 3 bagel sandwiches for my family. One was to have no cheese due to an allergy. That particular bagel sandwich came covered in cheese. Contacted the store for either a replacement or refund and was denied both. Never again.

I love their Bagels -- However, the employees and the manager should wear masks. While I was there employees sneezed without covering their face, the manager had a runny nose. I love your bagels -- I DO NOT LOVE YOUR GERMS -- Wear a mask when working especially with food.

Delicious! Ordered bagels for my family and was pleasantly surprised with how amazing employees were at handling conplicated & long orders! Everything was perfect. Employees were friendly. :) Cashier was awesome and noticed I went to the Curiosities Expo in Louisville this weekend and asked if I had a good time! Love the small town feel of talking with Bruegger's Bagels employees. I'll be coming back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved my Asiago and Parmesan bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese! Service with a smile and speedy! Parking is limited so just keep it in mind.

I like my bagels a certain way-like not cut up into quarters, etc. So I went in a couple weeks ago to get a bagel with smoked salmon. I asked to toast it dark and while it was in the oven I told the manager (a young kid) who was helping me I like it made a certain way, and he replied "I tell my employees not to do that but I will this time but don't make a habit of it". Huh? The rest of the experience was even worse and when I left I decided I would not make a habit of it by never going back again. Maya Bagels on preston hwy however is now highly recommended.

I just have to say this place is so genuine in customer service! I have to give a shout out to the manager. I can tell that he likes his job and that he is great with his staff! He always has a smile on his face and really is super nice!

What crummy service. They’ve lost me as a customer. I was the only customer in the place. I stand there 5 minutes and finally get my order 6 sesame bagels. I proceed to the cashier and she says she’ll be right there. But instead she takes the guy who just came in order for a sandwich. So I stand there all by myself while the other two employees do I don’t know what but after 5 more minutes I walk out. I may be old but my time is just as valuable as the next guy. It should have taken two minutes to take my order and pay but my business wasn’t worth it to them.

Nothing like a True Long Island, NY Bagel, and Brugger's comes close! Just one recommendation: You need to lighten up on the Salt Bagels, Too much Salt!! You would be more successful, and likely sell 10 times more, if you added only 1/4 the salt you covered on these Bagels. I know they usually sell out fast. But when I get home with them I end up scraping off most of the salt.

Today was my first visit. The cinnamon raisin bagel was the best I’ve ever eaten. I had the light cream cheese on it and it was perfection. The employees were very nice. I will be back!

We love their pumpernickel bagels. The team that works here is amazing. We usually place our order in advance.

Not too thrilled, originally ordered blueberry muffins and received a completely differently kind. Sure they look good, but a call before hand would have been appreciated. Strange no one knew what happened concerning my order, nor how to fix it. Update: they weren't that good. . .disappointing.

I am a regular at Bruegger's Bagels at this point because it is so good! Bruegger's is just a small bagel shop close the main crossroads in St Matthews. My office consistently gets a morning assortment of bagels for everyone working with some of the siracha honey cream cheese which is unmatched. If and when I go there for lunch I usually get the Better Bacon Cheddar sandwich which is Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on an Asiago Parmesan bagel with a spread of the Light Herb Garlic cream cheese. Now that your mouth is watering, let me tell you the best part: It's super low cost! Most places you go for lunch you're spending $10-$15, but a sandwich here is only $6-$8 which is a steal. All that said, I would highly recommend this place as its definitely a staple in my book.

Excellent bagels. Not a lot of fresh bagel choices in Louisville and as far as I know, this one would rate the best. You get a bakers dozen of 13 bagels for a good price and the cream cheeses are also tasty. They have specialty bagel sandwiches which I did not try but probably will the next time I’m in the area.

Parking is Horrible, Service is SLOW & below standards. The bagels are uncooked with too much toppings. They cover BOTH sides!! Its only supposed to be 1 side thats covered with topping. I do not recommend .

Good tasting food for a reasonable price. Had the Western Brisket with two eggs added on the five cheese bagel. Wife had a bacon, egg, cheese on the jalapeño cheddar.

I ordered a blueberry bagel and blueberry muffin with orange juice which was good, I then ordered a frappe, now the person who made my frappe dropped the ball, because I honestly didn’t like it too much, when I come here again I’ll just stick to the bagels and muffins.

I got Brueggers for the first time today and I am not super satisfied. The food was good except finding a hair in my food. The customer service was very poor. I was trying to ask questions and I felt like they didn’t even want me there. I felt so awkward and felt weird speaking up. I asked if my order could be to go and the lady didn’t say anything and just looked at me. I put two stars because Customer Service is a really big deal to me and I feel like it extremely lacked. I do not know if I will be returning to this store again.

I ordered half a dozen bagels sliced. When I ordered a side of strawberry cream cheese I was told that I needed to buy another bagel and that they don't sell sides of cream cheese. Too many good bagels in town to waste my time here with poor customer service and rude employees. Stick to Maya's or Born2Bagel!

They ran out of most of the flavors around 12noon but still had a fair share of bagels.

Clean place, good service. Honestly my only gripe was the food and the parking - I got the “better bacon cheddar” which I always get and it was just ok. Not bad, but not great. Nothing wrong with it officially maybe just a bad build this time but I feel like other Bruegger’s have been much tastier. The parking situation on the other hand is tough- very few spaces for a lot of small Shops and all the surrounding lots have signs literally everywhere saying if you park here you will be towed. YEMV
