Not the most friendly and welcoming place to dine, but I didn’t care too much since I went to just grab a quick bite and go. Ordered a pick two 1/2 Anabel’s Oriental sandwich and a cup of chicken noodle soup. The tuna salad wasn’t anything great; what made the sandwich was the wasabi mayo dressing they gave you on the side to put on it. The chicken noodle soup had a weird tasting broth and a little on the salty side. Place looked a little run down & old and the decor was odd. I would rather frequent a chain lunch place like Jason’s Deli or McAlister’s instead.

Wow, had the soup and sandwich and never disappoint. Today I had the Roasted Red Pepper (with Chicken Parmesan) and the Zorn on Sourdough with their Horsey. Great combo , hit the spot. Another favorite is The Big Dirty along with the Popeye salad. Great place for lunch.

Love Crave Cafe. Everything is consistently delicious and fresh. Best soups ever. One of our few favorite lunch spots. Do miss the Westminster crackers, though ;) 10-17-22 Thanks for the reply. Was in last Friday. Ordered soup. No crackers offered or in sight ;( Still best tasting soups in town!

Let me tell you. The chicken pesto sandwich was beyond delicious. The staff helped us more than you know. I had a feminine emergency and was saved by the girl at the counter (forgot her name but only because i met a lot of people). Such a great place. Will be back FOR SURE UPDATED 10/17/22: Met the owners, Steve and Shannon. When I say that they are a joy, so passionate about their job, and hands-on because they care, I MEAN IT. I really hope the community is behind this place as much as I am because it is literally just a phenomenal establishment. I wish them all the luck in the world. Delicious simple lunch. What a good sandwich place should be. Nothing too fussy - simple good ingredients in a friendly cozy space with attentive knowledge staff.

Love the food here. Staff is always friendly and service is quick. I usually order through their website and pick it up. always fresh ingredients and always good.

I wish there were more stars to give . Very seldom in life do you meet such good people that really strive to take care of you and honestly care about you and the meal they provide. I’ve never even had an ok meal here everything is top notch and they have lots to choose from. My personal favorite is the joes on a pretzel bun. Now be nice because smiles get you everywhere here take care of them and they do likewise. Service is phenomenal. Don’t forget to ask about there sweets! Thanks guys and gals for always making me feel like family.

You'll find some of the best food in Louisville at Crave. The quality of the ingredients and the variety make this a go-to lunch spot. The spicy cheeseburger soup is one of the best soups in the city. You will request a soup subscription after you've tried it.

We used Crave for boxed lunch catering and everything was great. The pasta salad was amazing and our sandwiches were all delicious as well. Will definitely use them again when in town!

I ordered the pick 2 (soup & sandwich) and the soup was amazing. My only regret is not having a bigger bowl. I'll be thinking of it next time I'm hungry. That's is how delicious it was. Staff was kind and service was fast. I stopped in just because it was close to the body shop I took my car to and now I have a new favorite soup place.

6 customers in dining room with food, 4 people waiting for food when I walked in. Three employees, with one of them spending most of their time seated behind a room divider while the others did all the work. She was unpleasant at best, while the person making my food actually had to leave the kitchen to bring it to me. She was so kind and pleasant! The woman "behind the curtain" though....wow. Everyone else working was pleasant and kind... It's hard to leave this review based on just one person. I don't know her role, but she was downright dismissive and unpleasant, and the wait time today was outrageous. Maybe just a bad day but....

Absolutely the best soup I've ever had in my life. My husband soup was just as good. I had the cream of broccoli with macaroni and cheese and he had the mushroom bisque. Amazingly good. The sandwiches are also very very well made lean and great tasting. The reason for the four stars instead of five is because it was so incredibly expensive for lunch. $40 for two sandwiches and two cups of soup.

Absolutely delicious food in an understated cafe setting. We walked in on a whim and were blown away with the flavors and quality of the wrap and sandwich. Truly a great spot, with very friendly staff and a fun vibe. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a bite.
