My husband and I enjoyed a delicious lunch for the first time at Mimi’s. The food was several notches above most breakfasts cafes around. I got the salmon and he got corned beef. Both dishes were tender, fresh, and FULL flavored.. The ambience in the atmosphere lends itself to easy going conversation. Fain, our server, was super enthusiastic and such a sweetheart. All facets of our experience were beyond excellent. We’ll definitely be going again soon as this is our new favorite!

Stopped in Mimi's for lunch on a Saturday. Lots of customers but we're seated quickly. Good variety of menu breakfast lunch and even some dinner real items. My husband had breakfast food I got soup and sandwich. Basic fare for that kind of meal it was tasty and well-made. our waitress was a young woman seemed a little inexperienced but very polite and nice. I would recommend it if you needed a different breakfast or lunch meal.

I'm giving this review one star because the wait staff can make or break a business. Any time a customer comes to a restaurant to order food and the wait staff makes the customer feel like they are doing you a big favor, I do not want to do business there anymore. The food is usually great when you can get the order put in properly. A customer should only have to ask for something 1 time 2 at the most but when a waiter or waitress , I'm done. The prices are astronomical for what you get in my opinion So I should get good service along with good food. If we ever go back, hopefully Mimi's will hire wait staff that cares about senior citizens as well as everyone else.

Had a great time at Mimi's . Food was delicious, and reasonably priced for this type of restraunt. Atmosphere was quiet with some low key jazz playing. Nice place for brunch, lunch, or a quiet evening out.

Fancy food at a cheaper price than you might think. Portions that all but guarantee leftovers.

I can say that with only having 1 or 2 servers this morning the service we had was amazing, our drinks were never empty and our food came out hot and delicious!!! Our server was working his butt off and had my wife and I with about 6 other tables while the other server had about 3 tables. The morning tacos were a bit bland at first then I found the flavor!! Looking forward to go back!!

Mimi’s is so good. Whilst on a mini vacation, my boyfriend and I visited this restaurant for breakfast before heading back home. Let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions we made while in Louisville! The waitress was very attentive and kind; the food was hot and delicious. We purchased muffins to go to share with family and those were a hit too! I definitely recommend visiting Mimi’s as soon as possible.

My wife and I have dined here in the past. Excellent food and fantastic service. We went there this evening and again, the food was great. I got the Sunday special of all you can eat Crepes. They were fantastic. They looked so good that the couple sitting beside us got an order to go. Although our server was busy, she took the time to explain the special to us. She kept our water glasses full and was very attentive. Thank you for a great meal.

I am a big Mimi’s fan and have been for years. I am sorry to give a bad review. We went with family tonight(8). We had a reservation and they seated us in the back room at a big table. We were the only ones in the room. Perfect! We were not rushed to order and the food came in a reasonable amount of time. My honey glazed salmon was not good but that is not my complaint. Our table was under attack by black gnats! We were trying to eat while fanning our food or slapping gnats. My sister complained to the server. Nothing but a smile. Later I gave up on eating and I told her the gnats were a real problem and the manager should know. Another smile. I also said this is bad enough that I probably won’t be back. I looked for someone to talk to as we left the restaurant but not a soul in sight. This is not the Mimi’s I know!
