The bacon lettuce tomato and avocado sandwich is to die for. We love this one. There is So much Bacon. Wow!

Piss poor service! Piss poor management! I placed my order via the app for table side service. App stated approximate 25 minute wait, which was perfectly fine especially seeing it was during the church rush/lunch rush. When our food was brought to the table it was not fresh. Specifically, I ordered a choose 2 with a southwest sandwich and ultimate nachos with chicken but without olives. The cook added bacon on the sandwich and the chili for the nachos were as cold as ice, also no extra chicken on the nachos like requested and paid for. I immediately took my plate back to the front counter and told them my complaint. The cashier let them know what was wrong and the cook got mad, opened my sandwich to see what was wrong with it then threw it back on the plate saying “it’s cheese, not bacon” and how he wasn’t fixing anything over. The sandwich had multiple slices of bacon on it. No cheese ever will be that dark and cheese melts. Bacon does not. Instead of correcting my order they (the manager on duty and the cook) left it sitting in the window. I requested a refund seeing that my order wasn’t going to be corrected and was only refunded $1.49!

Food is always great here! Very good service as well. The assistant manager PERRY was very friendly and helped me and my family, enjoy our experience. Definitely recommend this location. Thanks PERRY!

I usually don't have anything critical or negative to say about McAlister's but the past two times we've gotten food there we've found some things lacking. "Spuds" that were very overdone and dry. Once was when we ordered delivery for 6 people (spent just over $100 so a leathery and clearly not-fresh potato was.pretty disappointing. Also my.cup of chili had quite a bit of gristle/small pieces of fat. I've never had that problem with chili from there before but it was extremely off-putting and I won't be getting the chili again any time soon. The tea, of course, is always perfect. I like unsweet, the rest of the fam prefers the sweet tea. Both are quite good. I didn't like the "pulpiness" of the lemonade but that's just a personal preference. Also I wish they'd bring back the orange-cramberry sauce for the turkey club sandwich.

Ordered a VEGGIE sandwich and 2 bites in I bite into a toothpick. Open the sandwich up and it’s a toothpick laying inside with a piece of ham on it and some type of stuffing that OBVIOUSLY didn’t with the sandwich. I think I’ll just go throw up now!

Great fresh salads and hearty or light sandwiches. You cannot go wrong with whatever you’re in the mood for.

I can only give a 3 star review because the young man working the register had more interest in playing with his phone than taking orders. I walked in behind two ladies, while we all stopped to look at the menu (they sat while looking), I was ready before them. When approaching the counter the young man takes no notice of me since he is too busy playing on his phone which he has sitting on the counter in front of the register. I must ask him "Excuse me, are you taking orders or playing on your phone?" before he looks up to realize I am standing directly in front of his register. This is something I personally find extremely rude as a customer. Other than this one young man my "to go" order was prepared quickly, correctly and was delicious. Major kudos to the efficiency of the kitchen staff! I was in the McAlister's on Lime Kiln Ln at 7:32pm on Sun 10/9/22.

Three of us enjoyed lunch here on 8/9/2021. They have a wide variety of menu offerings from salads and soups to sandwiches and all are freshly prepared. And unlike a lot of restaurants, this place seems to have a magic formula for retaining service-oriented employees without raising prices -- so far. We're becoming regulars here!

Nice staff and the food is very fresh, the menu has a good verity of things on it. Prices have gone up. This cost 37$ for 2 people, and I'm not sure the tips on cc goto the staff or manager as I didn't see a tip jar for cash?

McAllister's deli is a fine deli and the atmosphere is one of decadence and suavé fare. Stop in for a quick delicious work lunch or call ahead to save a bit of time, or order online and skip the line. No matter how you do, it's a good meal and a great deal. 5 stars doesn't leave out marks for cleanliness, cheerfulness, and perhaps, a bit of bliss. Waist not much time, and it won't be, on this.

Sweet Smokey Chicken Sandwich with a House Salad.. Was on Point..for Lunch

Been a regular here, usually get the jalapeno turkey crunch, which usually comes with a small baggy of chips to go on the sandwich. This last time I got a lone 4 chips in a cup, for a full sandwich 😂 Called to complain and the guy said they were pre-portioned and that's how all customers received their chips, yet that was the first time I received my chips like that. I just can't believe someone made a conscious decision to send out 4 small chips to a customer.

Service was way too slow for 3 pm. Lunch rush was over and hardly a crowd, but I had to wait nearly 12 minutes for a choose 2 veggie spud with sandwich. Was starting my 3rd glass of sweet tea when they finally handed me my food to go.

The store is clean, the staff is so friendly & professional. No wonder they're always packed. If you're in the neighborhood, stop in & try the blackberry lemonade. This store has very helpful staff. Our order had a mistake & we didn't realize it until after the restaurant closed. They were very helpful & put us in touch with the GM, who looked up the receipt & made it right for us. He really went the extra mile.
