Absolutely loved this place. They had a great selection of stores and good sales going on. Will definitely return for another trip !!!

Great Mall with a big variety of retailers, it was really busy at this time of year but everyone is following the social distancing , some retailers make you wait outside and limit the number of customers in the shops , there is multiple public restrooms and several Food options, overall it was a good experience I got everything I needed for really good prices

The Outlet Shoppes offer a pleasant experience in an easily walkable layout. With most of the premium outlet brands represented, it is easy to pick up wardrobe updates at discount prices in one easy stop. Frequent sales offer the opportunity for upgraded products while saving dollars. The Shoppes offer a peaceful and safe shopping environment with lots of adequate parking easily accessible.

Really liked it. Clean and well maintained. My favorite place was Ghirardelli chocolate 🍫. They have some good prices. It's just right off the interstate. Easy in and out parking 🅿.

Concrete Kingdom!!! We love the different yard items we find in this store. The one at the outlets has more of a selection. My mom wanted another yard wind mill and they did not disappoint. We ended up buying the 🦉 one for our yard. Our neighbors love to stop and watch the display. I can watch them all day. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Very neat clean open air facility with many authentic name brand legitimate outlet priced stores. Most of these stores are ver easily accessible from the main walkways with multiple very helpful directory boards stationed around. There are multiple layers of security for your safety. The restrooms are very well kept.

We always go when there are great deals to check out. They have nice christmas decorations set up for December.

Thanksgiving Black Friday!!!! We arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning, the parking lot was full. A lot of people came out to shop this year. It was very cold that day. Although there were many people, it was a happy day ! Thank you everyone who works that day.

Went with the family to do a little early holiday shopping but there was nothing early about it! The holidays are already in full swing and it's so great to be outside in nature; it feels like an element that indoor malls lacked. Special shout out to the staff at Loft because I accidentally left a shopping bag there and they went out of their way to get it back for me!

Great place to visit a variety of stores in one location. Love that some walkways are covered. In the cold season there are outdoor heaters and a fireplace. Seating is never far for those who need a rest.. Always clean and easily accessible. Food is available near by and parking is close. Been shopping here since they opened

I really like the outlet mall. It always gives you this sense of 'it is okay to buy' (or it might be just me). The areas are always clean, there is a good variety of stores; always have good sales going on. They decorate so pretty for each holiday/activities/special day. The bathrooms were cleaned the last time I visit and the waiting area inside of the woman's bathroom is very comfortable. I will like to see new stores thought and for some reason the times that I have been inside the food court it is always empty even if there are a lot of shoppers around.

Really fun they have everything you can shop in. This was the first time I visited and it was a great time.

We love the Simpsonville outlet malls. We enjoyed eating lunch at Jade Garden while we were here. We ordered the spicy bourbon chicken and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious!

All of your favorite stores are here. there is plenty of parking. but I would suggest driving around the entire outlet and to pick the area you prefer. All of the stores and their locations are listed online in their directory so that you do not have unnecessary walking to get to your favorite place. There are places to eat and plenty of benches to sit an relax. Many of the outdoor walkways are covered for shade.

My husband surprised me with this trip. The shops which were many, the employees were friendly and helpful. The prices are great. If you are looking for a place to shop and pretty likely find something for someone in your life or you need a shopping day for yourself. This place is where to go.The only thing I would improve on is the food court. The selections of food wasn't good, place was so small, no seats for the amount of food traffic they get everyday.

Enjoyed our time there only the second time going. The kids really loved it as well. Plan on going every season to see what goodies we can find.

Although it’s lost a few shops they’ve done a great job keeping it filled. Outdoor areas are clean and well maintained. Traffic directors leaving the parking lot helped get people out, which has historically been a problem. Recommended above any of the local malls!

Really enjoy shopping here. Nice atmosphere, clean and like the choice of stores. Sometimes catch some good sales!

Visiting from NC and stopped to kill time before we could check in our hotel. We were so surprised by how awesome these shops were. We got back to school clothes, trip souvenirs, and even did some early Christmas shopping since we found such great deals. I gave the Coach store its own review as the staff were amazing. It was GREAT!!!

We are so lucky to have this here in Louisville! It has always been on our must do list at Disney Springs and we don't have to wait for our WDW trips to enjoy their ice cream.

Nice clean open air shopping. Entire mall looked to be well kept Including the Parking area. The people working as well as shoppers seemed very nice. HOWEVER, for an OUTLET MALL We just didn't see the "bargains " usually associated with outlet malls. I'm not sure prices were any better than any other mall, but if the weather is cooperative it's a nice place to shop.

Wow!!! So many options. The complex is very large and several great food choices available. Although it always seems crowded by the number of cars in the parking lots, it isnt bad at all! Often find great deals on cool stuff. The restrooms are clean and well maintained!

It’s convenient to me so I shop here for gifts Spring to Fall, seasonally. I have found good buys in some outlet stores if I’m browsing. I’ve shopped Coach, Brooks Brothers, Carters, Columbia, Cuisinart & Asics.I haven’t had as much luck if I’m looking for something specific. I wouldn’t recommend in freezing temperatures if your older. And I have seen crime here, as always be aware.

Good variety of stores. Would like to see more variety when it comes to men’s clothes. Not a very big food court, but I guess customer demand determines options regarding that. Worth a visit, we go back occasionally to see what’s new. Clean facility and the parking area was large and clean.

If you know how to shop during their specials, you get some fantastic deals at the Outlet Shoppes. It's always very very clean and the property is very well maintained.

I'm not a big outlet shopper but I found this one to be pretty nice. Clean and well maintained. Heavy on clothes, shoes, sport wear and light on home goods, tools, books etc. I found a number of things (shoes, belts and pants) and the prices seemed good to me. I'd suggest you check it out.

It is an outdoor mall, stores in one general place but walking between them is done outside, there is also a small indoor food court. It is decorated so nice for Halloween. We only went in to a couple of stores since we were there mainly to eat dinner. There are a lot of brand name outlet stores here and you can get most anything you are looking for.

Today is the second time we have visited the outlet and we were pleased both times. Today was sale day and we scored a lot of great stuff for mostly 50% off. Stores had very full inventories and polite staff. Bathrooms were decent and live music was fun. We will definitely be back again.
