This is 3rd time its happening, I booked my slot and it was given to someone else. After waiting for 50 mins I left. They could have called me, but unfortunately there is no apology.... and then I booked time with Katlyn and someone else did the haircut since she was with other customer.... if this online slot booking cannot be handled by the team then I guess its of no use. I will never goto this salon again.... I have been your customer for 4 to 5 years but I guess I should find something else.

Took my 7 year old grandson in for haircut! He had a tremendous head of hair! He wanted a modern Mohawk haircut! Heather was on duty and she did an outstanding job! He loved it, I loved it, the whole family loved it! Heather was quick, precise, friendly and the cost was very reasonable! Thank you Heather! We will be back! 😊

Mattie is by far the best hair stylist lady I have ever met!! She did a phenomenal job cutting my hair and was also great to talk to!! Every one that was there seemed to be happy and having a good time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Give mattie a raise and possibly a promotion!! Keep up the good work!

“No appointment needed” = false advertisement… called ahead of time an no one picked up, so I drive over just to be told I need to have an appointment an they are all booked up. There was no one in the waiting area. This place is a joke.

Great staff, very professional, fast, really listens to your requests, nice atmosphere.

Every time I check in it’ll tell me my wait time. Magically that wait time just keeps getting bigger and bigger. The organization and management at this location is clearly lacking

Came in within an hour of closing for a haircut. Haircut was fine. Service was fine. Only gripe is that it was rang up as MVP, even thought I didn’t received any MVP services. I didn’t bring it up. I simply reduced the tip accordingly.

Everyone there is a vibe, and each have there individual personalities and stories, they can cut any hair and for the most part any style

This location is further than other location to my home but I go here because the people are better and they seem to be staffed.

Great place with friendly staff. They messed up my hard part pretty badly. Its super wide and not really straight. Wedding is in a month :( Good people that treat you right, just an unfortunate cut and really bad timing for it to happen. 😕

I travel for work and usually have to get my haircut at different places and usually Sports Clips 8s hit or miss. Lucky me this one was a bit. They did a great job. When I'm in the area and need a cut I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. To put an appointment in 110 minutes beforehand with a particular stylist, check in 25 minutes before the original time and then get bumped by a walk-in (first available) by my stylist at my appointed time. Unacceptable. You have lost a regular customer.

Felt like I needed a haircut after more than a year of not having one (that wasn't at home during quarantine). I went later in the day around 6pm, and took me in with no wait! Their safety protocols are great, didn't feel unsafe at all during my visit. Left with a great haircut at a good price!
