Came in and stood at the front desk for about 8 minutes before the bartender told us we could seat ourselves. We ordered an appetizer and drinks. The appetizer took over 30 minutes to arrive. Then it took an additional 40 minutes for our entrees to be delivered to our table. I ordered spicy garlic wings, they brought out Parmesan garlic wings. I informed our waitress, Mackenzie, that it was wrong and it was supposed to be spicy garlic wings. She took it back and I waited while my table ate... About 10 minutes later she brought out the wrong order, AGAIN, Samurai Teriyaki wings to be exact! She said "I will get your check", what a joke!!! She did NOT apologize and I NEVER got my correct food. I cried on the way home because I did not get to eat dinner and everything else was closed. My waitress, Mackenzie could not even look me in my eyes, shame on you!

Ordered smoked wings at 9:30. Order delivered at 11:00. As a recent manger of hooters I know these are naked fried wings. Hooters is so bad they now have an automated system and never answer transferred called. Jeff can do better

Sat and waited for 30 minutes for a waitress to even come take our drink order. The two waitresses in our section told us and every other table that they each thought the other girl had our table and that's why they didn't come over. They clearly didn't want to be doing anything at all. They wouldn't even look our way. It wasn't busy at all. I hadn't been to hooters for 20+ years. This experience makes sure it'll be never again.

So not new to Hooters but this location had a nice river view. Waitress was friendly as the staff. So I really wanted smoked wings but they were out so I decided to try the Daytona wings. Daytona wing flavor was amazingly delicious and it could use a little more heat. Next time I will add some spicy sauce on the side and I had tots to go with. Very good food and location.

Ordered take out. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes past the time it was due to be ready. Turned out that it was ready but no one told us so our food was cold. Mozzarella sticks didn’t have cheese in them. Part of our order was missing. Disappointing experience. Bartender was helpful and nice while we waited.

I literally ordered food from them through Uber eats and this is how my fries came. Literally so burnt and hard that you can’t even chew them. I definitely won’t be eating here EVER again.

We showed up with two other families. The place was empty and they struggled to find seating, sat us before they cleaned off the table, only offered the group menu because they “only had two chefs and couldn’t do individual meals.” We decided to let the kids sit at the long tables put together and they took drink orders from the kids. My kids usually only drink water, but the waitress said the sodas were included in the price and so we agreed to let them drink soda. Afterwards they charged us $3.19 for each drink which was for 24 people. Keep in mind that we had asked to be seated separately and billed separately. Not sure what they would have done if we didn’t know each other… our bill ended up being over $400 and we had twice as much food as we needed. They gave us ONE server and she couldn’t keep up. Again, the place was empty and they had multiple servers who could have helped. The one we had did not know the drink menu either. The total price for just the children was $50 for drinks even though it was “included” in the meal order.

Man one of the best!!! I travel the country and this woman killed it. Reagan is a wonderful sweetheart I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to this place

I came in here last night and had a semi-decent experience. I sat at the bar because most of the tables were full and it was just myself, the bartender was very sweet and although slammed with Drink orders still took phenomenal care of me. What I didn’t like was how there was a ton of commotion coming from the window that was right beside me. Girls behind me yelling at each other, yelling at the Kitchen, it was so unnecessary and unprofessional. I was embarrassed for the girls causing a whole scene that caused the entire bar to switch their attention to that. No one should be Yelling in my ear 3 feet when I came to have a drink on a Saturday night. Service was amazing by the Bartender but outside of that I can’t say I was Pleased.

The service was amazing. Ariana and Brandy, the bartenders, were super friendly and made exceptional drinks for my girlfriend and I. The place was very clean and well maintained. Food was great and we'll definitely be returning.

Enter the restaurant on a Saturday evening around 8:30 pm. To my surprise it was half empty. Ordered drinks and 1 appetizer because they were out of items such as chips and salad among other things we wanted. The waitress was nice. Got our drinks within 10 to 15 minutes, but it took 45 minutes to receive the appetizer. Could see a lot of conversations it the kitchen and an employee using a Vapor. Still no food 20 minutes later asked for the Manger, Andrew who was rude with excuses of how busy he was in a half empty house, 7 tables only. He interrupt me when I was speaking. He said it would be another 25 minutes on our order offered a discount when I told him take He had interrupted me when I was speaking. He was rude and unapologetic. We decided to leave.

Brandy the bartender is amazing. Her entertainment skills and customer service is so good and made me feel welcomed. She never fails to put a smile on my face.. definitely go just to talk to her she's great

Stopped by since I was in town from Chicago and wanted to visit a friend. The burger was great. The waitress was awesome. Very friendly. Kept checking on us. But the food took forever. It wasn’t busy. Was able to walk in on a Saturday night at 6 pm and sit wherever I wanted. Was surprised. But after hearing how who I assume was the manger talked to his staff, it didn’t surprise me anymore. I shouldn’t be able to hear a manager yelling from the kitchen about how he is in charge around here. As a manager of two different departments at my job, I’ve never once had to tell them that I’m the boss or I’m in charge. And I definitely wouldn’t do it in front of customers. On my next visit, I’ll be suggesting a different place to meet my friends because that manager deserves to be in charge of an empty building.

My recent visit to Hooters was great. Brandy the bartender really was the cherry on top. She took care of all of her guest entertaining them while keeping up with drinks. She made all my drinks good I didn’t hear any complaints. So I will be coming back to sit in her bar.

The bartender Brandy is by far my favorite she's fun and energetic, always makes sure our drinks are filled. If you come in sit at the bar with Brandy!

They do have nice tots. However, the food wasn't that great. I was told the cook was new when I mentioned this to our server. Who, by the way, spent more time talking to one dude at a table then serving other customers. I actually got up and got my own drink. THEN she came over.

The hostess & wait staff were more interested in talking to each other rather than engaging with customers! Salads took almost 30 minutes to be served at lunch with only 2 other tables of guests. Will never go to this location again!!!

Paid a cover charge to enter (we went during Thunder) and the place was relatively slow. Took forever for our waitress to come over. When she did she was very standoffish. If you're going to act like that, just take the day off and enjoy Thunder. We received our food fairly quick. All of it was cold. My fries were cold and hard so I sent them back. The waitress smirked and asked if they were cold before I could even tell her, so I get the feeling she knew. So the two of us paid $40 for our meal, which was only the smallest order of wings, a beer, and a mixed drink, PLUS the $20 cover charge, for cold food that wasn't that great and awful service. That was with the "discount" they gave for sending out cold food. Won't ever be trying hooters again.

This is the 8th Hooters I have been to. By far it was the worst! It was not busy but the service was slow. Our table had empty drinks for over 15 minutes, even then I had to ask for the refill! The food took forever to get to our table and was only warm when we got it. I had wings and the sauce was just dumped on top. Very disappointed!

I am a Louisiana girl with a traveler’s heart. I saw this restaurant and had to stop in for a bite. There is plenty of parking spaces available. We didn’t make a reservation to dine tonight. There was not a wait and were seated immediately at a high-top for 6. The location was great with a magical view of Louisville, KY bridges. Last night I had the privilege of being severed by Ariana and Trainee Racheal. Ariana was brilliant and her training skills were on point. She was enthusiastic, intelligent, and kindhearted. These two southern belles were upbeat! A++ The chef’s skills were perfect, what fun it was to dine here. Our entrée was fresh and quick. What an exceptional appetizer it tasted delightful. We tried the two appetizers and plenty of different types of wings for our entrees. I have eaten warm Bavarian pretzel and beer dip at many restaurants before. This was the best I have eaten! Also, the buffalo shrimp is hand-breaded shrimp and was tender inside and crispy outside. Then, the wings and curly fries arrived. I have been under the impression it would be flavors less and Dry. This is not the case here the wings couldn’t have been juicier. The flavor we choose the Medium Hooters Daytona Beach Style: Daytona Beach, Lemon Pepper, Parmesan Garlic, and Hot BBQ. The chef’s staff were remarkable. Grade A++ The front of house management was present on the floor. He expedited food and helped aid the ladies with their needs. Grade A++ There was room for improvement at the establishment for the bar keep. I ordered a pitcher Angry Orchard unfortunately they were out. So, I tried a Moscow Mule and a Margarita on the rocks. Both drinks tasted like straight sugar. Her cocktails were weak and tasted super sweet? Grade -D I encourage you to look at my photos.

food was good. I got there just after opening at 11:10. I sat at the bar and was greeted immediately but while waiting an extended amount of time, I was never talked to or even acknowledged until my food was ready. She was 1 of 3 that were there and they were all atthe bar having a loud and fun conversation it seemed which was a bit annoying. she was more interested in that conversation than she was in whether myfood was prepped correctly or if I needed a refill. customer service was lacking

They serve quality food here. i am not a fan of food chains much, but this one was great. Service was excellent amd fast. Hooters are always clean and its a win win, and this one really put some flavor to my plates. Please with the place and the girls were amazing and very polite. 5 stars.

Took 2 hours to get our food and leave food was trash. I know it’s hooters but the wings were so over cooked you couldn’t eat them with out a glass of water a wing DRY. fry’s where under cooked and greasy as all get out. Asked for a second beer took 30 min to get. I’d avoid

We stayed at a hotel that was attached to a Hooters so we ate here 3 or 4 times over the weekend! Lol Of course I started off with the Hot, Traditional wings and a salad...(my norm). They were awesome. The next day I had a cheeseburger. And omg I didn't know they could make such amazing cheeseburgers!! Yum!! We also had pickle chips. And THE BEST waffle fries I've EVER HAD.... With cheese of course lol. Love Hooters

I appreciate how clean the restaurant was. It was very comfortable and all of our food came out fresh and hot. Thank you, we will be back!

Eh. Bit below average. I honestly think it was just mismanaged. They didn’t have a lot of items in stock. No ranch, Pepsi, etc. Waitstaff was slow, but also understaffed. Food was okay. The vibe just wasn’t great. It’s…”okay”.

Went to watch Sunday football with some friends. We got there about 12:45 and ordered our food about 1:10. Service was very slow and we finally received our food close to 2:30. The food was under sauced and the fries were cold. Unfortunately this has been the new normal the past couple of times we have been. Time to move on to a new place.

The service was terrible. After 40 minutes of ordering, our food came out wrong and cold. Yes I mean our wings were cold. Then another 20 min goes by and the order was still wrong when it came out. Took about another 30 min again for the rest of the order to come out. We went ahead and got it to go. The manager was only going to give us a 15% discount. And she never came over to apologize or anything. So we went ahead and called her over. And when she did, was rude!! Never said hi or anything. We told her the issue (but she already knew) she was like, I already gave you a 15% discount. What do you want me to do?? Really???? Ummm we deserve free food really but we told her if she would give us less thats fine. And she walked away why we were still talking to her. She came at us like we were in the wrong. Terrible service!!! We will never be back there!!!

I was here about a month ago and it was ridiculous there was 4 tables occupied, 2 waitresses and a manager the food came to the table ice cold and half the order was wrong 45 minutes later. Against my better judgment I made a order on my phone 2 dozen buffalo shrimp tonight waited till the time they said it was ready picked up my order and drove 3 miles to my house the shrimp was terrible no flavor breading falling off and didn't even have a decent texture this is beyond acceptable they have lost my business forever!

Ordered the fried shrimp; 12 piece for $13.49. What I received was a basket of tiny popcorn shrimp that you would expect be served at a bowling alley for $5.99. Overcooked, chewy and mostly breading. Clearly Hooters no longer cares about their reputation. Tip: Take it off the menu so you don't further embarrass yourselves. Fortunately, the kind waitress removed it from the bill. By the way, I see those big beautiful shrimp you have posted to the website menu. So misleading and dishonest. These days you can't really expect 12 good shrimp for $13.49, so maybe keep the price the same and give the customer 6 or 8 good pieces of shrimp? Regardless, there's no excuse for what you served at that price point.
