    St Matthews buffalo wings. I've been wanting to go to watch the nba playoffs live this year and when I get there it's only one two tvs directly above me. I can't see them without discomfort. I asked them to change it to any of the TVs I was facing and they changed it to the smallest one that had a pixelated picture. The large screen was reserved for the golf channel at 10pm on a Friday night, I guess. Not to mention, despite the place being dead, they were still somehow understaffed I guess. Or maybe their staff is just really busy with takeout orders. We waited nearly 15 minutes just to be seated. This was the worst bdubs experience I've ever had and I likely won't return.

    There isn't a lot of parking available outside. That in addition to their being a 20 minute wait brought it down 2 start for me. Still they did have good customer service when they did get to us and relatively quick on actually getting the food out to us.

    My chicken was extra dry and crunchy, I couldn’t even swallow it without water. It’s like I was eating a bag of kettle cooked chips or something. That’s probably why it was BOGO. I got boneless wings. I definitely won’t be back

    Overall the food was decent service was okay I guess. The waitress was really nice though. The floor was filthy when we were being seated and the booth chair looked a hot mess. We ordered fried pickles which were okay some were over cooked and really hard to bite into. Then when we got the wings they were okay but again really crunchy more so than meaty but the flavor was pretty good. Then our bill got mixed up with someone else’s and we had to get that all sorted out.

    My second time eating at Buffalo wings in 11 years! So you know how much I like or don’t like it. A LONG wait time before we were greeted and seated. Food sucked!

    Ordered to go, my medium sauce wings have NO SAUCE ON THEM, and my gf's salad never made it into the order. Didn't find out until I got home, and I wasn't wasting the gas money to go back and have things fixed by a restaurant that doesn't care about their quality. Also, the new sauce cups are ungodly small, yet somehow more expensive than they used to be

    Placed an online pick up order. Arrived and waited at the counter while 2 waitresses giggled and talked to each other. Neither of them said a word. Kitchen staff also seen me and did nothing. Finally a young man came out and my food was in the warmer despite being there before the ready by time. Got home (2 miles) and my order was warm and wrong. I'll drive further for better food and service.

    Ordered 20 wings, but only got 18 and 3 of those were weren’t even big enough to be chicken nuggets. BWW needs to do better!!! Sent complaint and no action taken. Customer service and Management has really gone down at this location.

    I would give less than 3 stars, but all of my experiences when I dine in at this location have been pretty good. Dining in, the servers have always been super kind. The food has also been good and without issue every time. The problem is every single time I order carry out from this location there is something wrong. They serve me basically dry wings, if I order a large fry they give me a small, they leave side sauces out or forget veggies. It doesn't matter, there is always something wrong. The quality of it isn't great either. I live less than 7 minutes away and typically get stuck waiting on my food, so I know that's not the issue. Totally tired of spending $50 plus to get subpar food or not get everything I paid for. Most of the time if you take the bag back in saying something is wrong you are met with an attitude regardless of how kind you are to the person you're talking to. Last night will be the last time I order carry out at this location or any Buffalo Wild Wings.

    My family and I wanted to get some food to go yesterday. The website was a little confusing, so I called the store. Dana answered and was amazing. She took the time to make sure our order was correct and she recommended a few items. She never tried to rush me at all. The food was great, but the service Dana offered was the best I have experienced in a long time. I ask that the store manager recognize Dana's outstanding customer service. And, I recommend customers return to this BW3s for a great meal. The BOGO Tuesdays and Thursdays are too good to pass up. It's time to return to this restaurant, and I recommend you ask for Dana who will exceed your expectations. Thanks Dana!

    We waited over 15 minutes to be greeted while waiting on our carry out food. No one at the counter, servers were super busy. Mostly frustrating because it was hard to know who we should talk to for help. Finally asked the bartender for assistance and he was great. Our order could not be located. I started to show him the receipt in my phone and ask if it could be remade. He swung into action before the words were out and fixed it for us without hesitation. Nice save from behind the bar.

    Well, our waitress was disappointed to be clocked in, I feel if you do not like your job please get a new one, you know that you are going to be working with people, the public and if you do not enjoy it there are plenty of other jobs out there. Get into a new line of work that best suits you. Give something else a try. The food, I do not understand why they can't toss the tenders it just doesn't make sense to me. Overall I will not be returning to this particular location for sure or perhaps any other location. Not even an ok experience with staff and the food unfortunately. And lastly the patio was filthy and there were several dirty tables. However I do give the tables some grace since there were only two front of the house employees. However the outside I feel should have been taken care of the night before.

    We were expecting it to be super busy since it's a Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised when it wasn't, but maybe that should have been the first warning. It didn't take that long to get seated; it didn't take that long to get drinks. It did, however, take a good 30-40 minutes to get our food once ordered, during which time the server didn't visit our table once and let drinks sit empty for quite some time. When we finally did get the food, it wasn't even hot. Like, if I had had to wait on a fresh batch that would've at least been understandable. This was cold, the wings were pretty dry (whole bare batches with no sauce on them), and one of the pieces of celery I got was gooey at the ends. When we finished the food it took a little for the server to notice, at which point he brought the check. I asked for the bill to be split and since he was walking off basically right after setting it down he almost didn't even hear me. He said he'd get to it right away but it was at least 10 minutes, maybe even 15 before he came back with a split bill. I would be a little more sympathetic if it were busy, but again, it wasn't. I wouldn't recommend this location.

    Maybe one of the worst 3 hours I've spent in my life. Terrible service, food took 2.5 hours to come out. We were never updated. We had to hunt down a waiter for drinks after an hour. Also, not a great spot to watch sports, they had CNN on TVs larger than the first football game of the year... That's all you need to know. I would absolutely never come back to this BWW, save your time and money.

    Was there last Saturday (4/22) for lunch with my two grandkids. There was no hostess, just a sign that the main dining room was self-serve from the takeout counter, and the bar had full service tables. The waitress was totally uninterested in being there, and it really showed. We had two baskets of wings to split between the four of us. When the food came out, there were no plates, and the carrots and celery were missing (asked the girl that brought the food and never got them). The only napkins we had were the tiny ones in prepackaged disposable utensil packs. No paper towels on the table or napkin dispenser. Only one tiny napkin each. The next time the waitress stopped by the table was when we were practically done eating. I am not an expert, but I don't think making guests feel like they are an annoyance by being there is a great way to operate in the service industry. The wings were tasty though.

    Every time I go there they take entirely too long to even greet the people standing at takeout, then take forever getting the food. I understand if the food isn't ready (even though it is usually well past when it said it would be) but they never communicate this to the customers. Also I saw a few employees eat food off of customers plate before it went out.

    We had an amazing experience at this location! Ben and Kylie were amazing servers and handled our party of 30 AMAZING!!!! KUDOS TO BOTH OF THEM!!! 👏 🙌 However, it's a Saturday night and we were told kitchens last call was 10:30 and we had to order our last drinks immediately. For one the owner of this establishment must not like money closing and having everyone out by 12. I get it, but on a Saturday night at an amazingly clean well known sports bar! Blows my mind to have last call at 10:30 on a Saturday evening! Like I said nothing against the amazing service....just mind blowing to not want more money in the servers pockets and owners pocket! Other than early close time phenomenal service and great food!!!!

    We waited for about 40 minutes for any food to come to our table. We did order an appetizer to help hold off the toddlers and kiddo, but it didn't come till our food came. That being said, we definitely should have at least gotten the kids food first which was mac and cheese with fries. Our server apologized profusely about the appetizer not coming out beforehand, as there are food runners who run out the food. My husband's burger and fries were cold and the burger was not very good. Which is saying alot as he usually isn't one to complain. Then, by the time I got home, I was sick to my stomach. Overall experience was not pleasant. I had 6 wings, not hot by the way, and beer battered onion rings. Yeah......not going there again.

    Nine of us ate there at 3pm when we were about the only ones in the place. It took quite a while to get our food. Overall, everything tasted good. I had the brisket sandwich. While it was good, the quantity of meat on it was rather skimpy. One meal came out completely wrong. By the time the order was corrected, we had to go. So, they had to get their meal as a take out. I also thought the bill was a little high for what we got.

    Waiting 20 minutes to be seated, had to go to the bar to ask someone if we were supposed to sit ourselves. Ordered our food , waited an hour for it for it all to be cold. We were a good of 17 , I personally heard the server state she would split the group with the other server.

    We opted for carry-out and honestly, it was horrendous. Dry chicken, cold fries and the bonus of limited cheese in the mozzarella sticks. Honestly, it was a series of bad experiences from eating in to carryout. I was hoping that things had improved, but sadly they have not. I won't return. Wing places are a dime a dozen. I'll find somewhere else to fill me need for wings.

    Dined in around 1:30 pm. Casie, our waitress was basically non existent. 40 min for my food in which we had to ask for it and she was snippy to come back with my lunch and 1/4 my husbands order to tell us “It just came up” in which was the biggest lie since the chicken wrap was cold and the tater tots were tepid. After another 12 min after delivering my meal and she talked to another table for 5 min and was doing everything except checking for food to be ready, she came over and asked how our meal was. My husband had to ask for his mean I. Which she said “Oh my gosh. I forgot”. His chicken sandwich was too tough to eat and ice cold. The French fries were cold. His meal was disgusting We understand how understaff the restaurant business is and we were patient waiting. But neglect of checking on food for patrons shouldn’t be compromised or should they be lied too. This was the most absolutely pathetic service and food and we will not be back. We were regular customers. Never has this poor of service happened.

    Waitress was horrible. She acted like she was in a fog. No smile. Didn't talk much. Messed up our order. Didn't give us any straws. My husband had to go ask someone for some straws. Brought my husband the wrong order. I had to ask twice for a to go box. The dining room was closed off shortly after we sat down. My husband had received bad news from the doctor. We hadn't eaten all day. All we wanted to do was to sit down and have a nice meal. I think we would of been happier eating from a gas station. We will not be back.
