    The last 3 times I've been I've had bad experiences I got a huge hair on my plate and they changed it but it wasn't the same as I had asked for, they gave me extra bacon instead of sausage without asking me if I wanted that option and he I don't like bacon, a waitress doesn't seem to like us and she only went once to take the order and never asked if we needed anything else, this last time we went on Sunday and it took them 45 minutes to bring the food and the pancakes They were poorly made, very small, misshapen and white, full of rubbish left over from other meals. The waiter treated us very well, but in the kitchen they are fatal. They finished doing something to improve because I am already discarding it from my favorites. I used to love having breakfast at this place. restaurant.

    Resturant had a bad smell. Cleanliness is not a strength. Customer was at the very lowest that I have ever seen. Waitress had a distasteful attitude. I feel like I made a mistake coming here.

    My family (12 of us) and I made a trip from Indy to KY to go to the Dino Convention that was going on, we stopped at Denny's and got food, it took over an hour and had to cancel a meal that never came. We spent a fair bit of money there for them to get the order really wrong. I tried 4 times to get in touch and get something fixed or even just a gift card for the meal we cancelled but not taken off our ticket. Just saying some follow up would have been nice since I talked to 4 different people who said they would call back. First photo is what was on the ticket and use starting to go over it, the other photo is us going over what should have been on it and paid for.

    Last night we decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner sitting down to relax after winning big at Derby city, but we had a big surprise and was let down very quickly. Our meal came out a bit too crisp, the oil used seemed as if it hadn’t been changed several months. My boyfriend’s chicken tenders were so dry he couldn’t even eat the rest of them. And you can see the toast on the plate is burnt and black. In the picture with all the bags on the table is for DoorDash. The people from door Dash I’ve been waiting at the front door where the register is but there was no one there to tell them where the food was. After waiting entirely way too long, a security guard that had been sitting right there watching the DoorDash people stand, waiting finally said , “hey you can look over on the table your order might be there.” As you can see on the receipt it had to be adjusted. After looking at the receipt it showed my boyfriend’s entrée was one up for each individual items instead of an actual meal price. My sirloin dinner was $12.79. Has chicken tender dinner totaled up to $17.61. When we placed our order my boyfriend asked for a piece of Punkin pie. Later during a meal he had to ask for it a second time. By the time we were done eating that pie never showed up. I had to get up and go find our server to ask for a refill of Dr Pepper call my boyfriend, but when she came to our table she said oh yeah you asked for a sweet tea. Sitting right there plain front view was my full cup of sweet tea. So When we had to say no that was a Dr Pepper I had to ask myself was everyone here high. To top things off right before we left a couple of girls darted as fast as possible screaming a mouse. Needless to say that will be our last visit there.

    The vegetables are not fresh. I ordered hot water, but the waiter gave me ice water. The hash browns I asked for were actually black. There are many small flying insects flying on the table. The waiter was very unhappy. The restaurant has a strong smell of oil fume, there is a lot of dust inside the chairs against the wall, and the table is very greasy, which is different from my previous impression. Denny's, I will never come back.

    I ordered breakfast for takeaway. It was simple: over easy eggs, bacon, turkey bacon, & gluten free English muffin. My food was still hot when I got to my destination. The bacon was very tasty. I've had better turkey bacon but it wasn't bad. The gluten free English muffin was fine. It was my 1st.

    Came to eat dinner, First I came and had to wait in a long line and no one able to get any kind of help, then I finally get help after 30 mins past time my order was due to be ready, I ordered country fired chicken, mash potatoes and country gravy, corn and 2 shakes, the rude huge lady tells me I can't make shakes , refused to refund told me I have come back on 1st shift to get my money back, ok fine at first, then I open my order to have gotten sausage links, garlic toast, broccoli and country fried stake not my order! I drive back a second yes drive back to the store! To have to wait another hour a entire 60 mins to be told they gave part of other people's orders! Not a I'm sorry or anything, but a you customers are so rude staring at us bagging orders and the cooks are arguing about each other being dirty and cussing. Then I get my food again for it to be horrible! I posted a picture. So so agervating and horrible customer service and horrible manger if she was even really the manger (the very big big African American lady), if you could put a zero star rating I would have placed that instead of a 1 star! No one in uniforms but in tight tight leggings and unbuttoned shirts that show there chest, tight shirts that show every roll. Employees arguing manger degrading customers, employees arguing with customers, bathroom filthy no toilet paper no soap, trash in floor, a employee was out side the front door smoking weed, filthy restaurant! Corporate needs to get this place and health department needs step in unannounced at this point and see how this place really is!

    I'm a food delivery driver. I mostly work at night and many times have gotten orders for Denny's that I need to come in and pick up. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism in this establishment!!! The best way to describe the atmosphere inside the restaurant is straight HOOD! Staff bopping to hip hop LOUD with the foul language you should never hear inside a "business". I swear, I am not a prude by all means. Descriptions of wet P's and throbbing D's and what your gonna do with each, etc should not be blasting like you are at the strip club. The wait staff is rude and disrespectful, just nasty to everyone. I will NEVER accept another order from here, and suggest that anyone thinking of eating inside to think again. 100% NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!!

    Food was ok, service would have been better but our server was doing everything. She was hostes, server, and clean up. She was polite took our order correctly and brought it to us correctly.but it took a while to get our food. The atmosphere was not good. The floor was sticky as soon as you walked in the door. Knats were flying around our heads and food the whole time and the music that was playing was rap music

    Does anyone actually work at this location? When you walk in the door No one acknowledges you are even there. The waitress on duty floated around pretending to fill sugar and jelly containers. We waited 15 minutes with around 5 other tables worth of people at the front door. There was tons of visible open tables. We walked out with 4 tables worth of people to go somewhere else. The management of this restaurant is obviously lacking. The amount of money that walked out the door with us would have been several hundred dollars. No one was even acknowledged. The people working could care less if you are there or not. Obviously the staff should be changed. Don't bother going here, it's a waste of time.

    Honestly had a very nice dining experience here this early morning with friends. The staff was very nice and our server was great at her job, I'm sorry to say I didn't remember her name, but she was funny and took good care of our table. The food could have been a little better, was sad to not see our chef smoking out front when we got there lol j/k. But overall a good experience

    Stood at the stand to be seated for 12 minutes. Saw maybe the cook bring out a plate to a customer. We were four feet from. Him and did not get acknowledged. Saw, maybe a waitress, resetting her hair in the kitchen doorway. There were maybe 6 customers seated. Since everyone was a minority and we were Caucasian, reverse discrimination? Sure seemed so, but surprising since it's so close to the University of Louisville campus. Disappointing for a Dennys

    We didn't even wait. Went in late at night granted. We were there after the festival let out to grab a bite. They were quick to seat us. All is well at this point. Then, the waitress comes in. Mind you, they were not a full house. Waitress informs us as we order that they told her it's a 2 hour wait for a burger. She then informs us that we were all told it would be a 2 hour wait for food. I would understand this if we were in a line to get a table. There was no wait. The main dining room was not full. But they all had their food. The other server staff and hostess were busy screaming at the waitress in the back room. They had this poor girl in tears refusing to cook food for her tables. Kudos to you if you stayed there after all of that dear waitress of ours. Understand we know it wasn't your fault

    We arrived at 9:38, the sign out front says “Open 24/7”. We were told, very rudely, that they are closing and getting ready to leave. (There were at least 8 tables of people eating inside. 🤷🏽‍♀️). Absolutely unacceptable service , and false advertising.

    This was a pretty disappointing trip to Denny's, first off we arrived at 9:40 and the staff told us we had to wait till 10:00 to be seated because of the shift change, can't say I've ever seen a restaurant do that before. Our waiter was nice and the food was fine, however the restaurant was extremely dirty and there was food in the seat where we were sitting and small bugs flying around. The staff was listening to inappropriate music and having conversations where customers could hear that they should not be having. Probably the most egregious thing however is that this Denny's thinks it's appropriate to charge $3.50 for a sweet tea and then not offer a refill. This is one place I will not be eating at ever again.

    I would give this place ZERO stars if that were an option. Daughter and I stopped there after being at Louder Than Life on the way to our hotel. Our server was very nice, but everybody was overwhelmed by the amount of customers. A couple workers even walked out, but hey, who really wants to work these days, right? Had to wait for 1/2 hour to be seated, but like I already mentioned, they were slammed. Anyhoo, had waited over an hour for our order, the server finally checked and saw it was deleted from the screen, so no order for us! Other customer's orders were screen dumped too! I asked how long it would take to get our order if she placed it again, she said it'd be while as there were lots of other orders in front of us. I said no, we should be bumped up to the very front since somebody dumped our order and we placed our order almost 1.5 hours at this point. It would take at least another 20 minutes or more. Didn't really believe that, so we chose to leave. They didn't seem to have a problem with filling the orders for Door Dash, etc. They need to concentrate more on the customers who are there.

    Wife and I were both impressed with the food quality we received. Eight and ten year old kids ate free because it was kids free day and they liked food and enjoyed the kids paper activities while waiting for food. Our server was very pleasant and have us great service. Wife and I both decided that we have to for a Denny's near where we live - we were visiting from out of town.

    9/24 placed a to go Order # 21366292720320512. Walking in the door, floors were dirty and filled with garbage. All the booths that didn't have people in them were dirty. Placed my order at 1:50am with Food being estimated to be finished at 2:15am. I get there and the security guard working as the host said it was gonna be 45 mins for my order to come out because it was "busy". Hardly any customers with plenty of staff. I ordered my food online so there was no option for a refund so I was forced to wait. I will definitely never come back.

    Our host with the most was the best part of the morning. I wish I could remember her name if it was Dina or Darla maybe Dana I don't know remember. She was just a wonderful host. She said she wasn't a host she said but played the part of host and waitress. It was a Tuesday morning the day after memorial day. I ended up with blueberry pancakes bananas and strawberries for my topping. I had bacon eggs and hash browns everything was yummy. I have not eaten there in years I will be going back!

    There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant, both waiting on a to go, from what I could tell. Every table was dirty. Sat for at least 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Even after another couple of girls walked in, who actually got sat at a table… the waitress made eye contact with me, but still no acknowledgement. Won’t try that again…

    Came in at 5:15 for take out order. My order supposed to be ready at 5:08 at the latest. Walked in no cashier, and waited for food for 45 minutes, because we were missing hash browns with order and eggs were overcooked. Waiter was kind enough to give us drinks, but time was wasted waiting. Other customers had problems with their order such as hair being in their food and they walked out without paying. Poor management for this shift because the cooks walked out of kitchen and came back without washing hands. 3 Door dash orders were fulfilled before we received what we were missing. Terrible service overall and my wife is pregnant 😞

    I've been going to the Denny's (in Clarksville Indiana) for most of my adult life (I'm 60) and I've seen my full share of pitiful management but this location is almost like well you be the judge. Your experience will certainly be different from ours. Oh we now have to drive a bit to get there, about a half hour.

    It's Denny's. This particular location has been in place for decades. It's pretty reliable in the quality of its food, service and atmosphere. Denny's has remained a reasonable place to eat at a good price. The menu may not be the healthiest, but it is a nice and comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal with family or friends.

    I've been coming to this location for 20+ years and last night being super bowl Sunday and after church, they only had one server who was trying her best given the circumstances, but they got two of our meals wrong so we waited about an hour to get incorrect food and when we did eventually get our meals I will say it left much to be desired! I'm not what's happened to this restaurant but I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.

    It was very late or really early how ever you think 3am is ,but anywho it was my birthday and I love there oreo shake but was informed the shake machine was down 😞but the lady said she would make me one by hand since it was my B-day ,and made it the best birthday shake ever!😁

    Still feeling the effects of staff shortages. Seems like there was only one cook, one hostess who was the server and table buster. Took 15 minutes to get seated. There were only 7 people seated. I didn’t understand why it was taking so long. Although, once we got seated and order taken, the service was great. Food was great.

    Waited over five minutes to be seated with another family in front of us waiting. No one ever came and saw us or talked to us. People were being checked out and pickup orders were being resolved, but we were never acknowledged.
