Love shopping at Trader Joe’s! I just wish it was in a more convenient location. Right off of a really busy street that almost always has traffic. In general, the Trader Joe’s brand is decently priced, has good food, and provides amazing options for those with dietary restrictions. They also have a beautiful floral selection and a nice wine and spirits attachment.

Really like this grocery store chain. Pros: *Great variety, quality and competitively priced items *No charge for paper bags and they are always double bagged. *Super quick check out. They almost always will open a lane when it gets busy. *Happy, helpful employees. *Separate wine and liquor store attached with some unique offerings. Cons: *It's in a strip mall. *Parking lots is very crowded and lot traffic is hectic. *Difficult to get in and out of parking lot due to heavy traffic.

I love trader joes! The staff here are super friendly and kind. The selection of health foods are incredible. The wine store has amazing prices. If you don't like something bring it back for a refund. You can't go wrong.

First time shopping at Trader Joe's yesterday w/my Husband and had a great time. Cannot believe I live in the same city as this wonderful store and have never step foot into it until yesterday. I like this shop. Good quality food, not too big, beautiful fresh flowers. Big variety of organic food, a lot of fresh vegetables. Very nice people are working there.

I'm delighted to give Trader Joe's a solid 4.5 stars! Despite its small size, the store is impressively well stocked, boasting a fantastic array of fresh fruits and vegetables. The standout feature, though, is their incredibly friendly staff who always make the shopping experience enjoyable. It's a go-to spot for quality groceries with a personal touch.

Walked in for my first time loving the experience till I was half way through the store the manager told me I had to leave because my SERVICE ANIMAL "didn't look like a service animal!" To what degree can someone determine my animal isn't a service animal when they are truly are a certified service animal. I had my card, but he wouldn't have cared because to him my dog wasn't worthy enough.

Just had the dopest interaction with 2 workers, Amherry and Yakari. Amherry saw that I was getting the chicken wings and we started up a conversation and she literally disappeared and came back with a seasoning that she recommended I must try on these chicken wings. I don’t know about y’all, but I always trust the workers, so you know I had to get the seasoning. Super pumped to try it, 10 out of 10 customer service!🔥

Love the variety of foods. A lot of organic foods offered. Friendly service.

It is a little costlier than other places of this sort. But the variety that they have is quite awesome. They have an Indian section from where one can buy some really good dishes. From offering an extensive cheese section to a great sauce selection, I loved it. To add a cherry on the top, I really liked the cactus collection.

Lots of fresh items not found in other grocery stores, including fresh brined turkeys, which should make for a moist Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Fresh juices and good quality meats including kosher for those looking for the highest quality. The checkout folks are friendly and fast. I like that they use paper bags and not plastic. A little help with the environment at least. The store could stand to be a bit larger.

Well, this is the only trader Joe's I've ever been to- but they're just so great! Last week I an employee overheard me talking to my wife in the phone about them being out of the dark chocolate almonds she loves, she was sure they had more in the back and offered to go grab them, but while she was headed to get them, another employee was already coming our way with two cases. I'm assuming we aren't the only ones that like them. But the staff is always pleasant and helpful it's a definite plus in a world where most corporations would rather work you to death for pennies on the hour than pay a decent wage- so it feels like these folks really like their jobs and I hope that's the case.

Love this place. Quick service, cookie butter is awesomeness! Can eat it will carrots, cookies ice cream n on my waffles!! Yummy. Teriyaki seaweed soo good!

Excellent Trader Joe’s location! We love the produce and the variety of beautiful flower bouquets they have. They offer many delicious grocery items as well. We will definitely be back!

My favorite grocery store in Louisville! The staff here is ALWAYS friendly, the selection is great, the store is always clean, and the stocking/rotation for product is done properly. Thank you trader joes for an amazing experience every visit!

Love to come here and browse. We start with the selection of inexpensive plants just inside the door, then to the produce, bakery items; all the while looking for the limited time treats. This time, we saw a blood orange cake, got two of them, and can't wait for an occasion to try it.

Always friendly staff and no self-checkouts which is great because they care about true customer service and providing jobs. Trader Joe’s has all your staples + an abundance of unique products, delicious prepared foods and organic produce at decent prices - better than the big chain grocery stores.

TJ's has been my go-to for many years from Seattle to Southern California to Louisville. Every location feels like home with quality products at affordable prices and a friendly atmosphere. I am a gardener and love their plant offerings as well. What is not to love about TJ's?!

This is the best grocery store experience I’ve ever had. About a month ago, I tried the Trader Joe’s Mango Cream Bars (pictures below). It quickly became my favorite treat ever. Since we live across the river, we don’t have much time to come to Trader Joe’s but I have wanted to come back to get more of these. Finally, today, we were able to take the time to stop in. There were several things I was excited to try; however, the bars were all gone! Not to be dramatic, but I was SO disappointed. We went to checkout with the other items we were excited to try when the cashier, Mary Beth, asked if we found everything okay. I let her know about my excitement to get the mango bars but they were all gone. Instead of saying “Oh, so sorry,” she informed us that there was a possibility the truck had arrived with the new products. She asked the bagger to check and it had just arrived! He went lost of his way to grab the box of these bars for me. And to top it all off, Mary Beth offered us ice to keep the frozen goods cold on our trek back home. 10/10 type of service. I hope Mary Beth and the gentleman who helped get the recognition they deserve!!!

Prices great if you like their products. Selection limited but everything good quality. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Best spot for fresh cut flowers.

I love this store. Their cinnamon graham crackers are such a delight. We also love their dunk'em cookies and windmill cookies. Their fruit selection is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. I just don't have a bad thing to say! Awesome!!!

Clean store with friendly employees. I visited the store on a Thursday around noon. It was very busy. They had a good selection of gluten free items that pleased my wife. The prices for the salmon seemed to be reasonable. As it is part of a srip-type mall, there is a nice sized parking lot in front of the store

Just moved to Louisville from a more rural area. I'm happy to be closer to a Trader Joe's. I do wish it wasn't located in such a high traffic area but I'm sure that's a logistics issue. Great products especially for vegetarians and vegans. Much better check out experience than Aldi's or Kroger!

I love trader Joe's and this location was no exception! Their flowers are so fresh and beautiful. And the cashier was amazing. She offered to give me a container filled with water to make transporting the flowers easy. I like to make my own bouquets 💐

I’m always thrilled with Trader Joe’s! Where do they get these employees? Went there for my “Monthly Haul”. Almost Every employee spoke to me, not in that “Welcome to ______” kind of way, but in a “I’m happy you are” here kind of way. At check out, the sweetest little clerk gave me a small bouquet of flowers. Great service. Very clean, well stocked store! I sure wish there was one in Campbellsville Kentucky!!

Was in town visiting family and decided to visit Trader Joe’s for the first time. The staff were amazing especially Aleena! She was by far the nicest person I’ve ever had check me out at a store. She went above and beyond to make sure I was having a great experience. I left feeling great and it made my day! 5 stars all around (especially for her.)

Very crowded. So much so, that it was difficult to navigate around the store. I was specifically looking for gluten free options for food and was unable to really shop due to the sheer number of people in that crowded store. It truly caused me some anxiety because you couldn't stop to read labels without someone trying to move you out of their way. We left without purchasing a thing.

They some of the most awesome foods. So far we have not enjoyed every variety of food items we've purchased the last 5 trips. The Louisville location is much better than the Lexington store. The different foods ha e each been really good.

My wife and I go here primarily for curry paste, salad kits or flowers. The paste seems to be seasonal or something which sucks because I really like a particular one from here I haven't seen anywhere else. I noticed this with some of their other stuff as well. Availability of some items do not seem consistent. It's also usually pretty crowded and I'm not a fan of that. I still would recommend because they have a decent selection of stuff and this particular location is pretty convenient, as it's in the middle of a strip mall area. I just wish they kept some of their items all year instead of rotating or whatever is going on with that.
