Seated quickly as we arrived before 5 pm. Relaxing tables with comfortable chairs although a bit too close together. They immediately brought out warm bread and olive oil with spices. Service was quick and efficient throughout the meal. We ordered 2 appetizers, bang bang shrimp and beef potstickers and both were excellent. The shrimp was served in a large bed of lettuce so it appeared that the serving was larger than it actually was though. We ordered the stuffed cod and grilled salmon with pasta. The salmon was excellent and pasta cooked correctly. The cod was ordered with broccoli and mashed potatoes but came with Cole slaw. They corrected the mistake and brought out broccoli. The cod was average and underwhelming in flavor. The mashed potatoes were a disappointment though. They were not fresh smashed but had the taste of instant. The broccoli florets served were much too large and could have been cooked a bit more. I give the meal 3.5 stars

Food and service was absolutely amazing. Server Jessica I believe her name; was so phenomenal. We arrived about an hour before close. Food hot and fast (and there were 3 big parties as well) and so delicious. Atmosphere was perfect. Great portions for price. Would 100% eat here again and recommend. First place I've ate at in a long time where i had zero complaints. The food even tasted amazing as left overs in the air fryer!

The pictures look great, but the food was terrible! Service at the bar was efficient, but the bartender didn't introduce herself. Can't stand that. I had Mahi-Mahi, and shrimp. I just wanted the Mahi-Mahi blackened. But the shrimp was too. I had to cut the Mahi-Mahi with a KNIFE. Really? All the seafood was frozen, pre-packaged, yuk, oh, and they were busy. Don't get it. Well, $70 dollars later. Still gave 20% tip, but, NO! Don't go. Had to try something new, though.

We went here on a Saturday night at 6 with reservations. When we arrived 5 minutes before our reservation, we were told it would be an additional 20 minute wait. However they weren't that busy. We waited by the bar for 25 minutes only to be sat at the high bar top that had been sitting empty since we arrived. Once sat, we waited an additional 15 minutes before I got up & approached the hostess to ask if we have a server. An additional 8 minutes go by before a server greets us. At this time it's 6:45. I had plans to order the filet & bang bang shrimp as an appetizer. However, since I spent 45 minutes waiting, I didn't have time for that. So I ordered bang bang shrimp tacos. The quantity of shrimp was impressive but was also cold. I told our server & she said, well, the shrimp don't heat back up very well. I told her I wasn't asking for re-heat instructions, but asking for my food to be served hot. Apparently she thought I was joking & laughed as she walked away. Long story short, I saw my server 3 times, to place the order, she delivered our food then dropped off the check. Total stay in this restaurant was 2 hours for something that shouldn't have taken 30 -45 minutes. Plus on top of that, as we were waiting, a server was talking to this older asain lady who couldn't speak very well English. They even had a translator app on their iPad trying to communicate. The server had lost her patience trying to help, but was being rude & very animated about the situation. I started recording as she was blowing up towards the end & she just leaves the lady & eventually someone else comes to help her. That server should not be helping people, especially older people & most certainly people who have English as not their first language. Her actions alone made my stomach turn at how she was treating this lady. UPDATE: 11/28/22. The GM reached out to me apologizing for everything. Was embarrassed by the way the server treated the Asian lady & by the experience I had overall. He said he would have a talk & more training with the rude server. Also included a $25 gift card to come back & try at a better experience. I've been coming here for over a decade & I will probably eventually go back. After all, I do have the gift card to use. I will update my next visit.

Our food service was excellent. Rachel was our server. She did a great job checking on our table. The food came out perfect. My wife and I shared two plates. We couldn’t decide the Mahi Mahi or the Swordfish. They both were delicious and I’m so glad we ordered that way. Great job. My only complaint is please offer some IPA beer choices. I got the house Chardonnay instead which paired well with the fish anyways so it worked out. Otherwise great.

Not sure how i feel about this place ,had a reservation for my birthday, we came and there was not a lot of seats so they sat us by the bar area .the food was good and the service was good and the Crushed pineapple martini was so delicious but would not come for a birthday here. When i went to Connors across the street they had my table ready for me and they had a nice birthday card on the table and they gave me a free cheesecake with a candle on it .

The atmosphere and staff at Bonefish Grill are welcoming and cheerful. Service wss prompt and our server went above and beyond. The drinks were great. The food was bland for our taste but fresh nonetheless.

My wife and I visit this location fairly frequently. With some prompting from Google I decided to give a fantastic review, our server was named Jazz and she was both pleasant to deal with and accurate with our order. On this evening I had the Mahi mahi with shrimp asparagus and fresh green beans. As an appetizer we had the bang bang shrimp, both dishes were terrific, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend both Bonefish grill and Jazz as your server.

. We had a nice seafood lunch at the Bonefish Grill. I had the grilled Shrimp and Scallops skewer, which was good. . The seafood was tender and flavorful. Sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli were also good. . My cocktail, a Blackberry sangria was super sweet (not great). . But our server was friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed our meal. Decor and ambiance of the dining room was very pleasant.

Went here for a Anniversary for me and my boyfriend. Service was excellent! Our waiter was fabulous, she even gave us a free dessert for the date !!! I had the bang bang shrimp for appetizer, it was the most delicious shrimp I’ve ever had ! On top of the cold water lobster and their mash potatoes! Everything was fabulous! They were busy, and still managed to get our food out in a pretty quick manner ! Definitely will be back!

Waited for over 5 minutes for host to acknowledge us at the door. Once host finally greeted us, we asked if we could sit at the bar, she said yes and would bring over some menus. After waiting for over 15 minutes, for the menus, wife went over to ask for menus and for utensils. The host still forgot about us, as another couple walked in, she immediately proceeded to seat them, without a comment or acknowledgement, while wife was standing there. When wife returned I said this is unacceptable after waiting for over 20 minutes, seeing other guest being waited on, and having to ask for menus, or even asked for our drink orders, we decided to leave due to poor service. The last time we were here was not very well either. We were giving this restaurant another chance. Hence, we will take our service elsewhere like Gustavo's, City BBQ, or Carrabba's. I don't see this restaurant staying open much longer

Worst service we’ve ever had there. We left and ate at Conner’s across the street and were treated like royalty... We arrived and decided to eat at the bar. The restaurant was moderately busy, but no one was waiting to be seated. The only seats at the bar had recently been vacated so we stood waiting for the area to be cleared. The bartender had a trainee, but didn’t appear to be doing any training. I would have expected the trainee to clear the bar, offer us a menu, and provide water and the basic utensils and small plate. Instead, the bartender finally came up, barely wiped the bar top down, and said, “I’m training her. I hope you’re not in a hurry. Don’t get upset with me if it takes a while.” We smiled and said we wouldn’t. We waited… and waited… No menu. No water. No recognition that we were there. The people next to us got their appetizers but had no plates or utensils. They got up to track down someone that could help. Meanwhile, the bartender was swapping out kegs and running around doing who knows what. We used to love this place. But likely won’t be back after this experience.

I enjoyed my chicken breast covered with mushrooms and onions, goat cheese and spinach. The creamy spinach was good as well. My wife's sea bass with rice was a little dry but taste good. My cookie dessert with ice cream was 🔥.

Arrived for 8:15 p.m. reservation and was seated right away. They were not very busy and there were a lot of open tables. Drink and appetizer order was taken quickly and the sweet tea and calamari came out right away, but the calamari was rubbery and the draft beer I ordered took at least 15 minutes and was lukewarm when it arrived. Service was mediocre at best. The cod imperial was not very good, the Cole slaw was okay and the garlic mashed potatoes were okay but lukewarm when the entree came out. We have eaten at Bonefish in other locations and have always been extremely happy with the food and service, but this particular night did not meet expectations. Maybe it was just an off night?

Our food was good, but service was very poor. Wine ordered with entree never arrived at table. We did not see our server after entrees were brought to the table. We had to ask three different people for a box and the check. Then they brought the wine which we no longer wanted. Nothing was done for service recovery. Apparently no manager on site. Server blamed poor service on the bar and said she picked up our table because the server assigned was not there. Like she did us a favor. . .

I visited this restaurant around 4 PM on a weekday. they were not busy, small crowd and nice atmosphere. The tables were clean, staff were available upon my arrival. I decided to seat myself at the bar. I was only going to be here for a short amount of time. They had a really great menu with a lot of variety, and I had an old fashion drink with fish and chips, which was fried cod. Everything was amazing The bartender was great as well.

First, it's very expensive. 80 something dollars for 2 people. Second, they told us to sit anywhere and someone got up and moved so we moved where we wanted to sit and we got 'reprimanded' for it...Third, the scallops were a tad undercooked and I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning cause very shortly after eating there, I began throwing up and kept throwing up until the next day, then I was OK again once it was out of my system. I do have to say the shrimp however was very delicious.... I wish that's all I had eaten. The service was a bit lack but not horribly so.

Incredible. Not my first time visiting. If I lived closer I'd eat there more often. Service was good as it gets and the food was remarkable. I ate at restaurants that entire week and enjoyed the meals. Their food was good, but Bonefish was a step above them all. Everyone at the table remarked on it. Scrumptious. Not cheap and worth every penny.

The restaurant gives a very professional vibe and an excellent variety of food. For starters I had Maryland crab cakes that were warm and moist and also held together nicely, even when you cut them with a fork. The chicken marsala was very delicious, and the sauce was amazing. The mashed potatoes and Jasmine Rice were excellent. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable about the meals and drinks. Will definitely be returning to this place. Five Stars

I have been going here for nearly 20 years, since they first opened in Louisville. I have honestly never had a "bad" experience at this location. The pasta was good, but my husband kinda hoped that the portions were a little larger.

Stopped in to eat spur of the moment 3 weeks ago. I ordered the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer and planned on ordering an entree, however the portion size was so huge that I got full just off the appetizer. The bang bang shrimp were so delicious. I was definitely pleased with my food and it was a "bang" for my buck". The server was pleasant and attentive and I got my food really fast. Can't wait to go back and try the bang bang shrimp tacos.

Sea bass was okay, the pineapple martini 🎯; the crab and corn chowder, delish; and the bread with seasoned oil absolutely fabulous 😋😎

We were immediately seated. Quickly had our drinks. I found the entire gluten free menu on their website, I didn't even ask if they had a printed copy. We were given complimentary bread, my daughter tried it. She prefers butter and wouldn't try the oil. My daughter ordered the kids grilled chicken and fries. She ate every bite. My mom ordered the wood grilled chicken and shrimp, sides of garlic whipped mashed potatoes and broccoli. I ordered the lily's chicken with the same sides as mom. We shared our protein choices with each other. We ate every bite of ours too. The food was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted amazing. We finished our meal with a flourless brownie. It was pretty good.

Used to be one of our favorite places. Our most recent visit will be the last for awhile. Fish was dry and overcooked. Basic Mac and cheese is $4 extra… pasta and cheese. Don't screw me. Much better options in town
