We had a great time here, kids love this place. It definitely is a great place to bring your kids for a day. What's all included is a variety of activities like laser tag, gravity ropes, arcade games, billiards, bowling, over 100 games and more. It's also one of the greatest locations for birthday parties. You have to visit to experience it yourself. I highly recommend it.

First time coming her and the food was so good. An the bartender was our server and she was friendly and helpful with us with our order. My children loved the games and different things there are to do here. We will be back soon to have a fun afternoon

My family frequents this place. It's one of our go-to day trip facilities. The ONLY issue we have ever had here is that the service staff seems a bit overwhelmed at times and from time to time, things move a little slower than they maybe should. But all in all, it's a fun spot to grab a bite, play some games or maybe do the high ropes course, laser tag or bowling. Oh, and the VR games top the list for my boys and I!

The bowling experience was great. While a little more expensive than tin pin the lanes are much newer as well as the shoes. You can expect to get a server too which I thought was cool.

Once you get past the front desk, you'll have a great experience. We had never been so we didn't know what to expect and the girl at the main counter was no help. She was rude and acted as if we were bothering her. I think her name was Christine. She needs lots of training. Other than her, everyone else was amazing and knew what customer service was all about. The guys that ran the parties, Crystal was our waitress and she was fantastic. The food was great. Several of the games had issues, but probably due to the fact a large school group had just left and they terrorized the place. They were quick to refund and issues we had. Overall great experience.

My boys love it there we got card for $40 has 200 points. Some of the games take 7 points and other games take 8 or 9 but it’s worth 😀

My boyfriend and I decided to go here for a night of bowling. We had such a great night. It was not busy at all, which was terrific. We bowled for about an hour and had some drinks while there. The staff was amiable, and the venue was immaculate. The drinks were delicious and well priced. There were not many other people bowling, which made it more enjoyable. I will definitely come back here to enjoy more of the things that they have to offer.

Better than Malibu jacks by miles. Staff that seems happy to be at work even when tired. Good prices. Matinee prices during the week of you get their before noon. Food that taste like real food, not cardboard with grease on it like some other kid targeted places. Later tag runs ever 20 min, gravity ropes every 30 min. Secret tip- parents get to play free if kids have all day pass bands. They even take care of their billiards table and sticks. And the bowling is customizable to each player. Only thing that would make them perfect is some bumper cars and mini golf. Great time for kiddos, great time for grownups. I am sorry I missed out on the summer passes.

We enjoy having family night here. The kids have fun and play for hours. Some of their games are in disrepair, and we would love it if they would repair them. However, if you want a great arcade or adventure...this is a great time.

I bowled at main event for the first time in a while, it seems like it’s been updated. The inside is very nice. I ordered a Shirley temple & our server brought it out with cotton candy on top it was so yummy! 🍭

2 employees provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful. Most everyone else acted as if they didn't want to be there or we were bothering them for drinks and food. The prices were fair and there was a large selection of games. Overall a great experience if you didn't need to interact with the employees.

Monday night is the best. 11.99 for a video game card let's u play for as long as u like. I like Buck Hunter... or u can do all activities for the same price. Laser tag, bowling, climbing, pool, shuffle board. West 6th IPA on tap. Decent burgers. Kids like the pizza.

The service was awful. We waited over an hour for bowling which would have been fine because we spent almost $70 on two of us to do the unlimited pass.. so in theory we could do the other events.. wrong because every event has a waiting list of over an hour with a 20 minute grace period.. so if 3 people miss their reservation they are another hour behind in theory. They need a new system for this and are not prepared for the amount of people that come there. After waiting an hour we asked if we could have a refund for our money because we simply wanted to go home and had not got to receive any of the amenities that come with that pass due to the ridiculous wait times. Instead of just apologizing, the manager tried to argue and tell us we were told about the wait time (we were not and she was not the one who checked us in) Also to note while we waited we thought we might play a game of pool so we asked the hostess where to get pool balls to which she shrugged and said “I don’t know” and proceeded to play on her phone. This place is a cool idea but poorly managed. Don’t go here unless you want to wait around for 3 hours to play 1 hour of bowling for a ridiculous price.

Took my 7 year old granddaughter. 4 of the 8 games she wanted to play, took our credits and didn't function. Had to go to desk and report it. Gave credits back, but granddaughter wasn't very happy. Wish I didn't put so much money on a card. Probably won't go back

Pretty expensive. And a quarter of the games are broken with no signs or indication that they are. Causing lost credits with multiple slides of the card. Not a big selection for food either but moderately priced. But a fairly impressive laser tag arena. All and all I feel like there are better alternatives in louisville that have more value for your buck.

We went for my son's 7th birthday. We arrived WAY early to check in. Because it was way too early, the manager gave our family of 4, each a card with a 2 hour limit to play any rainbow game. No tickets awarded was the catch. We did not care. It made our wait, FUN. Our hostess was so sweet and kind. She helped us every step of the way. The kids really enjoyed themselves. I did feel rushed but the thing is, I saw all these kids, happy. They had the time of their lives. That's the point. I can't wait to go back because we had a blast. Pizza was pretty good too!

So much potential. Good game choices such as full sized pop-a-shot, pool, and shuffleboard. HOWEVER, everytime we go, multiple games are broken. Multiple tiles on balls were off, meaning they don't register and therefore you can't get to the bonus round. Football toss was broken. Milkjug toss was off. Just overall such a disappointment. It was also early in the day, too, so it wasn't like it happened without them noticing. I watched an employee walk right by them, just careless.

It would've been 5 stars, but there was a tall young mixed girl with two braids working the front counter where you get your bowling shoes from, and she was very rude and nasty. She ignored us, kept rolling her eyes, and walked off from us multiple times. Our party was there for hours and spent hundreds of dollars, and this girl was scowling and rolling her eyes at any and everybody every time we happened to look up and see her.

The "three cheese queso" on the nachos was canned nacho cheese. The shredded cheese wasn't melted and the chicken was cold. The games are great, skip the food.

We ended up not staying. They're not really prepared for the amount of business if they get. When we went it was a madhouse, we were meeting a group of people there and there was a two-and-a-half-hour wait to bowl. So we thought no problem we'll eat or do something else, no you will not do anything else because everything has so many people at it that there's a line to do anything else. Everything had at least an hour wait on it. Even the food had like an hour-and-a-half wait, so we ended up leaving and going to a restaurant nearby to eat while the rest of our group waited to bowl. When they're lane was finally ready, we ended up just going home. It was way too expensive for the amount of time you had to wait and how crazy the atmosphere was. There were people everywhere definitely would not recommend going at all. Definitely not a place for anyone with sensory issues.

We held our end-of-season sports party here and Main Event was the perfect location. They were so easy to work with and provided amazing customer service, especially from Manager Mike. Our middle school team had a blast playing games, bowling, laser tag and doing the ropes course. The pizza, pretzels, and desserts were all delicious. And all the staff were kind and courteous. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome bowling alley. Plenty of space and lights were cool. Games looked like lots of fun but didn’t play. The foul sensor on the floor was very sensitive and finally after asking they turned it off. The chocolate cheesecake was basically a jar of Nutella and very difficult to eat.

Giving it a four. It was still good and it is great if you go when it is crowded. Took the work team here during the day on a Tuesday. Still good but some of the stuff even though it is to be included in the pass doesn’t open until 4:30. Hmmm. And other stuff they create artificial delays. Group of seven and no one in line. Still have to wait 15 minutes for laser tag. No one there but still limits on bowling times and cut a game in the middle. You could do a lot better. Food wasn’t great but didn’t really expect a lot.

we had our annual UL Stroke team Christmas party there, with the MVP package. It was on a Thursday night so it wasn't too crowded. All of the families and adults had the best time. Getting the event coordinated was easy and their team was great. The food was excellent, especially the Mac and cheese and sausage. . Thanks for everything

This place was fun. Great time with family and friends. Employee Nick was very helpful. Had a blast in the hot shot basketball game.

Kids enjoyed it . Half the basketball games were broke or missing balls. Laser tag was cool. Normal arcade games u see everywhere else. The food isn’t good tho and the ticket prices for rewards are ridiculous. Offers sky rope and bowling as well
