go
on
Mother’s
Day
2023.
The
order
showed
to
go
through
on
my
end
online
as
they
push
you
to
do
on
the
phone.
I
waited
two
HOURS
before
going
to
the
window
to
pick
my
order
up
when
it
was
scheduled
to
be
done.
They
had
my
order
on
the
tablet
in
front
of
them
but
said
the
kitchen
never
got
it
and
asked
if
I
received
an
email
stating
there
was
an
issue.
I
did
not.
They
told
me
they
could
key
it
and
and
I
would
pay
again
and
wait
another
two
hours.
I
passed
and
asked
to
speak
with
some
who
could
do
more.
The
customer
behind
me
had
the
same
issue
but
received
the
email.
So
they
pushed
their
order
in
AND
THEY
GOT
IT
FOR
FREE.
Terrible
customer
service.
I
don’t
care
that
your
system
“crashed”
aka
someone
turned
off
the
online
ordering.
That’s
not
my
problem.
I
followed
the
prompts
provided
by
your
establishment
and
when
I
show
up
to
pick
up
my
order,
I’m
told
“oh
sorry”.
I’m
not
happy.
We
order
from
this
location
once
or
twice
a
week
and
spend
$50+
each
time.
I’m
done
with
this
location.
I’ll
take
my
business
somewhere
that
appreciates
the
customer
and
takes
care
of
them.
Texas
Roadhouse,
you
might
want
to
change
your
theme
song
while
on
hold.
It’s
false
advertising.
