I learned a valuable lesson tonight. If you are dining alone, then your value depreciates as someone willing to spend their money in the establishment. I'm in town to open a new restaurant and just wanted a decent steak before heading back to my hotel. I was quoted 5-15 minutes for a table. As my wait time passed, I continued to watch larger parties be seated before me. I asked the host about the delay and was told that those parties had more people so they called them first. They didn't want to take up a table for 1 person. I understand the concept of optimizing seating but when you make the choice to treat someone as less because all you see is $$$, you miss the consequence that the 1 person you decided wasn't worth taking care of might turn into more. My original intention was to speak to a manager about bringing all my corporate training team in to eat as we do before each grand opening. The conversation unfortunately devolved into the manager telling me that's how they train their hosts only she needs to explain it better not that it was wrong to push me back because I was dining alone tonight. It's a shame really because this $30 ticket tonight would have been $300+ next Monday night. Not to mention my poor server that is only being sat with singles and then makes less money than her peers. I'll tip her well because none of this is a reflection of her service. To the manager, Jacob, and the operating partner at this Texas Roadhouse, bad business decisions reflect not only on you but your brand as well. From the way this was handled, I'm sure you don't care that I'm now taking my team elsewhere next Monday lost revenue eventually adds up. Thank you to my server, Ali, who did a great job.

Delicious food. Well done chef on cooking the steaks the way we like them, medium. Excellent service and very attentive.

Ordered a carry out on Sunday night 8/20.. 2 salmon salads.. one salad I ordered with no croutons & no Jack chesse the other salad I ordered everything.. when we got home .. both salads had no onions, but had cheese and no croutons on both.. Obviously they can’t READ THE ORDER I PLACED!! And we had a 45 min wait for an order was that not right!! Unacceptable service!!!

Service was great. The rolls weren’t very good. Pretty flat and fairly cold as if they had been sitting in the window waiting to be served for 30 mins or more. The steak was cooked very well and nice and tender. However, it lacked any seasoning. That flavor is a big part of what makes Texas Roadhouse steaks the best, and this one fell short of that expectation. Still enjoyed the meal and customer service of the waitress.

As someone that frequents TRH to eat I will say that the bartenders Annie and Sam are amazing. They’re always friendly and professional even though I don’t drink. I highly recommend TRH.

First bad experience at a Texas Roadhouse. Our waitress was fantastic but whoever was in the kitchen today is in the wrong place. Medium ribeye delivered well done, very tough. Loaded sweet potato delivered as just a very undercooked sweet potato without any toppings. My father ordered a sirloin and grilled chicken and received a sirloin and ribs. Chicken took about 45 minutes to make it to the table. I ordered a to go meal to take home for someone and upon arriving home we found that there was no salad despite paying for it and the yellow kitchen receipt was underneath the steak in the box. Management at this location is clearly lacking because I’ve been to the elizabethtown location dozens of times and never had so much as a forgotten side.

I had the grilled salmon with a baked sweet potato and corn. It was good, not great. The corn was too peppery, so I didn't eat it. My husband had the prime rib (served only on weekends) with mashed potatoes. He said it was fine, but not anything special. He said Long Horn's meat is 1000x better. The rolls were amazing as usual. I don't particularly care for the atmosphere, but we were with a larger group. Our waitress was great. To be fair, the people we were with love Texas Roadhouse, so I guess it's just personal preference.

Food was awesome! Service was great! We went on a Friday night and waited for a table for about an hour and 20 minutes. They charged me a 1.99 for a ziosk premium content which I didn't know what for but I thought the trivia games were free. No big deal. Everything else was great! Zach is an AWESOME waiter!

Super busy, still greeted with a smile, good drinks, hot food and correct the 1st time. I love Texas Roadhouse but this was the best service I have had while being busy. Shoutout to the best bartenders Erick and Stephanie always smiling and had the bar clear in minutes with everyone happy. Much appreciated, I don’t live here but I’ll be back when I pass through again

Ordered curbside for our 7yr anniversary last nite at the Shelbyville Rd location, and let's just say, it was horrible..... One thing was correct, besides our drinks, that we also had to remind the young Lady who brought our order out, to go back in to get, since must've not checked order n first place.. when it's ur anniversary and u barely get anytime away from home, as it is, especially alone tgthr, it's sucks when one thing can ruin the whole evening... Compared to what we ordered, u can clearly see, our food, and what our issue is.. if u don't see silverware or napkins, it's because, we also, didn't receive any.. It isn't like we just wanted to loose $63.11😭😭

I visit this Roadhouse often because each time I visit the food and service is amazing!!!! Another extra bonus is a member of management always stops by and asks how my dining experience is going. 5 Star all the way from me.

Overall, this place is okay. Some nights the food is good, and some nights, it's not. The last time I went, it was pretty bad. Medium steak was cooked past well, salads requested with no eggs, a server dropped off the salads and walked away ignoring my telling her and we had to wait for our actual server to come back with our meals to inform her that the salads where wrong.

We had a large group of 8, and were seated in less than 10 minutes. Our server was kind and courteous. Food was cooked as ordered, came hot, and was delicious.

Well, my usual St. Matthew location had online ordering turned off, so I had to go to Middletown. What a mistake! There was part of a glove in the food, absolutely disgusting.

We had dinner here last night at 4pm. We loved our server, Noah. We had frustration due to the amount of servers sitting in the booth behind us, yelling and cussing like they were in a break room. They almost ruined our dinner but our server Noah made up for that. He was awesome and he made our night. We did not want to speak with the manager about the employees fooling around, because he also sat with them. At one point they were 8 or more people sitting behind us being obnoxious and the manager did not mediate the situation, instead participated which was disappointing and its was obvious to customers around the area that were trying to have a good dining experience. We eat here often and have not had an experience like this until now. It was not a family friendly environment with the servers cussing in the dining room to each other like a break room.

Ordered food to go on Mother’s Day 2023. The order showed to go through on my end online as they push you to do on the phone. I waited two HOURS before going to the window to pick my order up when it was scheduled to be done. They had my order on the tablet in front of them but said the kitchen never got it and asked if I received an email stating there was an issue. I did not. They told me they could key it and and I would pay again and wait another two hours. I passed and asked to speak with some who could do more. The customer behind me had the same issue but received the email. So they pushed their order in AND THEY GOT IT FOR FREE. Terrible customer service. I don’t care that your system “crashed” aka someone turned off the online ordering. That’s not my problem. I followed the prompts provided by your establishment and when I show up to pick up my order, I’m told “oh sorry”. I’m not happy. We order from this location once or twice a week and spend $50+ each time. I’m done with this location. I’ll take my business somewhere that appreciates the customer and takes care of them. Texas Roadhouse, you might want to change your theme song while on hold. It’s false advertising.

I can't say enough good things about this Texas Roadhouse! We went out to eat on a Saturday night, but, we went online and put our names on the waiting list so we wouldn't have to wait for 2 hours to get a table. It worked out perfectly. We only had to wait 10 minutes. The service was exceptional! I have seriously never experienced such amazing service in all of my 3 decades going out to eat dinner. From our drinks and appetizers to our salads and entrees, everything came out exactly as we ordered it. Our server was polite, accurate with everything we ordered and even put together a pretty large to-go order. I highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse any night of the week!!!

One of our favorite locations that we frequent often. Today was an extra special experience however, as Mallory waited on us. She was super friendly, very sharp & kept those rolls, rollin’.

This place wouldn't seat my nieces birthday party of 15. So we went to another restaurant that did. So if you have a large party don't go there. Another time I went I tried to call ahead to order my food. They said that it was closed and it was 45 min before closing. I had to drive to the restaurant order my food at the bar and the bartender was very nice and ordered my food to go and told the manager about it. So even tho the bartender took my order 15 min before closing and my food was good. The wait time for my food could have been decreased if they had just let me order it on the phone before I arrived. Just always something at this location for some reason.

We had a great experience! Food was hot, quick, and delicious. We did have to wait awhile but that was expected because it’s the holiday season. Highly recommend you get on the wait list ahead of time. We only waited 30 minutes once we actually got to the restaurant. The best part was our server, Katia! She was quick and very nice. And she made sure we had plenty of rolls and always had a full glass of soda. She did a great job and we will be asking to be in her section next time we come in!

Food: Excellent. Service: Excellent. Ambience: Not so much. It's all good, except this restaurant is a victim of its own success! There was a such a huge crowd waiting and then after the long wait the place is so crowded that the noise is just overwhelming and I couldn't wait to get out of there. Also, it was like being in a refrigerator: cold. Our mistake: going at dinnertime on a Saturday. Still, four stars for the food and the harried but excellent waiter/server who took great care of four six-top tables among others at the same time with not a single misstep.

I ordered a 12 oz steak medium well...it came out as a 16 oz piece of leather. My husband ordered a 16 oz steak medium. He got a 12 oz with 3 different temperatures that varied from medium to well done. Not very consistent with the cooking and not the first time we had this issue with this location.

Pretty busy when we visited. But our wait time was only about 10 minutes. Service was great, very fast. Food was good but some of the steaks seemed mixed up. I think a medium rare and a medium were put on the wrong plate. Still five stars because it was a minor issue and the service was good. They kept the rolls coming, and even gave us an extra set of rolls to take home with our leftovers.

After doing a remodel on Texas Roadhouse my crew and I ate there. Their service and food is awesome.

Haven’t been to Texas in months but decided to go again to this location. Was around 11:30am as they sat me by the bar section. I waited and waited for 5 min or so and looked over at the bar with 2 female servers talking to another employee, come to find out they were my server and I had to ask one to please take my order and let’s get it. Nothing like the attention to detail from the staff. The bake potatoes have now become very poor and ordinary as the cheese seemed very long and the taste of the potato wasn’t nothing special. My grilled boneless chicken breast was very good, and the steak fries aren’t bad either. The rolls aren’t the same rolls of 2 yrs ago, as those were small shaped with a nice yeast taste to them. The rolls today were large in nature and almost cooked to long as the tops of the rolls were to dark and hard. The rolls had no great taste either. At least they cinnamon butter never fails, one of the last items that’s a club favorite when we eat there. Hope the review helps. Thank you

Texas Roadhouse always does a great job. The food and drinks are great, the service is always upbeat and on point, and the prices are a great value. I eat at a lot of Roadhouse restaurants but the one in Middletown KY is by far my favorite. Just don't wait until your hungry to go, wait times are often 60+ minutes. Other than that you will have a great experience.

We waited 2 hours in the car for our birthday party of 12 to be seated together only to find out They put a table in between our party. Had terrible service, couldn't even get rolls to the table. Took over 45 minutes after we ordered to get our food, which the kids mashed potatoes and green beans were cold. Two of our steaks were not the way we ordered them but ate them anyway because we were afraid of too long of a wait to send them back.

Our steaks were seasoned and cooked perfectly as ordered. The food was great. The service was very attentive, even with it being so busy. (The restaurant was packed). Texas Roadhouse knows it's stuff!

Don't Worry Be Happy 🎵 As the country peaked with COVID I began a battle with thyroid cancer. Luckily the country is moving into normalcy as my cancer treatments continue. With a thyroid and 17 cancerous tumors removed, my wife and I are happily celebrating 40 years of marriage. It falls between the Iodine-131 treatment and a month of daily radiation treatments. Joan has been a real trooper and I wanted to celibate with something special but more importantly something normal. We always enjoyed Texas Roadhouse and knew they would accommodate us. We went early to minimize ambient noise. As expected they made Frankenstein's creature feel at home. My tender reconstructed voice was not a problem. Food was perfect as always. No rushed feeling. Exceptional service. We had a great time reminiscing our lives and planning future adventures. If the good Lord willing, we hope to be back celebrating another successful round of treatments. Thank you Erick and Texas Roadhouse for a slice of good old-time normalcy in these crazy times.
