Small gathering for grandson birthday 🎂, food was fresh and good. Chuck E. came out and interacted with all the kids. Staff was friendly. Place was not busy at the time but it could have used a little cleaning up. Restrooms were pretty clean. Overall a good time for the kids without breaking the bank.

The coolest Chuck E Cheese we’ve been too! Almost all of the games were working, the staff was fairly polite. We didn’t check out the pizza but it smelled great!

My kid had an amazing time! Great place for your kid to play and run around. All games were working and in good condition. However I DONOT recommend the pizza. Very little cheese & pizza sauce was added. The toppings were as if they forgot them but through them on once the pizza came out of the oven directly in the middle once they remembered. The wings were so undercooked we simply left the entire meal. This is the reason I've given 3 stars.

So the pizza could be better and there were a few broken games. Overall not a horrible experience, we had a good time but definitely the chain could use some quality control on products. The staff is helpful and polite, service was quick and responsive!

Very nice location with lots of space! The chuck e cheese website always has gaming coupons which make it nice for multiple kiddos. Also, their new desserts are super fun to look at and eat!

Thank you for a clean and safe place to come and have fun. The games are all so affordable and fun. At the end Whitney at the prize counter was so helpful and patient and really made the day special for our three kids! Our middle child said “ Wow that girl was awesome!” So awesome 👏 we will be back!

Invited to Chuck E. cheese 🍕 for a great granddaughters first birthday. The pizza was great 👍👍. Thin crust with a garlic flavored crust. It was really awesome. The giant chocolate chip cookie was very good also. They did a good job of keeping the place clean.

Really was a lot of fun except for some of the games were broken. But Jackie came out for the kids birthday and we provided our own cake

My kids had the BEST birthday party there! The whole family enjoyed it very much. Our server was AMAZING, even though she was doing two parties at once she did so great! We will definitely be going again soon.

Awesome time! Intelligent ticket/pricing system. A couple of games didn't work and the kids being there an hour would've liked tp have seen chuckee.

Unfortunately my experience this time wasn't so good. I always enjoy getting my kids the cool reusable hard plastic cups with the cool straws(money saver). But Unfortunately this time they had none. Next for my family our one topping pizza took over a hour to receive. Families that came in after us had already got their food and played games and we were still waiting for our food. And they had ordered a lot more food than us. I will say the pizza was hott and fresh when we finally received it.

This use to be a nice place. It has gone down to the dumps. Very ghetto, a lot of the games were out of order and there were kids running through there whom look to be around 13 years old knocking small kids to the floor unintentionally but still parents control your kids, especially if they look like teenagers already. That's a place for small children in my opinion. I'll never return to this location again

I love coming here. The food is pretty good, the games were fun and the whole place was clean but the reason for 4 stars is because the animatronic does random movements because it isn’t programmed anymore. If you don’t mind the animatronic just doing random movements and not singing anymore, I would 100% recommend coming here for if your looking for something fun to do and I would go again.

There's not many places that you can take your kids anymore and let them run free knowing that they're not going to be taken out of the place that you're in this place goes above and beyond by making sure your child has neon stamps to match the adults, as well as verifying with you that it is your child. Now the games are getting wore out regularly, and kids will be kids, so it's not saying it's on them in any way. I tip my hat in the direction to be patient, seen alot that would try me in not a good way. Very good people to have these jobs, because they are special people that understands kids.

It's not like it used to be. All of the games are basically pushing a button. The interaction games are either gone or don't work. At least now they have wine to sip on while your child basically virtually ticket gambles. 😂 More positively I feel like the guest service was good. They were pleasant to deal with and explained the new process to us. Chuck E did still come out and see all the children. We didn't eat but the menu looked appealing.

My kids are all grown up now and it had been years since I went to Chuck E Cheese. We had our grandson spending the week with us so we took him there on a Thursday evening. On the positive side the place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was really amazed and disappointed though at the cost of things there. The food is extremely expensive for the quality and amount you get. A one topping pizza about the size and maybe just under the quality of Little Caesars was over $20. A small order of wings was also incredibly expensive. Its also odd that you order at a very large counter but pick up at an almost hidden area in the back right by the bathrooms. You can play games there using a game card and if I remember correctly it was about $17 for all you can play in 30 minutes. That 30 minutes can go very quickly even with some games being very short. By the time we were done a simple dinner and games came close to $80. If you have no issue with expense of it all then this is a good place. I just had trouble seeing the value of it.

From a child's point of view it's a pretty great place but as an adult you realize it's overpriced and the food and service sucks. We had a birthday party here and the kids loved it but for the money spent we could have had a much better party in our own backyard that ultimately would have been more memorable.

Pizza was surprisingly good and better than I expected. The children liked the games, but there was not a lot of options for 4 year olds and under besides the rides. Kinda like the mall kiosk coin rides

We went today for my son's birthday. This location is awesome! Large and clean with tons of games. Friendly employees, positive attitudes and fantastic when interacting with kids. Our little guy absolutely loved it. The managers are incredibly sweet and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

You likely don't go here because you love it - you go here because one of your kids got invited to a birthday party. It's cleaner than expected but very dated inside. Staff were very nice and professional. I feel the place could use less gambling like games and more fun arcade games, but on the plus side every game worked when I was there. Easy parking.

The glider ride kept getting stuck up and had to help my son get down and the staff was of no help and they kept the ride powered on so more kids can get stuck or worse. Be careful bringing your family here, the games are dangerous.

This place is so clean and affordable. Most establishments of this sort weight the machines to give out less tickets. You definitely get your money's worth here. The employees were helpful and kind. We might do our next birthday here.

Same ole place as when we were kids. Cheap prizes that will be broken before the kids get to the parking lot. Lots of music and games. The token and ticket system is different. Now you have the choice of buying a card that allows you minutes or tokens. Small salad bar. Grandson always has a ball. Hours were different than on Google and their site. Website said 12 midnight but they closed at 9pm.

My kids love it here!! Chuck E. Cheese comes out for an appearance every time, which makes the whole experience complete. As crowded as they get, this location does a fantastic job! They put forth effort, and if they don't know what's g going on, they get someone who does.

They seemed to be short staff. We stood in line to order our food and get play pass for 25 min. The machines for play pass cards were not working. Our pizza was perfectly cooked.

My son really enjoys this place. I like that you don't have to buy a buffet or anything to get in. I also like that the parents and children are given a stamp when they enter and it must match when you leave. I do wish it was a bit bigger with either a ball pit or some sort of bounce house. I will definitely take my son back and also would recommend it to others.

So much fun!! We enjoyed the food and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they do the hand stamp for the little ones for safety.

As a 90s kid who used to beg my parents to take me to Chuck E Cheese... I'm honestly pretty disappointed with the downgrade. The place was gutted. They had half the number of games they used to, and most of them don't give tickets. Most of the ones that do give tickets aren't even skill based and are entirely random chance. I spent 4 hours playing games to earn as many tickets as I could for my niece, whose birthday we were celebrating, and I only had 500 tickets to show for it. All that said, the food is really good, especially the pizza. I'd consider coming back solely to get food.

kristi a member of management was awesome. my 3 yr old had a blast and some of our guests didn’t show, she still made sure my baby had a great time. she truly treats the kids like they are her own ! food was also fresh and hot

Smelled like weed inside . No one took our order for 15 minutes for the food. Bugs was flying around even landed on me. Lots of rap music playing outside of a kids place. Like it was a club employees acted rude. I would give zero stars if I could but it's obviously not an option. We left, our kids were upset they couldn't play games. It's a damn shame we can't take our kids to a kids place in a safe environment and good service. This place should just go head and close up felt like we took our kids to a damn club. Pitiful.

😠 HEADS UP PEOPLE!!!!!!! Very disappointed from one of my FAVORITE sushi places. My fiancé and I just left Kansai and apparently they are charging if you want sauces now. For example Yum Yum sauce. When I asked why we was charged when us two spent almost $100 dollars in our meal I was told because...
