The food was fresh, the service was excellent. We were seated directly when we entered. Employees would walk by and check on us to check if we needed anything. I like the portion sizes. Most restaurants have scaled back, but have kept the pricing the same. We will visit again! Yummy!

Hungry for sirloin, I decided to visit Logan's. It had been a couple years since I last visited, having been a regular at the St. Matthew's location. The steak looked great when served, but the taste was ...well, nearly tasteless. Although I'm certain it wasn't, it tasted as if it had been long frozen and cooked frozen before thawing. It's the only time in life I dreaded eating a steak dinner after tasting the first bite of steak - I forced myself to eat the meal. The green beans were slightly better. The dinner role was tastier than the steak or green beans. I suspect I will not visit again; the meal provided no dining pleasure except for my gratitude to afford to pay for the experience. I am glad to see four star reviews for Logan's because I want to support and see Kentucky businesses succeed, but I also want to provide genuine reviews for curious potential customers. I hope your dining experience at Logan's is favorable - as were most of my experiences at Logan's in St. Matthew's years ago. ****** Logan's replied below, and I very much appreciate their respectful reply to my review. Arrived 20 min before closing and had the best service by Kristin at the bar! My order was correct and cooked perfectly, everyone go see Kristin she’s a sweetheart! Thank you so much!

The food was so good and fresh!!! The best part was our server!!! Her name was Stephanie (aka Porkchop) and she was just lovely. Her personality was so bubbly and she did everything we needed and MORE!! Without us even asking!! If she can get a raise, she deserves it. I would come back all the way from my hometown Indianapolis to see her again. She is a kind woman at heart and very personable!!! Love her!

First time visiting this Logan's location. Gave it a try because it was conveniently located right next to the hotel I was staying in... and I'm glad I did. Food was great and the rolls were hot and fresh. The service was a little slow but I wasn't in a hurry and it was also Saturday evening, so that's understandable. I'd visit again if I'm ever back in the area. 5 ✨'s!!

Logan's Roadhouse is, if nothing else, consistent. No matter where you go, you're going to get a great meal for a decent price, and can we talk about those rolls for a second? Our most recent visit (October, 2022) saw the restaurant nearly back to normal crowds with staff hustling around to take care of customers and a line to get a table. Even with all that activity they managed to keep the place tidy on a Friday evening. While I normally get a steak at Logan's I had a friend recommend their chicken strips so I thought I'd give that a shot and was pleasantly surprised! must be the beer batter, but MAN were they good! The cole slaw wasn't amazing, but the wasn't the focus of the meal. Our server (whose name I don't recall) was AWESOME. He wasn't a drive-by server who left your food and ran. He stopped a couple times for a quick conversation and to see if all was well. Servers who take a couple minutes, especially during a Friday dinner, are next-level. We've visited this location a number of times, (pre-Covid, during-Covid, and post(ish)-Covid) and never had a bad experience. I'm glad this location survived Covid (and the fire) because it's probably my favorite steakhouse in the area. I do miss the buckets of peanuts, though.

Great service. Waitress was on the ball. Only negative.... ribs were on the dry side. House salad was excellent, great blue cheese dressing

Friendly and attentive staff. Very clean restaurant. We had the porterhouse steak, it was cooked to perfection! The rolls were fresh and buttery. Everything was delicious!

It was pretty good. Not much of a wait and it was clean. Our server was friendly and glad to see us. We did enjoy our meals as well.

I'm giving it 5 stars, not because it's a five star restaurant, but our experience and food was great. Our server was fantastic! Chicken tenders were freshly made and tasty. My grilled chicken salad was super! Didn't take any photos.

Great food and low prices for quality food served fresh and hot!! I got the grilled pork chops and waffle fries and side salad for only 15.99 served with fresh Buns. I love this restaurant as it is always reliable.

First time here. They sell Bourbon by the shot. Now my inclination to to go elsewhere. I can get steaks anywhere. Not my Party. I'm here. The food was good. I liked the meatloaf. It is enough for two people. Coke

There was no waiting for a seat for dinner. The food was okay. We started with chips and queso that was really tasty. The queso was hot and not too spicy. We ordered steaks one was a 16 Oz. Ribeye that was okay but not exceptional and the other was a New York strip that I ordered well done but had to send it back as there was still pink in the middle. I also had baked beans that tasted more like pork and beans right out of the can. The salads we ordered were okay as well. Our waiter (Malik) was exceptional. He made sure that our food was served the way we requested. He also kept our drinks fresh and cold. He stopped by periodically to see if we needed anything which was just the right amount of time without being overbearing. We will probably go back again to try some of the other dishes to see how they rate. Overall I would say it was a pretty nice dinner for a Monday night.

Food was good. Service was friendly but on the slow side. Fast to refill drinks just slow to take the order. Food took a while and they were not busy. Bathrooms were clean and things were in good order. No peanuts anymore! Kids were disappointed there. Also took mini corn dogs off the kids menu. I would eat there again but I'm not going out of my way to get there.

The food was okay. The waiter was busy so there were a few times that we had to track him down. He took a minute to warm up to us. He didn't upsell or give any suggestions. I got potato skins which I liked. I also got salmon topped with a spinach type dip and shrimp over mashed potatoes. The loaded baked potato was not what I expected. I loved the rolls. The drinks were okay.

It was fine. This establishment doesn't really stand out from the many steak restaurant chains. The service was adequate, but could have been better. I don't blame the wait staff. Coming from a customer service background, I understand they are understaffed and likely underpaid because of harsh corporate standards.

Food and service was ok. Short on staff and workers doing their best. Food was nothing special, but not bad.

Ordered take out. Got home and it was missing food. Called in and they told me I was wrong. Like I'm trying to rip them off 5 to 8$. So never order take out here. Update: tried again Feb 2022. Again missing most food. Ceasars salad. Missing dressing. Sirloin over cooked and just a bad cut of steak. Soup asked for no toppings. They added. Were out of ribs. Tried to charge me for them. Missing bread. Wish I could give negative 1.

Food was good. Service terrible. Ordered online and told food would be ready at 10:03. It was 10:30 before it was ready. Ordered BBQ with sauce. Got a small portion with no sauce. Ordered potatoes with brown gravy. Got no gravy. Just really ridiculous.

Ordered take out. Spent quit a bit of money over 75 dollars. One of my sides for my entree was a loaded baked potato. This is all the cheese and bacon I got for it. Do better? Not going to hold my breath though

Was suprised how much this place changed. We had steak, hamburgers, and chicken fingers and they all were perfect! The steaks were tender and cooked to perfection, the burgers were to come back for! And chicken fingers were good and normal but the honey dipping sauce was good! The waiter was polite and on top of it! Always keeping drinks full and checking on us!

This is our 3rd time coming here and we have loved it every time. The Surf and Turf is so good. The Steak and shrimp and Crab cakes are always so good and cooked right Everytime. My husband got a Prime Rib sandwich if I remember correctly and he loved it. The Onion Rings were light and crispy. Our daughter's grilled chicken and french fries she loved them. We will be back again soon. Even the server was so welcoming and friendly. This is our new steakhouse to go too

I have to be honest, I am sure it was the service that made me feel this way, but it was a rough visit. I went with a friend who wanted an orange wedge, and the server got annoyed at the request. We ordered mozzarella sticks with ranch, and they came out just warmish, and we had to ask multiple times for the ranch. We had to ask for drink refills. We finally had to ask for rolls and to get our salads. Then we were able to get two bites of salad in, and our meals came out. One of the meals was a hamburger, but because we had just gotten our salads, it was cold and not good. Needless to say I was super disappointed. I've eaten at a Logan's in other states and know this isn't normal. But I probably won't be returning to this particular one in KY.

I ordered online and was instructed to pick up In 30 min. I got to restaurant and the hostess was rude because she was leaving for the night. She said my food would be ready soon then left. I sat for 20 min and not a single employee tried helping me. I noticed order behind the hostess counter and looked at receipt. It was my food. I asked the bartender and she was rude to me . A waitress came and. The manager was very nice and refunded my money since by this time my food had been sitting for least 30 min. Other than the manager, this was the RUDEST group of employees I ever experienced in my life at 43 yrs old. The employees I dealt with had Absolutely horrendous attitudes.

We haven't eaten at Logan's since the pandemic started. The first negative was they were out of soft drinks totally! Second I noticed that the floors were very clean.. no peanut shells! We were told that the free peanuts had been done away with to save $5 million dollars yearly, nationwide. We ordered the sweet tea, had to order separate sugar packets because it was really not that sweet! The service was decent and the staff was friendly enough. The portions were small and my partners steak had to be returned because it was not cooked as ordered. Upon return, it did not appear to be cooked any differently... But she accepted anyhow to avoid any more conflict. I feel that we should have been comped some of the bill to compensate for all of the issues since we paid almost $40 for two meals.

The staff was great and the side dishes were great but the steak was awful and inedible. They did refund the price of the steak since I could barely even chew it. The desert was amazing too. Altogether it was not a bad experience but that steak was not good. We would definitely eat there again I would just avoid the steak this time.

The table was dirty with a bit of leftover food on top. It was sticky. I ordered the grilled shrimp, but it received popcorn shrimp. By the time I received the corrected entree, my husband was halfway done eating. The grilled shrimp was probably the worst I've had in my life. There was no "mesquite" flavor--only burnt char from the grill on every peice. In contrast, the baked potato was great. My waitress took my water for refill before the corrected entree arrived. She grabbed it from the table while sticking her entire finger inside the glass as a way to carry it. 5-10 minutes passed before I had to flag her down for a water. We weren't asked how our meal was until given the check. It had been a long day, and I didn't have it in me to complain. We left a good tip but won't be back. It's sad there can't be a nicer restaurant given it's close proximity to the movie theater.

The food was amazing, we ordered over phone, got there a few Mins b4 closing and they said they never got our order, but we was thankful they still made it for us!
