It is not bad. It is better than paying Airbnb that overcharge for cleaning fee. On the outside it does look very ugly like an old motel. But they did redecorate all the rooms and lobby. Room has everything you need, clean, plenty of outlet. Interior looks like a small holiday inn. It is near the airport and the freeway so you can hear noises from plane and trucks. And the surrounding area kinda sucks. I think other people complain too much. It is a $70 hotel, it is not a Hyatt.

There was junkies sitting in the breeze way by our room... security had just left from talking to him but he never left.... I opened the door to the room, it was modernly up to date and appeared clean at glance, I walked in to the bathroom and oh boy.... there was centipede looking insects and roaches crawling on the bathtub and floor.... that did it.... we left went back to the front office and he asked what was wrong we told him and he didn't seemed bothered... then I looked up and notices bullet holes in the wall behind the front desk..... we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and wasn't even offered any kind of "fix" to a terrible situation. We are traveling with kids so we just took the loss and left! This place is terrible, turn it into a homeless shelter that would be nice. Edit in response to the company's reply** the rooms where paid for in full before we arrive so we will see if a refund will be issued since you say we have not been charged.

The front desk man was nice and the room looked okay at first glance. I go to use the bathroom sink and I see a bunch of different types of hairs in it. I called the front desk and he sends up the security guy. The security guy brings towels. Tells me “all you have to do is rinse it.” Disgusting. I asked for some bleach, and he was nice enough to come up and rinse it for me (though I did not ask him to). He then takes off his jacket which I thought was odd. He then proceeds to ask me about my “boyfriends” and tells me I’m “kinda cute” while he’s in my room. As a young woman traveling alone I did not feel safe. SO uncomfortable - I kept the door open and he left. A few minutes later he’s pounding on my door. I didn’t answer. He proceeded to intermittently pound on my door a couple more times in the span of an hour. I was scared and made another booking at a different hotel. I was only here for a couple hours - did not stay the night. I requested a refund from Expedia and they won’t give it to me, apparently the hotel will not respond. I’m so disturbed by this experience, please do not go to this hotel, and moreover I will never be booking with Expedia again.

Fairly clean MOTEL and responsive housekeeping staff for extra towels and garbage bags and refroze my ice packs for travel. However, website states there is a pool and laundry available. Neither of those were on the property (there is a pool, but there is a permanent cover on it and area around is completely overgrown, so this is not a new problem). Besides a clean room, these were a must when we were choosing a hotel for our basketball tournament - and neither were there.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is not safe for families or female travelers. Hotels is nothing like it was represented on website. Booked a stay for the KY Derby and had to check out after less than an hour. Blood and hair on lampshades, holes in walls and generally one of the nastiest rooms I have ever been in. Large groups on men in parking lot just hanging around cars and security does nothing about it. After checking out our fraud detection on our bank account was going off at 3:30am with more charges from the hotel after they assured us that it was refunded. Still working on getting my money back and had to pay a crazy rate for a last minute booking during the Derby just to get away.

Not a safe place! Do not stay here! Especially if you have a family. The rooms are remodeled but when checking the beds for bugs we found drugs in between the mattresses! The pictures are deceitful! It is an old motel that shares a parking lot with a gas station and is feet away from the highway. There were a group of people above our room drinking on the balcony and weird activity in the parking lot. A very unsafe place…It was a terrible experience but thankfully the front desk had no problem refunding us and then we LEFT!

We had trouble checking in, but Shawn stayed late to help us. He was incredibly kind and never made us feel like a problem! Our room was clean, but the tub could use some TLC. For the price, I would definitely book again for a short stay.

This motel was terrible. The grounds are filthy. Our room had a crack in bath tub that flooded room when we took a shower . Called to talk to manager who would not speak with me. The front desk said there were. No rooms to move to. Cable was out the entire first day. They finally moved us. I

THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!! This was our first time going to Kentucky and we stayed at this hotel because we was just staying but I’m telling you that was the worst 1 night of my life. The bathtubs were rusted and the floors were really dirty we took a bath and then walked out of the bath room and our feet were like they were before we got in the bathtub. It is in a very bad neighborhood .we heard gun shots going off at midnight that night. And it is right by a liquor store. I would not stay here again.if I could give a 0 I would. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!

Night shift staff was not knowledgeable about surrounding areas such as restaurants, or places to go site seeing (yes I understand there’s google). Also one of the beds was stained on the comforter, through the sheet and on through to the fitted sheet which tells me they had not been changed by house keeping after the previous customers had checked out. Also the house keeper looked like vanilla ice and was quite rude. Will not be back.

It was dirty. The rooms were updated and the beds were comfortable but there was so much hair everywhere. They switched us to a different room. It was better but we still found stray hairs in the bathroom. The staff was pleasant though.

I would not even give this hotel 1 star. It is the worse hotel and scam I have ever experienced. CANCEL now if you have booked. Ceiling falling in the middle the night, bugs in the bed, fire alarms without batteries, lobby area that you can't use because the "security guard" (guy in yellow shirt) is taking a nap. Pool that has not been used in 2-3 years. Breakfast? expired fruit cups.. DO NOT STAY>>>>>>>>

Stayed during the Archery National event. Booked Motel online. Upon arrival I was quite disappoint with the run down look of the property and the location in which it sat, right next to a liquor store and smoke store. There also appeared to be funny business going on in the evening. The Bed sheets had small blood dots on them??? Not worth ever coming back to again

Great room but they don't serve a breakfast or dinner, you get it out the fridge, which is the same thing in different versions

The room was clean, although it did have a funky smell. The bed was comfortable enough, but the fitted sheet was on inside out which always seems suspicious to me, like its just been turned inside out from the last occupant. The desk was so wobbly, it almost collapsed under the weight of the car keys. Was unusable. The bathtub/shower was very warn out, the bottom was warped and uneven. A real hazard for anyone not steady on their feet. Location wasn’t great, behind a gas station and close to train tracks. All in all it was good enough for a one night stay, passing through

We were traveling through and booked this place prior to arrival. Our family of four did not feel safe in this hotel. They have tried updating the rooms but this place is very run down and updated the rooms did not help the overall appearance and feel for this place. The lady at the front desk was very rude and short with us. We truly should have found somewhere else to stay for the night. The bathroom only has and exterior door which makes going to the bathroom while others are getting ready very difficult. I would not stay here again even if it was free.

👍👍 We were so impressed with our stay at this hotel. We stayed on a Tuesday night - so it was not busy but we did not expect how quiet it would be! It was awesome! We stayed in the King Suite - it was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Beautiful room. I’ll be honest - I’ve not been in a hotel so cl...
