It
took
me
over
two
hours
to
reach
the
front
desk
the
day
of
arrival
,
the
phone
rang
and
went
to
operator
then
back
to
the
front
desk
and
looped
for
2
hours.
I
had
requested
to
make
sure
the
room
was
clean
because
I
knew
we
would
be
checking
in
late
after
room-service
left
for
the
day
and
not
to
be
near
the
stair
or
elevator.
The
room
was
beyond
disgusting!
I
went
to
the
front
desk
and
was
told
they
could
cancel
the
reservation.
I
needed
a
clean
room
so
the
front
desk
clerk
went
up
and
"cleaned
"
the
bathroom.
It
was
still
pretty
disgusting
so
I
asked
if
I
could
use
the
cleaning
stuff
and
a
vacuum.
She
said
she
would
discount
the
room
which
was
only
10-15
bucks
!
I
called
guest
relations
and
they
offered
me
points
and
I
said
no
I
don't
want
to
pay
for
a
room
I
had
to
clean
,
couldn't
run
the
AC
or
heater
cause
it
was
full
of
dust
and
leave
earlier
than
we
were
planning
cause
it
was
disgusting.
The
breakfast
wasn't
edible
unless
it
was
prepackaged.
There
was
no
flat
sheet
on
one
the
beds.
I
am
including
photos
of
the
room
which
were
taken
after
housekeeping
"cleaned"
the
room
,
the
GM
inspected
it
and
the
front
desk
"cleaned"
it.
I
requested
for
the
GM
to
contact
me
and
still
have
not
heard
anything
,
called
customer
relations
several
times
who
said
they
can't
do
anything
!
I
have
tried
to
call
the
hotel
several
times
and
no
one
answers.
