This is not a great hotel. It takes a backseat to other Marriott Franchises. The "Club Lounge" was a joke. 5 day old milk in the cooler, day old coffee in the pot and the water in the chafing dish was not pleasant. You could tell they hadn't cleaned it nor used it in quite some time. The location was not in a great area for walking. Didn't particularly feel too safe in that location. I had also left a charger in my room. When I called back to ask about shipping it to me at my expense, I was told they didnt do that and I would have to come back to get it. Luckily, a friend was in the area and drove over to get it. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I usually could not afford Sheraton because of its upscale. However, it was a pleasure that Expedia upgraded me to this hotel after original hotel I booked could not get me checked in. At first glance, the hotel is fancy and the room was clean. However, upon close inspection, there were blood stains on pillow case and bedding. This isn’t what I would expect from a high end hotel. On top of that their shower sliding door slides backwards to open every time you try to slide close it. Definitely skip their breakfast buffet as those are the food you can make easily at home— microwaved omelettes, bacon, sausage links, potatoes, and continental breakfast items. It is not worth $16 at all and the food isn’t that great 🤮. The best part about this hotel is that it has Starbucks coffee— free at your room or $2 downstairs if you need one.

Located just across the River in Indiana. We stay for a night because it was close to a wedding reception. Cleanliness was good Staff was great and helpful. Check in was easy. Elevators are small. A bit pricey. A good view of the river. Small bathrooms but decent.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. They compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! Very nice accommodations, especially for the AAA rate! Very nice downtown Jeffersonville nearby with many dining options. Quiet. Needed pet-friendly policy since we were in town to deliver our foster kitten to its new adoptive family. Would stay again.

This Sheraton on the Indiana side of the Ohio River is overall clean and friendly. There are food choices close by and the staff is nice. The rooms are clean and average size. However if you are looking for the standard small refrigerator you won’t find one. In addition the rooms do not have clocks. I know everyone these days has a phone but if you are like me and want to crack your eye open without moving to see what time it is you can’t here.

After getting the key my boyfriend, dog, and myself were walking back in with all our luggage and we were stopped and told that they didn’t know we had a dog. We reserved our room on their website and told them we were bringing a dog (I double checked). We then had to get a new room on a pet floor since they didn’t know. 🙄 There was also a $50 pet fee that was not listed on the website. The room was probably one of the most run down and dirty rooms I’ve ever stayed in. There was something I believed to be old dog poop on the wall, half painted over water damage stains on the ceiling, mold, hair in the sink, and to top it off a empty modelo can under the bed. The carpet stains were somewhat understandable since it was a pet floor but it was pretty clear no real effort was made to clean. The AC unit had screws hanging out of it and made screaming noises every time it clicked on and off. The staff were overall very friendly and we had great interactions with some of them. However when we got locked out of the safe we were told only maintenance could get into it and they weren’t there until the next day. Then after we called again in the morning it took 2 calls and 45 minutes to get them to come up. During check out we called and asked for a luggage cart to be brought up and it took multiple calls for that as well. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. There is a microwave in the lobby and you can give items to the front desk to be refrigerated but it was really inconvenient.

The rooms are decent no microwave or mini fridge, at not in the the double bed room we had. They offer breakfast buffet for 14.99. They offer scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, biscuits and gravy. Along with cereals and assorted fruit. There are restaurants literally right behind the hotel. A nice Mexican restaurant, a Hooters. The overall stay was a good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I was here for a long term 7 night stretch. The staff was great and friendly, especially Rolanda. Had an issue with hot water that was corrected quickly. I wouldn't recommend for an extended stay as the room did not have a fridge or microwave. There was a microwave in the lobby but not sure everyone wants to smell my spicy ramen lol. For a short term stay this is great, but for long term I'll go across the street to the Residence Inn.

5 stars for the amazing staff (shout out to Dre) and their excellent attention and responsiveness! Also 5 stars for the great location and view we had from our room. Beds were clean and comfortable, but rooms definitely need a refresh/update, thus I took off 1 star. Had a great visit!

The only saving grace for this place was the location. Walkable to downtown on a nice day. Upland next door. Riverside view. Pool was too small for the size of the hotel, very crowded. No mini fridge or microwave. Not enough towels. Not updated. A bit overpriced.

This was a nice hotel and very clean. I didn't like the fact that breakfast wasn't included and there wasn't a microwave or fridge in the room. It is very conveniently located near a great area of restaurants and bars. Price was also higher than it should be.

My fiance booked this room for us. He is very critical about the quality our experiences when we travel. Usually, I pull him into these spaces because of affordability. It is not because we can not afford more. ~sidebar~ I absolutely regret it. The room had stained carpet. The shower stall had dents and stains. The mattress was uncomfortable and we did not have enough pillows. Additionally, there were cheap materials installed for the desk and bathroom vanity. The surfaces are porous so there were water stains and dirt embedded. SMH. Gross! We could hear the activities in the hallway and the rooms on the side of us. When we woke up in the morning, being by the elevator, we could hear EVERYTHING! Never AGAIN! Lastly, was the shuttle "free" service to Louisville was great 'in concept'. The driver demanded a tip when we got out. He would have got a bigger tip, if he was not so rude. THESE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION ARE RUDE! If you're looking for "affordability" go here. Cheap service. Rude customer service and subpar quality. This is the spot. I will never go here again.

The employees were WONDERFUL! Hotel may want to review the “room amenities” bc most rooms do NOT have a pull out couch. I reserved a king bed room because of this room amenity, but upon arriving at Room 1012, there was no pull out. Luckily there was a room on the Club Floor that fit that description. The room was lovely! The club room use was very welcomed, esp for beverages and snacks. The breakfast we had on Sunday (in the lobby) was good. But it’s employees that make or break an experience and yours were ALL wonderful… the bartender on Friday evening, the ladies at the front desk who helped me move rooms to a King room with pull out couch, the gentleman who found my pillow after we moved rooms and no longer had access to our original room, the woman who took care of us at breakfast. Everyone we encountered was just so kind. Room: clean, large; AC worked great; nice view of the river; bathroom is a bit older (wallpaper peeling, water stain on ceiling) & could have used a good scrub down around the toilet; comfy bed; pullout couch was nothing special, but worked for my 12yo. Pool: little chilly for a heated pool; floor is slippery when wet, no texture on tiles; nice pool for kids! Club Room: such a great perk! Different beverage options, different snacks; Saturday AM had different cereals, muffins, granola bars, yogurts. Common areas: bar & breakfast area is lovely and welcoming! The other couple of gathering areas are nice and roomy, while allowing for some relaxing and conversation. Breakfast: good, all sorts of options. One of the best perks is the free parking and the close proximity to downtown Louisville! We did not take advantage of the free shuttle to downtown but did see others loading and unloading.

This hotel is the perfect location if you’re wanting something on the river by Louisville. 5 minute drive over the bridge to get to downtown Louisville. The rooms are lovely and spacious with gorgeous views. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants as well. The only downfall of this hotel was the pool area. It’s very small, the water is freezing cold, and dirty hot tub with poor working Jets. The staff is lovely and friendly. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. All in all a pretty great stay.

I had a bad day where i didn't make it to my booked hotel in Louisville during louder than life 2022. Had my kitten with me at the time. I called around and they said there was a room available, pets welcomed. After already paying for a hotel i couldn't make it to, i asked them if they offer discounts for First responders. They did, just needed to provide ID. I was so grateful to not pay full price during the height of the concert weekend. Staff was amazing. The only thing i would suggest to the Hotel is the rooms need updating. One of the outlets were loose when plugging into. Beds were ok, clean, same as the bathroom. No one would really do this but I spent time on the floor with my kitten and the carpet made me itch and it was rough, sort of worn down and maybe crunchy if i can remember. Not sure if it were the lower end rooms i was given. I would book here again if they continued to offer a first responder discount.

Went there to see my little sister that I hadn't seen for over 30 some years and as I walked in the door the gentleman asked if I was there for my sister which was great and she came running over and we were hugging and bawling. We went to sit in the lobby and he brought us a box of Kleenex which I was amazed at his kindness. The next morning they tried their best to get her a rental car. The rooms were extra nice also would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was clean, and hotel amenities were great. There is a lobby bar, which is a great way to end the evening. Also offered a buffet breakfast, as well as a shuttle service. Would have rated a 5 Star, however, on our third night we discovered they allow pets while we were kept awake for more than an hour listening to a dog bark. Our first call to the front desk was handled professionally, but my second call was treated like an annoyance. I hoped they have comped us with something for our trouble, but we did not even receive an apology for the inconvenience.

We stayed for a local wedding, and while I have not been very impressed by Louisville-area hotels in the past, this one also met those disappointing expectations. The shower did seem to be recently redone and at least wasn’t obviously moldy; however; the room design just felt old, outdated, and therefore made me nervous of how clean it could be as well. Definitely obvious dust on the alarm clock but generally did not want to look too closely for my own sanity. While the beds were comfortable, I believe we requested a king and got 2 double beds - not even queens. Unfortunate it wasn’t a comfortable, inviting space considering the cold front that came through - snow in early November even! Most concerning: there did also seem to be quite obvious water damage along a long section of the room’s popcorn ceiling. Surprising to also see that breakfast was not included - I would make it complimentary in an outdated hotel at least. Lastly, the workout room was really 2-3 small rooms with the furthest one with weights, benches, and a mirror being crazy hot and smelling like smoke. It had a door leading out to the pool, but I expect the fact that 2 vending machines were located in the front of the room was the main reason that the space was so hot! Do not enjoy giving constructive feedback, but I hope that my perspective is considered by the owners and those that may consider staying. I was personally glad to be home after a long weekend.

I do not understand how this hotel was rated a good place to stay. The pictures being advertised do not look like the actual hotel. Two busloads of students and chaperones stayed for one night the first week in August of 2022. The larger parking lot across from the hotel was dark and had broken glass everywhere. A few rooms had not been cleaned because items from the previous occupants were found. A few rooms had water-damaged ceilings with large water stains that were not new. One room even had water leaking from the ceiling. The hotel staff is the only reason for the two-star ranking. They were friendly and accommodating.

Very nice hotel, location is great, the Hotel itself is an excellent condition. My room was nice. Only issue that I had while I was there was they did not have soap or coffee cups in my room ( Coffee maker with no coffee cups weird, And not having any soap in the room was just ugh). Other than that I think it's a good hotel for the price.

I stayed for the "Thunder over Louisville 2022" , and it was perfect!!, Until I found out I needed a room for Saturday night... make sure you make reservations for the night of the fireworks and not before or after only... The room was clean the staff was friendly the breakfast was great the hot tub was hot and the common areas were well kept.i couldn't ask for better amenities. Just plan ahead, next time. Police escort and towing services are ready in case u didn't read this far down.

Really nice hotel and a great option for an early morning flight. Close the walking bridge and lots of cute downtown restaurants. Staff was nice, lobby was clean, as was room. Regular room had a walk in shower with good water pressure and plenty hot. Two downsides. On Sunday night everything was closed (bar restaurant etc) and the airport shuttle was TALL. (Like an Amazon van) and would be hard for those with limited mobility. If you can hop up, driver was nice and professional and on time. Would recommend.

Ver nice place. Had an issue with thermostat on checkin. It was immediately addressed by two nice maintenance men, I regret I didn't get their names. I did get the name of Pedro, a manager who addressed the issue and moved us to a new room he checked prior to make sure everything was ok. We had asked for blankets that were brought up quickly. Also enjoyed Lonnie a server at breakfast. Very nice staff and rooms.
