Amazing location. Clean building and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

It’s Chick-fil-A. Can they make a mistake? Anyone can make a mistake. Have they ever made a mistake yeah, not at this location but one time they had a guy at the window who just wasn’t ready. I guess he had been making errors so by the time I parked and went in they had took him off the window. I recommend this location.

This location has always been great. Never had an issue with an order or service quality. The only thing is sometimes the parking lot can be difficult to get through.

My girlfriend went to go pick up her mobile order earlier today. When she arrived, she informed the woman at the front and was greeted with “ok” and a blank stare like she was stupid, cut my girlfriend off mid sentence.

Just left there I ordered strips ! Get to the window and they say they have no strips. The cashier tending to us immediately has an attitude. We ask for the menu and she was reluctant to go get it. I then ask to see the menu and she replies “ I can’t give it to you.” Since when have you all started this ? I have my mother sitting in the passenger seat with glaucoma and she can’t order cause we ‘can’t see the menu’ to order because our favorite meal isn’t available( which we could have been notified about when ordering). Usually I never have a problem with customer service but today the bar is on the floor. We ended up leaving to go elsewhere.

Love the Starkville CFA - the staff is always friendly, and I can count on my order being right. The only issue with this location is the parking lot - it is almost impossible to maneuver and I feel like I’m in gridlock if I happen to be there between 11:45-12:30 M-F.

Meal didn’t specify drinks size, medium drink looks a little on the small side. Actual uncooked potato in my waffle fries.

I will say this. This chick fil a has been messing up the food. The fries have been undercooked every. single. time.. I had to go back to show them the 1/3 of undercooked whole potato they basically gave me. Their chicken has been having bad pieces in it to the point where half my meal is pretty much not eaten. Talked to manager but all she said was “thank you for letting me know.”

First chick-fil-a I've been to without a play place. Now im sure there are others but I've never seen. Whole reason we came out of our way was so the kids could burn off some energy and play while getting food. the food was as good as I hoped. we did chose to eat in and they gave us to go bags taking up a lot more space then needed and waisting product.

On September 5, 2023 it was observed prior to closing time that the store had been closed. Drive thru lines shut down with cones. Around 8:35pm the first release of workers are seen leaving all with what seemed to be a bag of food and a drink. Countless number of customers had to turn around unaware of why the store is closed and why employees are seen walking away with bags and cups.

First time at this location. Everyone was friendly but was disappointed there was no spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast.

Had Alejandra as my cashier today and made my day! You truly never know what kind of day someone is having and she was just so positive and enthusiastic. Thanks Alejandra!

I only ever do drive thur here, but they are the quickest and most efficient drive thru I have ever seen. Miss the spicy chicken breakfast biscuit now it's no longer on menu, otherwise excellent food.

The Starkville Chick-fil-A location has been my favorite thus far! Very short wait times, very friendly staff, extremely clean facility, and delicious, hot food. The managers also make sure to do a lot for the community through trivia nights, free breakfasts, and more. They really put their all into making this location shine! I have been using this location for 4 years and have only had to wait slightly longer for a take-out meal once. I was immediately given a free meal card and a sincere apology. If you love Chick-fil-A, then you will be pleasantly surprised to see how this location operates.

I ordered online and It was not busy what so ever for a morning- but i still waited almost half a hour for just food…

Best fast food chain in the US. Friendly people, fast service and great food. You won't regret it.

Chick-fil-A is always great. The manager here went out of his way to talk to us while we dined in. Very caring guy trying to put a smile on our face and his fellow employees faces.

Don’t get me wrong, during the school year it’s fine but during the summer has to be the worst experience by far. This is the first time I’ve ever been in a chick fil a that has a drive thru line that’s 20 minutes long for a line that isn’t even long , numerous amounts of time this has happened so before you want to take a stop here make sure you have enough gas to wait

Always friendly and even if the line is long, they do a good job of keeping things moving. 80% of the time, the food is good. 20%, fries might be a little cold. Sandwich meat may be a little small and cool. Otherwise, chick-fil-a in Starkville is worthy when you're in the mood.

I never have a bad experience with Chick-fil-A. They are definitely leading in the fast food industry! What else can I say, #1! (Ranking not necessarily official, but no one else is set up like they are)
