Terrible!! We went on Monday morning and checked in gave our phone number, they said around 30 minutes, 50 minutes later we checked in she said we already called you, you must have not been paying attention, we never left the store and never got a text saying our table was ready. So after our rude hostess sat us in an almost empty dining room our order was taken fairly quickly, 30 minutes later our food came out, mine wasn't bad my wife's was very cold, pancakes, sausage and eggs, the pancakes and sausage had definitely been reheated, at some point then allowed to cool back down before they were served to us. Waitress never even checked to see how our food was. Cashier was very friendly. We never give one star reviews and this restaurant doesn't even deserve that high of a rating.

I took my Aunt here today for her birthday. She rarely gets out, so it was an extra special treat for her. Food was great, and Mandy provided over-the-top service!

Went to eat in a restaurant for the first time since the pandemic started. Fully vaccinated and ready to eat. First place I wanted to go was Cracker Barrel. First of all I was asked if I wanted a drink. What? Alcohol at Cracker Barrel? Yes! I got a sangria and my girl got a mimosa. It was so nice before dinner. I got a chicken BLT and a bowl of chili. It was absolutely fantastic. Massive portions and great taste. Let's be real, Cracker Barrel never disappoints. Great food, great staff, and old time candy in the store. So happy we went there for our first time out. Two dinners and two drinks for $40.00 is awesome. We had a great time and had good food. Thank you Alcoa Cracker Barrel.

Well, cracker barrel corporate is at it again. Over the years they keep changing the country boy plate. Now they changed it to steak tips instead of the larger steak. Personally I think the steak tastes like the lower end steak you would buy at one of the big box stores. And on top of that they're charging you more for less now. And it all changed last month from what the manager told me. I had since wrote to corporate with no answers back. Says a lot about the new leadership at corporate. Over 20+ yrs C.B. you lost a family of 5 now. Just remember who pays your bills...

We had a horrible experience tonight. Things are in decline at this Cracker Barrel. The servers are not well trained. The dining room and the entrance to the kitchen is filthy. The bread was burned. They ran out of glasses. We were without drink refills for most of our meal....just not good.

It's Cracker Barrel! Our waitress was friendly. The chicken sandwich really is good. And it's fairly inexpensive.

I went with 2 guests on 3/22/23 between 1and 2 in the afternoon. We were seated in the first area on the far right side, maybe 3 tables back. Good stuff first—our server was polite, smiling, and attentive, and the food was good. But the floors were very sticky. Our table was also sticky, with bits of food still on it and we soon found out why. The young man handling the host desk, who was sloppy-looking and barely polite, was also in charge of cleaning tables. His method was to do a quick swipe and then shake the contents of his none too clean dish towel on the floor. I also saw him twirling the dirty towel in circles as he walked by tables of diners. Next time I’ll drive on to Farragut.

To take that back to the one put it on the plate and est it them self. No manager ever came. Took pictures of it. We eat there a lot. I told my mom not to ask me to take her there. My husband was with me that day he couldn't believe believe it. Was in Maryville Tenn.cracker barrel.

So typically when you see bad reviews about restaurants, the food was not good or something. To be honest, both the food itself and the store outside the restaurant are just fine. The problem is the overall dining experience. I understand that when you get to a restaurant around meal times, you may have a wait but once you get to the table, there is no reason to be sitting around forever. Arriving around 10:40, 20 minute wait, then not getting your food until ten after 12 is way too long for lunch. And I don’t know what happened, but I’m used to Cracker Barrel offering you bread while you wait and this franchise never does that. If this place were marketed as fine dining and you came for fancy bites on date night, had multiple drinks, maybe that wait time would be ok. But this place markets itself like a family restaurant and neither myself nor my kids can stand the wait. Won’t be back.

This is what you get when you order over medium eggs. Clearly those are not over medium. I chose not to eat them because it wasnt what i ordered. They were hard, the server came back 1 time to give us the check. We aren't wanting compensation DO BETTER!!!

I really, REALLY did not want to type this review. This happened during our previous to-go order and I waited a while then tried again to see if the issues would resolve. But ordering to-go has been a nightmare. First, the website would not let me login (or even recognize my email address at all) yet the mobile app did, which is weird because in my experience in I.T., most mobile apps are just "wrappers" of a website for mobile devices and should function the same. So I go through with the order on the mobile app and want to pay with a gift card. The ONLY option was to use a credit or debit card. There wasn't even an option to switch the payment method. so my wife goes in to order in person so we can use the gift card. Our order was very simply and less than $40. She waited an hour for our order, almost having to cancel it because we have one vehicle and she couldn't be late to work. When she finally gets it home, we find items from another order or orders in ours. I guess that makes up for not getting any sauces, straws, napkins or plasticware. I have been a fan of this location since it opened 20 or so years ago but like everything else, it goes down over time. Most restaurants we go to now are similar. No one seems to care about their jobs or service anymore.

I have went to this Cracker Barrel for years without issue. This is now the third meal I’ve ordered via GrubHub where the food was horrible. The meatloaf was pink, smiley and undercooked. I hate leaving bad reviews but I hope Cracker Barrel corporate sees this and realizes there’s a major issue in the kitchen. It’s one thing to have bland food, but undercooked meat is a safety issue. Next time we order Cracker Barrel, I’ll use DoorDash since it’s a different location.

My favorite restaurant. Unfortunately no matter which one you go to they're always out of something or it's been discontinued. Love the trout but you have to send the plate back several times before they cook it properly. The country fried turkey is awesome.

Our waitress was really great and took care of us and had our food out to us quick. I love the fireplace because it's relaxing. We loved the food. Just can see inflation in the small amounts they served.

Whatever you do, don’t use the Cracker Barrel App to order from this store. Pick up time was for 4:34pm. Had to wait 45 minutes after arriving to get the order that was supposed to have been ready. Cheddar bites were cold and an entire Apple Strudel Pie (whole) was left off. The order and the receipt both clearly stated whole (WH). I’m not sure if it was a joke or if it was done intentionally but they put some broken and unappetizing parts of what could have been apple pie from a trash can in a plastic container and sent that instead. I have to wait up to ten days for a refund on the pie instead of the manager offering to have one ready if I wanted to come back to get it. No confirmation info was given for the refund so it’s a wait and see situation. The photo of the pie scraps doesn’t do it justice. It looks slimy and unappealing in person. I’m not even going to try to taste it because it doesn’t look right at all. The clear juice could be anything and in person it looks as if it could have been taken out of a trash can or off a used plate before it was raked off into the trash. I managed a restaurant when I was younger and before that I was a server for some time also. Needless to say I don’t like to criticize or leave bad reviews because I know it can be difficult at times. Everyone is human and no one is perfect but I’m seriously disappointed. It’s going to be some time before I decide to give Cracker Barrel another try. Hopefully it’ll work out better for you.

My husband and I were seated at a table with flickering lights on us. The lights were giving me a migraine so we asked to be moved to another table. They made a huge deal out of it and said they had to wait on the manger’s decision. Then the waitress was making ugly remarks to the other staff. We were moved to another table but no one waited on us. A very bad experience

I was on a motorcycle trip and only stop when I need gas. Left my phone and didn’t notice until I was 200 miles away. The manager there shipped it to my house and didn’t charge me a dime. That is great customer service! I will eat there whenever I’m in the area! Thank you Cracker Barrel! You save me the price of an IPhone 14 pro plus the shipping!!

Yesterday we had a young couple fly into to Knoxville to purchase our RV. It was late morning so we stopped at Cracker Barrel for a late breakfast. The young lady recently developed some very allergic reactions to various cooking oil, vegetables, and other food products. She could only have eggs fried in real butter, no oils at all. The waiter took care in the order and the owner even came out to make sure what her needs were. The order was perfect, tasted great and best off all no allergic reactions. Thanks so much or accommodating her needs. This is what makes the south so great.

I was really disappointed in Cracker Barrel. First off when we signed in I ask if it was possible to get a table in the first section due to people with disabilities. The young guy was hateful and said we have to give tables as they become available. Ok I got that and I was only asking. He was not friendly at all. We arrived at 12:30 and was given only a breakfast menu. I had to go ask for the lunch menu. Not to mention we got silverware and not one napkin. Had to ask for those also. These are things that customers should not have to ask for. I was highly disappointed in the food. When they brought the food they didn't bring my mac and cheese. When they did it was barely warm. The meatloaf was just bland really no taste. And the serving size of the mashed potatoes was like a little over a tablespoon. I was not happy. I have always loved Cracker Barrel but I'm not so sure I will go back. To me it was very disappointing all around. Not a good experience to brag about.

Super good food. The waiters are always nice. The food is always fresh, hot, and comes out quickly. Theres also always a variety of fun toys for the kids and alot of things to look at in the store side.
