DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It will ruin you for staying ANYWHERE else!!! I have driven almost two million miles in my sales career, and consequently stayed in hundreds of hotels. THIS HOTEL (and its staff) have achieved a level of perfection that few . . . and I mean FEW have ever gotten close to. From the quality of the bed and furniture (plenty enough to entertain guests) to the full-size stove and fridge, to the SPOTLESS bathroom (and, I looked!!) TWO decently-sized rooms rooms, full kitchen, two large-screen TV's, and much more! I could go on, but . . . the value FAR SURPASSED the price. If I ever travel anywhere close, we will find a way to stay here again!! Oh . . . DID I MENTION CLEAN!!!?

Was just looking for a middle of the road place to stay for a weekend and landed here. Got myself a 1 bed hotel room. Very friendly staff, clean rooms including the bed which was free of bugs and stains. Came with a full sized fridge and a kitchenette with a stove and microwave, two tvs. Only complaint is that i was a bit put off by a mildew smell when i first walked into the office, i could only assume was coming from a dirty vent on the wall, which the office is where you eat breakfast at and i dont want mildew up my nose first thing in the morning. Not a great first impression. My room however did not smell of mold and the vents were clean. Note that the nightstands don't have lamps of any kind so you have to choose between fully lit or completely dark bedroom after the sun sets which was annoying but again, this isn't your grandma's guest bedroom. I'll definitely stay here again if i ever find myself in town again. It was definitely a better than expected stay and it's very close to many restaurants and grocery stores.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms that are more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Two rooms with full kitchen. Really close to DENSO plant. Many restaurants nearby. Nice view of trees from back bedroom windows. Much nicer than Hilton property that I paid 3 times more the week before.

Was a very unclean room, the bedroom light would not even stay on. The room smelled like molded carpet. I travel for a living and stay in hotels 5 days a week and have done this for 30 years and this ranks right up there in my top 5 worse hotels I've stayed at. Homeless people hanging out in parkinglot to use their Wi-Fi. I do not recommend staying here. An associate of mine also stated his bags were rummaged thru by the cleaning staff. Again just unclean and moldy smells. I will not be staying here again!

Clean, neat, friendly! Really enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc! Beautiful historical decorating the walls. Overall, barebones but very very nice!

I've stayed in a few Inns during my travels. I feel like Luxbury is alot of room for the money. IE, it's a great value for someone looking for quality. My room had 2 TVs, a huge bathroom, a separate bedroom down the hall from the living room. A kitchen. Smelled good, real comfy, and all the conveniences of Foothills mall rd. I like this place.

If you like being kicked out of your room in Snow and 12 degree weather with 2 dogs after being asleep for the maid to come in and vacuum and That's All she done. I had to take my own sheets off and then take them to her and wait 3 hrs to get them back still wet for me to put back on bed.

This place is far better than I had any reason to expect. The suites have full kitchens and living rooms, with a completely separate bedroom and bath. It's rare to find suites at a non-luxury location, but this place has them, and at a very affordable price.

Their location was close to the hospital where my son was admitted. They are also close to several places that serve food so it's very convenient. I picked this hotel because of reviews stating they had clean rooms. They did not disappoint. In addition to being clean, the on-site manager, his wife, and a lady named Amy who works there were all very friendly, kind, and attentive . The caring people who work there made a good place to stay, great.

I had a great stay at the Luxbury Inn. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. All the staff I interacted with were very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again!

Modest little hotel tucked away in the midst of food and other venues. Convenient to main and secondary roads. Clean! Personable staff and a good continental breakfast. Our room had a sitting area, small kitchen, clean bathroom and a back bedroom with a view of trees and small wildlife. Surprisingly quiet area overnight. This is one we would recommend to friends and family traveling nearby.

I'm a fan of kept-up local hotels. This is tied with an old favorite in the California desert for best kept local place. So much is new or renewed, I had to look for idiosyncrasies to remind myself of the historical charm. This is a hidden gem and worth the couple extra $ over the nearby alternatives. 💜

I wish I could say more to help others about this option but my experience was only sitting and waiting in the parking lot while my mom went inside to check on vacancy and rates. I guess that tells you how long it took in line if Google recorded my stay here 🤣 Mom reported the lady at the desk was flustered and not very nice, perturbed at the idea we even asked if there was a room available while in the middle of the first annual bike week. I'm glad there wasn't a room because we actually found one online at quality inn and suites alcoa that was much nicer!

Clean rooms, friendly staff and a great price. What more could you ask for. Our room had a full kitchen for the same price most places charge for just a room.

My husband and I stayed here while passing through Maryville and it was a very pleasant stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was great with the kitchenette and couch. Very clean. Bathroom was nice. I loved the clock in the room!!! It had prong plugs and Ian plugs on the top. There was also a lamp so that was helpful with winding down to sleep. They also had a very good hot breakfast in the mornings! And we’re quick to refill items running low. All in all was a great place and will stay again!

My bottom line: "is the room clean?" Our room was clean; the bed was comfortable; there are some updates like USB ports and 2 big TV's and some modern furniture. The bathroom was clean. The room was not musty or damp. The showerhead cold be updated, and a dish soap dispenser would be helpful. And although the building & room looks like a good location for one of those "B movies" to be filmed, we appreciated the dated charm and would recommend a stay at Luxbury.

My company has spent 1000’s of dollars here.. previous workers within the company have stayed here many times. Monday night into Tuesday morning I had gotten to the hotel. Had $536 in my pocket in a clothes pile. Wake up the next day go to work come back the next day and realize I only have 336 dollars in my pants. Contacted Maryvile police, contacted hotel manager. Was told nothing could be done to make it right. Security footage was reviewed cleaning lady was in the room. Disappointed to say but will not be back. Items in room should be left alone in the comfort of a hotel you pay for. Will for now on book Airbnb or holiday inn.

My dad was put up here for a week's stay. The room was clean, no bed bugs that I could see or detect. All the appliances worked as they should. Cozy little place!

These apartment style suites are great for families or big groups. We rented multiple. We had the ac go out in one of the rooms, and they weren't able to fix it or move us. But it was nice enough weather we could open the window and be ok. Be aware that they do put a hold of $100 per room on a credit card. Walking distance to McDonald's and a couple of other fast food places. Complimentary breakfast is nothing special. But it's a good experience all in all.

Room was awesome. The only issue I have is that I wasn't enformed in advance that there is a $100.00 deposit that they take at check-in. When we were checking out I was told that It's supposed to be refunded as soon as the room is cleaned. But later that evening when I still wasn't refunded my deposit I only then was enformed the refund would take up to 10 days. It took about 5 days and then I was only refunded $75.00 and they wouldn't give me a reason. The room had been completely cleaned from top to bottom by wife and I. She washed the baseboards, vacumed, cleaned out the fridge, mopped the floors and scrubbed the bath and stove. She then stripped the beds so it would be easier for housekeeping. (She used to clean rooms. Crazy I know)The only thing they had to do was make bed and toilet. If you don't mind spending a small fortune and losing money go for it. We want go back.

The pictures on the site are beyond out dated. Between the blood on the wall in the bathroom and the dirty hand prints all over the walls and doors that should of been enough of a red flag but all hotels where sold out for the fall color change season. 10/6/22. The bed is comparable to a pallet of bricks. There are multiple rooms with locals living in there. One guy told us he has lived there for 10 years! They hang out at the stairwells and talk on the phone and smoke at all hours of the night. If that wasn't enough, you are surrounded by 24 hr fast food restaurants and the dumpsters get dump every night at 3 am! Very loud. Most importantly if you have the Do Not Disturb sign up....The owners LET THEMSELVES IN ANYWAY!!!! Yes you read that correct. This is a very weird place. Avoid at all costs. Zero stars! *EDIT* in response to owners reply* 10/13/22 I was not referring to the wall decor when I said pictures are outdated. I’m talking about the pictures on your website showing the rooms look actually decent. It’s odd how you make no response to the cleanliness of the rooms. Which reminds me how stained the bathroom towels were. The wash rags were literally disgusting. Also why do you not respond about people living there full-time and lingering on the stairwells? Most importantly why did you let yourself into the room when they do not disturb sign was up? Funny story I asked housekeeping why they came in and they stated the owner told them to “ sorry”.
